Abstract
The invention relates to a pipe or duct probe (10) for insertion into a pipe (90) or into a duct. According to the invention, the pipe or duct probe (10) comprises: at least one motor (15) which is a direct current motor, at least one motor shaft (18), at least one working means (30, 30’, 30’’) connected to the motor shaft (18), a connection device (40) for connecting the motor (15) to a cable (75), and at least one centring device (50) connected to a housing (20). The centring device is at least in part formed by a plurality of resilient elements (55) spaced apart evenly in a circumferential direction of the housing, the resilient elements are formed in a manner similar to turbine blades. The centring device of the current invention allows uniform coating/cleaning of a pipe or duct and more flexible use such as guiding the probe through curved pipes or ducts.
Claims (20)
1. A pipe or duct probe for insertion into a pipe or into a duct, the pipe or duct probe comprising: - at least one motor, - at least one motor shaft, - at least one working means connected to the motor shaft, - a connection device for connecting the motor to a cable, and - at least one centring device connected to a housing, wherein the motor is in the housing and is a direct current motor, wherein the centring device, at least in part, is formed by a plurality of ent elements which are spaced apart evenly in a circumferential direction of the housing, wherein the resilient elements are formed in a manner similar to turbine blades.
2. The pipe or duct probe according to claim 1, wherein the resilient elements are ed on a centring device base.
3. The pipe or duct probe according to claim 2, wherein the centring device base is annular.
4. The pipe or duct probe according to any one of the preceding , wherein the centring device has bent arms.
5. The pipe or duct probe according to any one of the ing claims, wherein the working means is an application device.
6. The pipe or duct probe according to claim 5, wherein the application device is an application brush.
7. The pipe or duct probe according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the g means is a cleaning device.
8. The pipe or duct probe according to claim 5, n the working means is a brush head, or an abrasive paper arrangement, or a chain scraper, or a blade drill, or a paddle blade drill, or a cutting head, or a milling head. 1006055064
9. The pipe or duct probe according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the working means is directly connected to the motor shaft, or is indirectly connected to the motor shaft by means of a joint, or by means of a spring.
10. The pipe or duct probe according to claim 9, wherein the joint is a ball joint.
11. The pipe or duct probe according to any one of the preceding , wherein the connection device is formed as a plug connector, or as a spiral spring with attachment piece, or as a joint.
12. The pipe or duct probe according to any one of claims 1-10, wherein the connection device is formed as a ball joint.
13. The pipe or duct probe according to any one of the preceding claims, including a temperature sensor and/or a camera.
14. The pipe or duct probe according to any one of the ing claims, including a static mixer.
15. The pipe or duct probe according claim 14, wherein the static mixer is attached to the ng device.
16. A system comprising a pipe or duct probe according to any one of claims 1 to 15 and a cable.
17. The system according to claim 16, including a reel in which the cable is stored.
18. The system according to claim 17, wherein the cable is a push cable.
19. The system according to claim 17 or 18, including a control unit.
20. The system according to claim 19, n the l unit is arranged in or on a housing of the reel.
