  本新型創作高分子膜結構改良製作過程:[請參閱第一圖]其膜體(11)之孔洞(12)係利用滾刀滾壓、雷射、超音波、電暈、熱壓或溶劑破壞的方式穿透形成,並且可控制孔洞(12)之大小與數量,使得該膜體(11)仍保有原來的防水性,又能增加其透氣效果,而本實施例係將經由潑水處理之外層布料(2)貼合於膜體(11)一側邊,並可製成ㄧ防水衣物之用途,[請參閱第二圖]若劇烈運動時,該人體(6)所釋放之熱氣因氣體分子(3)較小,使得氣體分子(3)可經由孔洞(12)穿透至外層布料(2)纖維而揮發至外部,進而達到乾爽與降溫之效能,[請參閱第三圖]若遭水淋濕時,因高分子防水透氣膜(1)與經過潑水處理之外層布料(2)貼合後,進而達到防止水分子(4)滲透至人體(6)之功效,另外該高分子防水透氣膜(1)之膜體(11)亦可利用聚四氟化乙烯(PTFE)、聚酯彈性體(TPEE)、聚脲酯(PU)、聚酯(PET)等材質所製成,而膜體(11)可在貼合外層布料(2)前或貼合外層布料(2)後進行穿透孔洞(12)之加工,[請參閱第四圖]並且膜體(11)另一側面設置有單層或數層內層布料(5),其內層布料(5)可依照不同的需求而利用綿布、絨布或羽絨等不同保暖材質製成者。
  本新型創作高分子膜結構改良,其優點在於,該結構係藉由膜體上的孔洞可依照不同的需求而控制孔洞的大小與數量,使其結構不但保有傳統高分子膜之防水、透濕功能,又能增加其透氣性之效果,藉之,該結構即可提升習用之防水衣物於穿著時之舒適感與實用價值。
  綜上所述,當知本新型創作具有新穎性,且本新型創作未見之於任何刊物,當符合專利法第104條以及專利法第120條暨第22條之規定。
  唯以上所述者,僅為本新型創作之ㄧ較佳實施例而已,當不能以之限定本新型創作之範圍。即大凡依申請專利範圍所作之均等變化與修飾,皆應仍屬本創作專利涵蓋之範圍內。
