I checked and the update for the public is indeed coming on the 21st, and for patrons on the 14th or earlier.

Above the download button, it states when it was last updated and when it will be updated next 

(I would recommend checking every 2 or 3 months because, according to the developer, it will be updated within that time frame after an update).
