Claims (24)
1. Smeše za premazivanje za reprodukovanje magnetno indukovanog slikovnog sadržaja, koji obuhvata isparljive komponente (S) i neisparljive komponente, gde neisparljive komponente obuhvataju vezivo/nosač boje (i) optički varijabilni interferencijski pigment (P) sa magnetskom orijentacijom, naznačene time što je odnos zapremine veziva boje (V(l)) u odnosu na zapreminu pigmenta (V(P)) veći od 5.0, te što je pomenuta smeša premaza grafička boja koja je odabrana iz grupe boja koje obuhvataju grafičke boje za fleksografiju, grafičke boje za duboku štampu, grafičke boje za sito štampu i boje za nanošenje boje valjkom.
2. Smeša za premazivanje u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom 1, gde se prisutna količina predmetnih neisparljivih komponenta kreće izmedju 50% i 100% težine ukupne smeše, poželjno da je količina izmedju 80% i 100% težine ukupne smeše.
3. Premazna smeša u skladu sa jednim od patentnih zahteva 1 ili 2, gde su predmetne ispariljive komponente izabrane iz grupe koja sadrži organske rastvarače, vodu i smeše na bazi istih.
4. Premazna smeša u skladu sa jednim od patentnih zahteva 1 do 3 gde je predmetni optički varijabilni pigment magnetske orijentacije izabran iz grupe koja sadrži tanak film magnetskih interferencijskih pigmenata koji se nanosi vakumom, intereferencijske obojene metalne pigmente, intereferencijske obojene nemetalne pigmente, magnetne tečne kristalne pigmente i smeše na bazi istih.
5. Premazna smeša u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom 4, gde je predmetni
interferencijski pigment magnetske orijentisanosti izabran iz grupe koja sadrži petoslojni i sedmoslojni tanak film interferencijskog magnetskog pigmenta nanetog vakumom.
6. Premazna smeša u skladu sa jednim od patentnih zahteva od 1 do 5 gde predmetni interferencijski pigment sa magnetskom orijentacijom ima srednju vrednost poluprečnika d50 u opsegu od 5 to 40µm, poželjno u opsegu od 15 to 25 µm.
7. Premazna smeša u skladu sa jednim od patentnih zahteva od 1 do 6, gde se debljina predmetnog magnetno orijentisanog interferencijskog pigmenta kreće u opsegu od 0.1 µm do6 µm, poželjno u opsegu od 0.5 µm do 3 µm.
8. Proces za proizvodnju premazne smeše za reprodukciju magnetno indukovane slike u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom 1, gde predmetni proces sadrži fazu mešanja isparljivih komponenata (S) i neisparljivih komponenata, gde ove poslednje obuhvataju nosač boje (I) i magnetno orijentisan optički varijabilan interferencijski pigment (P), naznačen time što je odnos zapremine veziva boje (V(l)) prema zapremini pigmenta (V(P)) veći od 50, te da je pomenuta smeša za premaz grafička boja odabrana iz grupe boja koje obuhvataju grafičke boje za fleksografsku štampu, grafičke boje za duboku štampu, grafičke boje za sito štampu I boje za nanošenje valjkom.
9. Proces u skladu sa zahtevom 8, gde je prisutna količina predmetnih neisparljivih komponenata izmedju 50% i 100% težine ukupne premazne smeše, poželjna količina je izmedju 80% i 100% ukupne težine smeše.
10. Proces u skladu sa jednim od patentnih zahteva 8 do 9, gde su predmetne isparljive komponente 8) izabrane iz grupe koja sadrži organske rastvarače, vodu, i smeše na bazi istih.
11. Proces u skladu sa jednim od patentnih zahteva 8 do 10, gde je predmetni optički varijabilni pigment magnetski orijentisan izabrane iz grupe koja sadrži magnetske interferencijske pigmente nanete vakumom u tankom filmu, interferencijske obojene metalne pigmente, interferencijske nemetalne obojene pigmente, magnetske tečno kristalne pigmente i smeše na bazi istih.
12. Proces u skladu sa predmetnim zahtevom 11, gde je predmetni magnetski orijentisan interferencijski pigment izabran iz grupe koja sadrži petoslojni ! sedmoslojni tanak magnetski film interferencijskog pigmenta nanet vakumom.
