Hi Opera GX Team!

I love the "Video Pop-out" feature, it's one of the best things about the browser. However, I’d love to see a "Tab Pop-out" version.

Basically, the idea is to be able to minimize any tab (not just videos) into a small floating window, just like the video player. This would be amazing for keeping a chat, a guide, or a small tool visible while playing or working in another window.

Is there any chance we could get this "Universal Picture-in-Picture" for any website? It would make Opera GX even more beast!
