Just tried out with Android and love it at the moment. Lesbian game are pretty rare, and I do enjoy the fact that you can win and lose so there are scenes for each. And that it's progressive and going more on more.
The only downside is the limited number of scenes but it's understandable since the game is still developing.

It does seem that Chapter 2 is going to be quite an important step into the interactive part of the game! So, very excited to see it when it goes live!
However, hopefully the different paths won't cause too much work as creating such a workload from the different variables that each update would take multiples months to be achieved.
Always a nice game and setting, but may be less fun if each update takes like half a year for example. If that the case, players may feel it's better to have a bit less path and more regular and consistent update instead.

The premise and description of this game looks really interesting!
Would it be possible to know a bit more what type of adult content and fetishes will be included? Also curious, if a pure lesbian pairing is possible.
Also, a bit curious on how the working of the multiples response type described? I think that generally speaking, most game have a simple Dom/Sub type of choice. Does this one have 5 different playstyle possible or are they overlapping? Won't it create any potential situation where specific scenes would have to be changed multiples times to take into account all possible playstyle which would easily triple you guys workload?
Would the playstyle also affect and limit the potential RO that the player can get? For example, this particular RO only accepts Dominant type player or vice versa. Or are all possible ROs receptive to all player playstyle choices?
Like I said, this looks very nice and it's understandable that it may be a bit more linear at the start! I am just afraid of it being a bit too big for choices after which can cause each update to take half a year, or the project getting abandoned because of its size!

Then perhaps, similar to the spoiler when we did the 10 questions quiz, you should include a spoiler for what type of scenes or scenarios are including in each path especially if the pairing or scenes is unavoidable. To perhaps avoid any surprises to the reader who may not have paid attention on all the details or combinations. Or, someone looking for spicy content choosing the Athena one without knowing about the end result.
For the player control, would you aim for a certain ratio between scenes with controllable actions vs those without alternatives directions? To perhaps avoid any situation where we end up where such scenes are so sparse between each (or only appearing once per path) that it becomes negligible.
And I am simply curious since I still recall that one scene where our FMC was asked by her adoptive mother if she prefers to own a slave, to be a slave or neither. I immediately thought it was something like Dom/Sub/Switch and got quite excited to be honest hahaha. I just thought that maybe there were some hidden stats that will determine either our character actions or any available options during the more "flexible" nsfw. Unless of course, it was just pure flavor text here.
Again, I understand and agree that the main narrative cohesion have to hold especially with that many paths involved here, but throwing a bone here or there won't hopefully crash the story either!

However, I do feel like the choices are a bit lacking and it seems more a novel than something interactive per say. Tons of text and information without much player input in them.
Since our character is set to be female. Is a lesbian only playthrough possible? Or is MF content unavoidable?
Also, wondering if it will have different variations depending on the Dom/Sub dynamic asked earlier. If you can have some control in the nsfw scenes then.

I am far from a game testing expert, so take what I am saying with a grain of salt.
So for me, I understand you can go two main path (fear or love), the one I went is with fear. I didn't test the love path yet. For fear, to build the points, is it just choosing punish each time, and then going down the three options one after another to accumulate fear index points? This is at least how I understood it. I just feel like the increase is quite slow paced, unless I am doing it wrong.
Also, if you own two slaves, it seems that using your action for one of them count as if you had used for both of them. So if I choose to punish and do all three actions on one, if I jump to the other slave, "there is no point in rewarding or punishing her further today ...", so yeah, dont know if that intended or not. It does make training way slower if you have more thab one untrained slave though.
Perhaps, if you don't mind sharing what you had in mind for an optimal training pattern and I can test it out to see the progress. I am more than open to the idea that maybe I am simply doing something wrong here.

One point that I am unsure at the moment is about the slave training part. Either I didn't get how it works or it does feel quite a bit grindy without any major visible progress. But maybe that just me.

Yeah no, that the way. No complaints from me on the romance side ! The plot and story are also excellent.
But just to clarify the points of dynamics,
does it involve choice in the relationship itself? For example, to be able to choose if you are the one leading or be led in it? Or choices during erotic/nsfw scene such as actions/positions/etc?

I am however a bit curious about the direction that this will take.
Will it be more toward an Interactive Fiction or toward a visual novel? For me, a visual novel is more railroaded where choices are more or less cosmetic and only to gave different flavor with the same outcome at the end.
Interactive Fiction has choices that actual impact and change the story differently depending on your choice which can lead to different scenarios or endings.
Which do you think Paper Mask is more leaning towards?

Perhaps a last add-on should be the list of kinks that this game will contain? There is H scenes after all and people will more than likely ask.
I would imagine something like including Mind control, Monster sex (multiples), Male protagonist, Harem? Maledom? Threesome? Orgy? Vaginal/Anal? Oral, etc. Just as general examples. But you can use whatever tags you feel is the best here for the NSFW content.
(From what I was able to see in others games, I Guarantee You that there will always be someone in the comment section asking about pregnancy content 😆. Not my personal cup of tea, but I am not judging)
And since I know this is still a WIP, you could even have two sections for this:
One for current kinks in game and one for future planned kinks if you want.
Furthermore, maybe if some are unavoidable because of plot or gameplay, I guess it doesn't hurt to be transparent about it too. But that up to you!

Maybe a roadmap or your current objective too? What would be the final project looks like when you are done?

Do we play both as Devin and Carter and we basically alternate between point of view for each? Similar to Our Red String if you know? So, we can play both female and male player character? Or do we need to select one in particular?
For the choice, are controlled / impulsive like stats? That will allow certain actions and grey out others? Or is it similar to like Dom/Sub type of dynamic?

Also, I know there is lesbian content, but how much for each type of pairing for the game overall content? For example, would it be 50% scene and content with M/F pairing and the remaining half F/F pairing? I am asking because there are games out there with the lesbian tag but only have one or two scene overall.

Wow, that is indeed a very ambitious project.
Again, sorry if I may have missed it somewhere, but are each of those path mutually exclusive? Can you be with multiples partners at the same time? Get your own little harem rolling 😉.
And yes, always down with more minor characters sexual interaction, more variety is always nice but I do hope we get some choice in them too and not just one paragraph hook-up text.
Definitely excited for that Dom/Sub system selection especially if it can also be applies into the lesbian path. A bit of lezdom here and there to give it some spice!
But definitely looking forward for more of it. However, without wanting to throw shade on your skills, just want to make sure this project doesn't become overwhelming with all those different factors / branches you mentioned that you have to take into account. The code may be become more and more spaghetti and I don't wish the updates to get bogged down because of it. As in "biting more than one can chew" type of scenario.
