Abstract

Mlin sa kuglama za usitnjavanje mineralnih sirovinau koji se sastoji od horizontalno postavljenog cilindričnog plašta (1), zatvorenog ulaznim čelom (10) i izlaznim čelom (11), obrtnog pomoću elektromotora preko dva sklopa (2) kliznih ležajeva postavljenih na postolju (17) blizu težišta zamajne mase, ulaznog grla (3) za hranjenje mlina rudom i ubacivanje čeličnih kugli, izlaznog grla (4) sa rešetkom za pražnjenje samlevene sirovine, dok je poprečno na plaštu (1) učvršćen veliki zupčanik (5) spregnut sa pogonskim zupčanikom (6) za vezu sa vazdušnom spojnicom (7) i motorom (8), naznačen time, što se svaki sklop (2) kliznih ležajeva sastoji od po pet segmentnih ležajeva sa kliznim umetkom, pri čemu je svaki sklop (2) sa kliznim ležajevima povezan sa uređajem (12) za podmazivanje uljem koji sadrži dve zupčaste pumpe (13) za nizak pritisak i dve klipne pumpe (14) za visok pritisak.
