This is a zones of self regulation board. A student will walk up to the board and first look at the pictures of their classmates emotions under each color zone in order to figure out how they feel. Then they follow the column over to the right to the description words of that emotion in that zone. Lastly they look at what they can do in order to get out of a zone or stay in a zone. This allows students to manage their own behavior and to problem solve. #Autismmom
