Abstract
The present invention relates to substituted xanthine derivatives, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use in therapy, particularly in the treatment of conditions having an association with TRPC5 containing ion channels.
Claims (16)

10. The compound according to any of claims 1-8 or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt of claim 9 for use as a medicament.
11. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound according to any one of 10 claims 1-8 or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt of claim 9.

Use of a compound according to any one of claims 1-8 or the pharmaceutically able salt of claim 9 for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a atric, neurological or neurodegenerative condition, wherein the inhibition of the activity of the transient receptor potential cation channel TRPC5 is of therapeutic benefit. 15 13.
