Abstract

[HEDEF] Bir alçı panel astarı için bir kağıt tabakası üzerine püskürtülen alçı taşı bulamacının dönme hareketi, bulamacın kağıt tabakası üzerinde kötü dağılmasını, sapma yapmasını veya düzensiz disperse olmasını engellemek için kısıtlanır. [ÇÖZÜM] Alçı taşı bulamacı için bir karıştırma ve çalkalama aygıtında (10), bir karıştırma alanı oluşturan bir dairesel kasa (20), kasa içerisine konumlandırılmış bir döner disk (32) ve bulamacı, alçı panel astarı (1) için kağıt tabakası üzerine besleme amaçlı bir boru şeklinde geçit (50,90,95,96,97,97') bulunur. Bir bacada, enine kesiti, boru şeklinde geçidin merkez eksenine (C,C1) göre aksisimetrik olmayan bir akışkan geçiş bölümü (60,61,91,92) veya boru şeklinde geçidin merkez ekseninin pozisyonunu, akışkan geçidinin enine kesitini değiştirmek veya yanallaştırmak suretiyle değiştiren bir akışkan geçiş bölümü (98,99) bulunur. Boru şeklinde geçit içerisinde bir boru içi akış türbülansı (F) olarak üretilen bir aksisimetrik vorteks akış, akışkan geçiş bölümünde bozulur ve böylece bunun, yoğunluk dağılımının homojen olmamasına veya kararsız olmasına neden olması muhtemel girdap hareketi, kağıt tabakası üzerine püskürtülen bulamaçta (3) önemli ölçüde kaybolur.
