The Challenge
RoomSketcher makes it easy to draw and edit floor plans — no design skills needed. But as AI search engines became the new way people discover software, RoomSketcher wasn't showing up in the recommendations. Their analytics had gaps, their marketing automation needed updating, and the team had untapped potential to do more with AI tools.
The Solution
We started with the foundation — rebuilt their GA4 tracking and connected it to ActiveCampaign so the team could finally see the full customer journey. Then we launched an AI search optimization strategy to get RoomSketcher into every AI-generated recommendation. And we set the marketing team up with AI workflows that let them produce more content, faster, without adding headcount.

Owning AI Search
When someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI for floor plan software, RoomSketcher now shows up #1. Six months earlier, they weren't on the list at all.
We started by identifying which content was already performing — the topics users were actively searching for where RoomSketcher had the right answers but the wrong format. Then we restructured over 800 blog posts at scale, using AI automation to transform them into the Q&A format that AI search engines prioritize: clear questions, direct answers, structured indexes, and all the signals that get content cited.
But search doesn't live in a silo. We worked across teams to align blog, help documentation, and social media into one unified content strategy — so every touchpoint reinforced RoomSketcher's authority on the topic. Google's AI Summaries now pull directly from their blog as a top source.
AI That Fixes Itself
RoomSketcher's marketing data was fragmented — gaps between GA4 and GTM, broken conversion paths, and no clear picture of what was driving results.
We didn't just audit it. We built AI agents that could analyze the entire GTM and GA4 setup, find holes in the data in real time, and fix them. Mismatched events, missing triggers, broken tag sequences — the AI identifies the issue and implements the fix. Not in a report that sits in someone's inbox. In production.
The result: a self-correcting analytics infrastructure where the marketing team finally trusts their data and can make decisions based on what's actually happening, not what they hope is being tracked.
We couldn't find the right tool. So we built it.
