Claims (16)

POSTUPAK ZA UNAPREĐIVANJE NEPROZIRNOSTI Patentni zahtevi
1. Postupak za pripremanje vodene suspenzije dispergovanog kalcijum karbonata koji obezbeđuje poboljšana optička svojstva premazima pripremljenih od njega, gde postupak obuhvata sledeće faze:
a) obezbeđivanje vodene suspenzije dispergovanog kalcijum karbonata, koja obuhvata najmanje jedan dispergujući agens, gde vodena suspenzija ima sadržaj čvrste materije između 65 i 80 mas.%, u odnosu na ukupnu masu vodene suspenzije; b) obezbeđivanje najmanje jednog alkalnog karbonata i/ili alkalnog hidrogen karbonata, gde je alkalni jon odabran od kalijuma i/ili natrijuma;
b) razređivanje vodom navedene vodene suspenzije dispergovanog kalcijum karbonata;
i
c) pre i/ili tokom i/ili nakon faze c), dovođenje u kontakt navedene vodene suspenzije dispergovanog kalcijum karbonata sa navedenim najmanje jednim alkalnim karbonatom i/ili alkalnim hidrogen karbonatom, gde je najmanje jedan alkalni karbonat i/ili alkalni hidrogen karbonat dodat u količini između 0,025 mas.% i 2 mas.%, u odnosu na suvu masu kalcijum karbonata u suspenziji iz faze a), pri čemu vodena suspenzija dispergovanog kalcijum karbonata nakon faze d) ima pH vrednost u rasponu od 7,5 do 12.
2. Postupak prema zahtevu 1, n a z n a č e n t i m e , što vodena suspenzija dispergovanog kalcijum karbonata obezbeđena u fazi a) ima sadržaj čvrste materije između 68mas.% i 78mas.%, a najpoželjnije između 70mas.% i 78mas.%, u odnosu na ukupnu masu vodene suspenzije dispergovanog kalcijum karbonata iz faze a).
3. Postupak prema zahtevu 1 ili 2, n a z n a č e n t i m e , što je najmanje jedan alkalni karbonat i/ili alkalni hidrogen karbonat odabran iz grupe koja se sastoji od natrijum karbonata, kalijum karbonata, natrijum hidrogen karbonata, kalijum hidrogen karbonata ili njihovih mešavina.
4. Postupak prema zahtevu 3, n a z n a č e n t i m e, što je najmanje jedan alkalni karbonat i/ili alkalni hidrogen karbonat natrijum karbonat i/ili kalijum karbonat.
5. Postupak prema bilo kom od zahteva 1 do 4, n a z n a č e n t i m e, što je navedeni najmanje jedan alkalni karbonat i/ili alkalni hidrogen karbonat dodat u količini od između 0,05 mas.% i 1 mas.%, a najpoželjnije između 0,1 mas.% i 0,5 mas.%, u odnosu na suvu masu kalcijum karbonata u suspenziji iz faze a).
6. Postupak prema bilo kom od zahteva 1 do 5, n a z n a č e n t i m e, što je vodena suspenzija dispergovanog kalcijum karbonata prvo razređena (faza c)), a potom dovedena u kontakt sa najmanje jednim alkalnim karbonatom i/ili alkalnim hidrogen karbonatom (faza d)).
7. Postupak prema bilo kom od zahteva 1 do 5, n a z n a č e n t i m e, što je vodena suspenzija dispergovanog kalcijum karbonata istovremeno razređena (faza c)) i dovedena u kontakt sa najmanje jednim alkalnim karbonatom i/ili alkalnim hidrogen karbonatom (faza d)).
8. Postupak prema bilo kom od zahteva 1 do 5, n a z n a č e n t i m e, što je vodena suspenzija dispergovanog kalcijum karbonata razređena (faza c)) odmah nakon dovođenja u kontakt sa najmanje jednim alkalnim karbonatom i/ili alkalnim hidrogen karbonatom (faza d)), poželjno u roku od manje od 45 min nakon potpunog dodavanja najmanje jednog alkalnog karbonata i /ili alkalnog hidrogen karbonata.
9. Postupak prema bilo kom od zahteva 1 do 5, n a z n a č e n t i m e, što je vodena suspenzija dispergovanog kalcijum karbonata razređena u jednoj ili više porcija i što je najmanje jedan alkalni karbonat i/ili alkalni hidrogen karbonat dodat u jednoj ili više porcija.
10. Postupak prema bilo kom od zahteva 1 do 9, n a z n a č e n t i m e, što vodena suspenzija dispergovanog kalcijum karbonata obuhvata najmanje jedan dispergujući agens koji je odabran iz grupe koja se sastoji od organskog dispergujućeg agensa, neorganskog dispergujućeg agensa i njihovih mešavina.
11. Postupak prema zahtevu 10, n a z n a č e n t i m e, što organski dispergujući agens obuhvata akrilni polimer, vinilni polimer, akrilni i/ili vinilni kopolimer, a neorganski dispergujući agens obuhvata mono-, di- i/ili trinatrijum ortofosfat, natrijum tripolifosfat i/ili natrijum polifosfat.
12. Postupak prema zahtevu 10 ili 11, n a z n a č e n t i m e, što su kisela mesta najmanje jednog organskog dispergujućeg agensa delimično ili u potpunosti neutralizovana natrijumom.
13. Postupak prema bilo kom od zahteva 1 do 12, n a z n a č e n t i m e, što je vodena suspenzija dispergovanog kalcijum karbonata iz faze a) dobijena koncentrovanjem vodene suspenzije kalcijum karbonata.
14. Postupak prema zahtevu 13, n a z n a č e n t i m e, što je dispergujući agens dodat pre faze koncentrovanja.
15. Postupak prema zahtevu 13, n a z n a č e n t i m e, što je dispergujući agens dodat nakon faze koncentrovanja.
16. Postupak prema bilo kom od zahteva 13 do 15, n a z n a č e n t i m e, što je kalcijum karbonat u vodenoj suspenziji usitnjen pre faze koncetrovanja.
