Abstract

Ujawniony jest zespół (1) klemy środkowej do montażu paneli fotowoltaicznych, nadający się do zamocowania w górnej części profilu wsporczego instalacji fotowoltaicznej. Zespół (1) klemy środkowej zawiera klemę środkową (2) wyposażoną w kanał (21) klemy oraz dwa boczne ramiona (22), gdzie w kanale (21) klemy osadzona jest śruba montażowa (3) z łbem czterokątnym (32). W stanie zamontowania w instalacji fotowoltaicznej, w położeniu poniżej górnej powierzchni profilu wsporczego zespół (1) klemy środkowej wyposażony jest pierwszą dolną podkładkę (4) oraz drugą dolną podkładkę (5), gdzie poniżej drugiej dolnej podkładki (5) śruba montażowa (3) zabezpieczona jest nakrętką (6). W pozycji zamocowania zespołu (1) klemy środkowej w górnej powierzchni profilu wsporczego trzpień (31) śruby montażowej (3) pozostaje odsłonięty.A center clamp assembly (1) for mounting photovoltaic panels is disclosed, suitable for mounting to the top of a support profile of a photovoltaic installation. The center clamp assembly (1) comprises a center clamp (2) provided with a clamp channel (21) and two side arms (22), wherein a mounting screw (3) with a square head (32) is mounted in the clamp channel (21). In the mounted photovoltaic installation, in a position below the top surface of the support profile, the center clamp assembly (1) is provided with a first lower washer (4) and a second lower washer (5), wherein below the second lower washer (5), the mounting screw (3) is secured by a nut (6). In the position of mounting of the center clamp assembly (1) to the top surface of the support profile, the shank (31) of the mounting screw (3) remains exposed.
