I try to keep the RAM usage limit at around 2 or 2.5, which Opera suggests is a low RAM speed, but my friends who are into tech say is a reasonable amount to take.

Normally, even with Hard Limit on, it would sometimes take use about 3GB of Ram, which I am ok with, but recently, it has been using around 4 or even 5GB, which is starting to affect my gaming and music production software.

Is this a bug, or something else? I have attached an image of the RAM being around 4.5 despite the limiter being on at 2GB. If anyone can help me, or suggest fixes, that would be great!
