Abstract

A known pavement plane consists of concrete blocks in which a piping system for draining off rainwater gathered on the surface of concrete blocks is installed. Therefore, the concrete blocks comprise on their side planes horizontal and vertical canals into which the piping system is installed when laying the blocks. Water is received and fed into the underlaying water piping system by means of vertical pipes which reach up to the upper plane of concrete blocks. This procedure is a very complicated one, because great attention shall be paid to avoid the filler to get into the pipe, bringing about the danger of clogging the horizontal drainage pipe by which conditions of water drainage become much worse as a whole. According to the invention, devices for draining off water gathered on the block surface are voids (2) leading down to the base plane of the pavement filled with coarse-grained filler (3) the particles of which are glued together by a binder. The advantage of this design is in that the voids may be designed as a simple structure for which the available block (1) holes are suitable already. According to the invention, these voids are filled with a mixture of the filler and the binder.

The invention relates to a pressure surface of individual, mutually arranged blocks, preferably made of concrete, wherein the pressure surface comprises devices for draining on the surface of the blocks of collected fluid, especially rainwater.

This type of paving surface is known from DE-OS 26 55 867. These paving surfaces consist of concrete blocks in which a piping system for the drainage on the surface of concrete blocks of collected rainwater is inserted. Concrete blocks therefore comprise horizontal and vertical channels on their lateral surfaces, into which a piping system is inserted when laying the blocks. With vertical pipes extending to the surface of the concrete masonry, water is received and fed into the horizontal pipework below. The vertical pipe accepting slant of the concrete masonry is rectangular and forms when assembling e.g. of two concrete blocks is a rectangle that deflects the pipe orifice by a distance. The free space between the pipe and the concrete block must be tightly filled after placement to allow water to enter the pipe mouth. This process is very complicated because it is essential to ensure that the filler does not reach the pipe, because then there is a risk of clogging of the horizontal drainage pipe and thus the circumstances of the water drainage are completely shortened. Such clogging can also occur over time with other impurities, rendering the entire system unusable.

It is an object of the invention to provide an opportunity to efficiently and satisfactorily discharge fluid collected at the surface of the masonry at low construction cost.

This task is solved by the fact that the drainage devices on the surface of the bricks are collected liquids to the base surface of the pressure surface of the gap, which are filled with a filler whose elements are interconnected by a binder. The advantage of this design lies in the fact that initially the gaps can be designed in a structural manner, which is also suitable for the already available openings in the blocks. According to the invention, these gaps are filled with a mixture of filler and binder. By filling the filler. its elements are firmly adhered to one another in the final stage; first, a solid surface is obtained, which does not compress even at point load on the surface of the pressure surface, e.g. with heels. Thus, the pavement according to the invention is suitable, inter alia, for paths, roads and surfaces often laden with pedestrians and all kinds of vehicles. Furthermore, the design according to the invention achieves that by using a thick-grained filler, which does not adequately compact or barely fill in the voids, and which does not additionally compact during daily use, there are relatively large spaces between the filler elements, with which the collected fluid can be satisfactorily drained. In addition, particles of ordinary size, without the risk of clogging, can be flushed through the spaces thus formed and, depending on the composition of the substrate (as well as the fluid), can be discharged. The paving surface of the invention thus designed is primarily intended for rainwater management, but can also be used for other purposes for which it is necessary to discharge other liquids. Thus, e.g. the intended use of the pavement surface also in the factory halls, whereby a trap can then be provided under the pressure plane, of course, from which it can be discharged or removed. the liquid caught.

In the further embodiment of the invention, sand is a filler. The grain size is, of course, adapted to the size of the voids, preferably using a grain size of 5 to 8 and up to 20 mm. Depending on the use case, the granularity may also be finer or even larger.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the filler is a single or mixed product consisting of natural sand, gravel, concrete recycling material (RCL material) or the like. Of course, ordinary sand can also be included in this mixed product. This is followed by the choice, first and foremost, of each use case, with the specified filler also specifying specific color tones.

