Available Positions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and expand international carrier relationships for messaging and voice services.
  • Monitor traffic trends & quality of service (QoS) to maintain business health.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic developments & partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage fraud prevention and meet business goals.
  • Prepare performance reports, forecasts, presentations, and market intelligence insights
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management.
  • Knowledge of SMS, A2P, P2P, and interconnect business models is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement enterprise-level solutions using cloud platforms and custom integrations.
  • Lead technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Lead the design and deployment of solutions leveraging AI/ML, automation, data analytics, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions. Develop and execute strategic cloud adoption plans aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Facilitate innovation workshops, proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, and technology roadmaps to accelerate digital transformation.
  • Ensure all solutions meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT, technical consulting, or solution architecture.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML solutions and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and data integration.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle day to day billing system operations and customer complaints.
  • Implement and verify the system configurations, analyze traces and logs to troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions.
  • Work closely with Vendors to ensure the Billing solution delivered as per design, expected quality, and timeline.
  • Maintain documentation regarding systems configuration, application workflow, and business rules.
Experience and Skills Required:
  • 2+ years of experience in OCS/Billing platforms, including:
    • Extensive use of SQL and RDBMS systems
    • Good knowledge on Linux/Unix, scripting, Web-based application and application servers – Apache Tomcat, JBoss
    • Good knowledge on SS7, SIGTRAN, CAMEL, diameter ,SOAP and other telecommunication protocols
  • Knowledge and experience on Online Charging, Mediation, Provisioning, Roaming, and/or Interconnect shall be a plus.
  • Requires strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer system engineering / Computer Science or related field is preferable. Equivalent combination of experience, education and training will be considered

  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and crisis communication skills.
  • Innovative thinker with strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project delivery Management.
  • Conduct project feasibility studies on technical solutions.
  • Ability to support the enterprise sales team to technical presales requirement and business lead generation.

  • Prepare and conduct presentations for both external and internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in Techno commercial domain covering Technological Business Frameworks and IT Solution.
  • Passionate about Emerging Technology-Based Business.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Electronics, Telecommunications, Sales and Marketing, or a related.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be a strong negotiator.
