Abstract
Buluş, mikroenkapsülasyon yöntemlerinde kullanılmak üzere geliştirilen, partikül boyutlarını küçültmek ve homojen boyut dağılımı sağlamak üzere, öz ve duvar materyal matriksinin katılaştırıcı çözelti içerisine damlacıklar şeklinde aktaran en az bir enjeksiyon ucu (12), bahsedilen enjeksiyon ucunun (12) frekans kontrollü titreşimini sağlayan titreşim çarkı (13) ve bahsedilen titreşim çarkını (13) döndürmek üzere bir tahrik elemanı (15) içeren damlatma düzeneği (10) ile ilgilidir.The invention consists of at least one injection tip (12) that transfers the core and wall material matrix into the solidifying solution in the form of droplets in order to reduce particle sizes and provide homogeneous size distribution, developed for use in microencapsulation methods, and a vibration wheel that provides frequency controlled vibration of the said injection tip (12).
