Description

Изобретение относитс  к области землеройных машин и предназначено дл  разработки грунта в транше х и узких каналах. Цель изобретени  - обеспечение устойчивости экскаватора при работе на воде и при передвижении по земле. Предлагаемый экскаватор отличаетс  от известного тем, что телескопические выносные опоры соединены в верхней своей части с понтоном с возможностью поворота вокруг вертикальной и горизонтальной осей и имеют в нижней своей части опорные элементы в виде установленных с возможностью поворота колес, снабженных приспособлением дл  фиксации их в заданном угловом положении . На фиг. 1 показан предлагаемый экскаватор во врем  работы, вид сбоку; на фиг. 2 - то же, без рабочего оборудовани  и грейфера, вид сверху; на фиг. 3 - то же, в транспортном положении , вид сбоку; на фиг. 4 - то же, без рабочего оборудовани  и грейфера, вид сверху. Экскаватор содержит рабочее оборудование 1, грейфер 2, выносные опоры 3, выполненные телескопическими и соединенные в верхней своей части с понтоном 4. Выносные опоры имеют возможность поворота вокруг вертикальной и горизонтальной осей и снабжены в нижней своей части опорными элементами 5 в виде установленных с возможностью поворота колес, снабженных приспособлением дл  фиксации их в заданном угловом положении. Опорный элемент 5 задней выносной опоры 3 может быть выполнен в виде перпендикул рно расположенной плиты 6. Опорные колеса 5 имеют выступы 7, направленные друг к другу, в которые входит своими концами промежуточна  штанга 8. При работе экскаватора удал етс  промежуточна  штанга 8 между колесами 5, и колеса 5 устанавливаютс  таким образом, чтобы они располагались в горизонтальном положении . Затем ось с колесами на задней выносной опоре замен етс  расположенной перпендикул рно плитой 6. Грейфер 2 производит выемку грунта внутри расположенной в радиусе его действи  зоны р дом и перед экскаватором , после чего передние выносные опоры немного приподнимаютс , рабочее оборудование изгибаетс  под действием силовых цилиндров и грейфер 2 т нет экскаватор вперед. Экскаватор подаетс  вперед до тех пор, пока не приблизитс  нова  зона дл  выработки грунта, после чего выносные опоры с горизонтально расположенными колесами вновь плотно прижимаютс  к грунту.The invention relates to the field of earthmoving machinery and is intended for excavation in trenches and narrow canals. The excavator contains working equipment 1, grab 2, outriggers 3, made telescopic and connected in its upper part with a pontoon 4. The outriggers have the ability to rotate around the vertical and horizontal axes and are equipped in the lower part with supporting elements 5 in the form of installed with the possibility of rotation wheels equipped with a fixture for fixing them in a given angular position. The support element 5 of the rear extension support 3 can be made in the form of a perpendicularly arranged plate 6. The support wheels 5 have protrusions 7 directed towards each other, which include an intermediate rod 8 with their ends. When the excavator is working, the intermediate rod 8 between the wheels 5 is removed , and the wheels 5 are mounted so that they are horizontal. Then, the axle with wheels on the rear outrigger is replaced by a plate 6 perpendicular to it. The grab 2 excavates inside the zone located in the radius of its operation and in front of the excavator, after which the outward outriggers are slightly raised, the working equipment is bent under the action of the power cylinders grab 2 tons no excavator forward. The excavator is fed forward until a new zone for excavation approaches, after which the outriggers with horizontal wheels are pressed tightly to the ground again.
