A lot of mods are missing, apparently mostly those made by AverageAce... I've lost as many as 22 mods that I installed. And as for the "HumanReplacer", you can just turn off encounters with humans in Me -> Encounters -> Species. Or it did something else? (I don't know, I didn't use it)