13. Proces u skladu sa jednim od patentnih zahteva 8 to 12, gde je srednja vrednost prečnika d50 magnetski orijentisanog interferencijskog pigmenta u opsegu od 5 do 40 µm, poželjno u opsegu od 15 do 25 µm.
14. Proces u skladu sa jednim od patentnih zahteva 8 do 13, gde je debljina predmetnog magnetski orijentisanog interferencijskog pigmenta u opsegu od 0.1 um do 6 um, još bolje u opsegu od 0.5 µm do 3 µm.
15. Upotreba smeše za premazivanje u skladu sa jednim od patentnih zahteva 1 do 7 reprodukovanje magnetski indukovane slike.
16. Proces za reprodukovanje magnetski indukovane slike sadrži faze a) apliciranja premazne smeše u skladu sa jednim od patentnih zahteva 1 do 7 na površinu substrata, b) orijentisanje/usmeravanje magnetskih čestica pigmenta u nanesenom sloju premazne smeše faze a) dejstvom magnetnog polja, i c) očvršćavanje/sušenje orijentisane premazne smeše faze b) radi fiksiranja čestica u orijentisanom položaju.
17. Proces u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom 16, gde se predmetna faza orijentacije b) izvodi istovremeno sa navedenom fazom premazivanja a).
18. Proces u skladu sa jednim od patentnih zahteva 16 ili 17, gde je navedena faza orijentacije b) obavljena odmah nakon navedene faze premazivanja a).
19. Prosec u skladu sa jednim od patentnih zahteva 16 do 18, gde je navedena faza očvršćavanja/sušenja с) procesom odabranim iz grupe koja sadrži fizičku evaporaciju isparljivih jedinjenja, sušenja UV emisijom, oksidaciono umrežavanje, hemijsko imrežavanje, sušenje elektronskim snopom, ili bilo koja kombinacija na bazi istih.
20. Magnetski indukovano bojenje slike na substratu koji sadrži magnetski orijentisan optički varijabilni interferencijski pigment (P) u suvom čvrstom nosaču boje (l), naznačena time što je odnos zapremine nosača boje (V(l)) prema zapremini pigmenta (V(P)) veći od 5.0, te da je debljina premaznog sloja deblja od d50/3, poželjno deblja od d50/2, pri čemu je d50 srednja vrednost poluprečnika magnetski orijentisanih optički varijabilnih interferencijskih ljuspica pigmenta, te što je navedeni premaz slike štampan grafičkom bojom izabranom iz grupe koja sadrži grafičke boje za fleksografiju, grafičke boje za duboku štampu, grafičke boje za sito štampu i grafičke boje koje se nanose valjkom.
21. Korišćenje premaza za magnetski indukovanu sliku u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom 20 na novčanicama, kreditnim karticama, pristupnim karticama, zaštitnim značkama, vrednosnim dokumentima, dokumentima prava i identifikacije, saobraćajnim kartama, tiketima za loto, ulaznicama, poreskim band rolnama, zaštitnim končićima, etiketama, folijama, vrpcama ili sigurnosnim aplikacijama proizvoda.
22. Zaštitni elemenat za novčanice, kreditne kartice, pristupne kartice, zaštitne značke, vrednosna dokumenta, dokumenta prava ili identifikacije, saobraćajne karte, tikete za loto, ulaznice, poreske band rolne, zaštitne končiće, etikete, folije, vrpce ili sigurnosne aplikacije na proizvodu sadrže magnetno indukovano obojenje slike u skladu sa
patentnim zahtevom 20.
23. Zaštitni elemenat u skladu sa patentnim zahtevom 22, dalje obuhvata sredstva za označavanje izabrana iz grupe koja uključuje infracrvene markere, fluoroscentne markere, UV markere, fosforoscentne markere, magnetske markere, forenzične markere i smeše na bazi istih.
24. Novčanice, kreditne kartice, pristupne kartice, zaštitne značke, vrednosna dokumenta, dokumenta prava ili identifikacije, saobraćajne karte, tikete za loto, ulaznice, poreske band rolne, zaštitne končiće, etikete, folije, vrpce ili sigurnosne aplikacije na proizvodu sadrže zaštitni elemenat u skladu sa jednim od patentnih zahteva 22 ili 23.