5 do 8 mm. 0,2 do 3 mm. Preferably, the voids are first filled up to a height of 2/3 to 4/5 by filling a larger grain size, e.g. 5 to 8 mm. Subsequently, the voids and the choice of the gap between the blocks are completely filled with a fine-grained granular filler, e.g. 0.2 to 3 mm. This ensures that any particles of dirt that penetrate the top layer are also drained away to ensure a permanent drainage of the fluid. The top layer can be cleaned, if necessary, because the dirt lays on top and can be sucked off or washed away.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the artificial binder is mixed with a resin. In this further embodiment, the binder is designed to be applied to the filling surface. The artificial resin is mixed with a hardener before processing and this binder is mixed with a filler. In this case, the mixing ratio is such that a dry mixture is formed which can be easily treated during processing time with a hardened artificial resin. This means that the mixture is spread over the laid bricks and especially pushed or directed into the voids. The bonding of the binder to the surface of the filler and thus of the individual filler elements to each other results in a good adhesive bond, resulting in relatively large spaces between the individual filler elements. It should be noted that sand and the like can be filled into the voids without any additives and that the artificial resin or the appropriate adhesive can then be filled, sprayed or sprayed. After curing the mixture, the curing time is adjustable e.g. within a quarter hour to several hours, a solid charge union is obtained which is loadable within the load options of the individual filler element. This is due, inter alia, to interdependence or adhesion to the surface of the enclosed masonry, a solid connection which ensures good durability of the pressure surface even at high alternating loads. It is impossible to sweep or vacuum the vehicle with a broom, sweeper or driving it with the tires of vehicles.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the voids are formed from one, at least one lateral surface of the masonry slant arranged. In the further embodiment, the bevel comprises in particular the shape of a right-angled triangle with a length equal to at least twice the size of the filler grain. Such a wall can be given, e.g. in the basic construction of the masonry, it is easy to realize in the construction as any rectangle. In this case, the length of the limb in the preferred embodiment is about 5 cm, but in each case is equal to at least twice the size of the granularity of the filler. its elements.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the gaps are designed with one or more openings on the blocks. Thus, masonry can be e.g. mesh lawn bricks, with one or more openings filled with filler. The openings can also include any special shape (round, oval, angular). It is also contemplated by the invention that the side surfaces of the masonry are designed e.g. corrugated, so that, when properly positioned, there are also gaps between the blocks, which, according to the invention, are partially or completely filled with filler.

In the further embodiment of the invention, the gaps are designed by the method of laying the blocks. This is particularly understood to mean the placement of bricks with the spacing of the bricks, preferably by means of spacers. These spacers can again be any bricks themselves, or they can also be special elements, e.g. plastic spacers. In particular, it is provided that the plastic spacers are hollow inside, so that this surface can also be filled with filler. Furthermore, the height is measured so that the filler on the surface of the block forms a continuous filling surface with the block.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the voids adjacent to the voids are filled with fine-grained fillers or conventional fillers between the supporting blocks. In doing so, this fine-grained filler is treated after curing with a mixed filler binder. It may be envisaged that the filled voids during treatment of the filler will be covered e.g. with a kind of template. As long as only small quantities of this type of filler enter the filler spaces, this is irrelevant, since settling and clogging can be avoided by the size of the filler spaces.

Further preferred embodiments of the invention are exemplified by the following description of the drawings, wherein the embodiments shown in the drawings are described in more detail. 1 is a pressure surface with various layout options for the blocks of the invention; FIG. 2 is a detail view, and Figs. 3 two pressure surfaces in which the void is formed by different shapes of spacers.

Bricks 1 according to FIG. 1, in particular concrete bricks, comprise a rectangular basic shape, with at least one edge provided with a slant. In this way, gaps 2 are formed when laying such bricks, which, given the basic shape of the individual bracket 1, have the shape of a right triangle. Basically, however, bevel can have any shape. In this case, as already stated, masonry 1 is intended to comprise one or more slopes. With this being said, e.g. create in FIG. 1 presentation of the laying pattern. The voids 2 are filled with filler 3, in particular sand with a grain size of 0.1 to 20 mm, the elements of which are interconnected and connected to the masonry by a binder that is mixed with artificial resin. Other hardening or curing adhesives, such as bitumen, water glass or the like, may also be used. This filler 3 is mixed prior to treatment so that the sand or the like with artificial resin or a suitable adhesive is interconnected in a mixer or manually or applied to the sand, and e.g. direct the voids 2. Artificial resin or suitable adhesive can also be sprayed or sprayed on voids filled with sand or the like. After curing the fill, the remaining slots 4 between the individual masonry 1 are filled with a conventional fine-grained filler.

In FIG. 2 shows a single block 1, wherein in this block 1 an aperture is left as a void 5. The aperture 5 may be provided in addition to this or as an alternative to the void 2, which is obtained by oblique side walls at the edge. Also in this sketch, block 1 shows the filling of both the opening 5 and the voids 2 with the fill 3.

In FIG. In Fig. 3 are represented the paving blocks 1, which are designed as normal rectangular blocks and which are separated from each other by spacers 6. These spacers 6 may be designed e.g. as the letter T or in the form of a cross. The appropriate choice depends on the laying pattern. The sketch shows two such patterns. Spacers 6 can also be bricks. Preferably, they are made of plastic and form a cavity inside. These cavities are also filled with filler 3. Of course, plastic spacers 6 can also be massive. The spacers 6 preferably do not extend to the surface of the blocks 1 so that a continuous layer of filler is obtained on the surface of the blocks. Spacers can also be molded.
