Abstract
The present invention relates to compounds of Formula (I), compositions comprising said compounds, and uses of said compounds. In Formula (I), Ring A is phenyl, pyridyl or pyrimidinyl; Ring B is pyridyl, pyrimidinyl, pyrazinyl, or pyrazolyl; and X is C(R4)2, with one R4 being H and the other R4 being an N-substituted amide group attached to the carbon at the carboxy group of the amide. Such compounds are useful as toll-like receptor 7/8 (TLR7/8) antagonists, and are able to treat a range of TLR7/8-mediated disorders such as arthritis.

A compound of formula I, or a ceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein: Ring A is , or ; Ring B is , , or ; R1 is -CF3 or –CN; R3 is hydrogen or C1-6 aliphatic; X is C(R4)2, with one R4 being -H and the other R4 being: 21072067_1 (GHMatters) P108799.NZ.2 , , , , , , , , O O , H , , , , or ; k is 0 or 1; n is 0; p is 0 or 1; r is 0; and t is 0.

3. The compound of claim 1 or 2, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein Ring , , or .
4. The compound of claim 1, of formula I-h, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

7. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of any one of claims 1-6, and a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant, carrier, or vehicle.
8. Use of a compound of any one of claims 1-6, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in the manufacture of a medicament for treating a TLR
