自動分析システム
 本発明は、自動分析システムに関し、特に、複数の自動分析装置における状況の確認に有効な技術に関する。
 自動分析装置の遠隔監視技術としては、例えば血液や尿などの生体試料(以下、単に試料と称する)と試薬とを用いることによって試料に含まれる特定成分の定量・定性分析を行う自動分析装置を無線ネットワークで接続して、タブレット端末などにより、該自動分析装置の状況を遠隔監視するものがある。
 タブレット端末は、携帯性を考量して画面サイズが小さく、また一般的に画面をタップして操作を行うため、デスクトップPC(パーソナルコンピュータ)などに比べて1画面に表示される情報量は限られる。
 このため、タブレット端末によって複数台の自動分析装置を接続して監視する場合には、接続した自動分析装置のリストから参照したい1台の自動分析装置を選択して、選択した自動分析装置のアラーム状況や試薬状況、測定結果などの状況画面、さらにその詳細画面というように画面を階層化して、より詳細な情報を見せるように画面を構成している。
 この種の複数の自動分析装置を遠隔監視する技術としては、例えば特許文献1が知られている。この特許文献1には、複数の検体処理ユニットに対して、対応する検体処理ユニットの操作画面を表示するためのオブジェクトを複数の操作部のそれぞれに表示させ、入力部を介して操作部に設けられたオブジェクトを選択する操作を受け付けたときに、操作部に対応する検体処理ユニットの操作を行うための操作画面を共用領域の一部に重なるように表示部に表示させる旨が記載されている。

 上述したように、画面を階層化して、より詳細な情報を見せる構成では、画面階層が深くなり操作が煩雑になるという問題がある。例えば複数台の自動分析装置の状況表示において、まず見たい1台の自動分析装置を選択して、さらに自動分析装置内の分類分けした詳細情報を表示していくような画面構成などの場合である。
 具体的に言えば、例えば、タブレット端末にて1台の自動分析装置の状況画面を見ながら作業を行っている最中に、別の自動分析装置においてアラームが発生した場合、現在見ている自動分析装置の画面からまずアラームが発生している自動分析装置を選択してアラーム画面に遷移する必要がある。
 さらに、そのアラームの内容により対処が必要か判断する場合は、アラームの詳細な情報を表示する画面まで遷移する操作を行わなければならない。そして、アラームの詳細画面を見て対処する必要がないアラームだった場合には、現在の作業を続けるために、アラーム確認前の自動分析装置の画面まで戻らなければならず操作の手間が多くかかってしまうことになり、作業効率を低下させる要因となる。
 本発明の目的は、自動分析装置の装置状況を確認する際の画面遷移操作を少なくすることにより、効率よく検査業務を進めることができる技術を提供することにある。

 本願において開示される発明のうち、代表的なものの概要を簡単に説明すれば、次のとおりである。

 実施の形態を説明するための全図において、同一の部材には原則として同一の符号を付し、その繰り返しの説明は省略する。
 以下、実施の形態を詳細に説明する。
 〈自動分析システムの構成例1〉
 図1は、一実施の形態による自動分析システムにおける構成の一例を示す説明図である。
 この図1に示す自動分析システムは、1台の自動分析装置を有する全体構成を概略的に示したものである。
 自動分析システム100は、図1に示すように、自動分析装置101、通信機器110、操作部PC111、情報管理PC112、無線機器113、および通信機器130を有する。
 自動分析装置101は、試料投入部104、分析部106a,106b,106c、搬送ライン105、および試料収納部109などを有する。この自動分析装置101は、例えばネットワーク接続によって操作部PC111およびタブレット端末114に接続されている。
 試料投入部104と試料収納部109とは、試料ラック103を搬送する搬送ライン105によって接続されている。試料投入部104は、試料ラック103が投入される。試料ラック103は、分析対象である試料が収容された試料容器102を複数搭載する。試料収納部109は、試料ラック103を収納する。
 分析部106a,106b,106cは、搬送ライン105に沿ってそれぞれ配置されている。なお、図1では、3つの分析部106a,106b,106cが配置されている例を示しているが、分析部の数に制限はなく、1つ以上であればよい。
 操作部PC111は、自動分析装置101全体の動作を制御するものであり、例えばハブなどからなる通信機器110を介して自動分析装置101に接続されている。また、通信機器110には、例えばパーソナルコンピュータなどの情報管理PC112が接続されている。情報管理PC112は、例えば無線ルータなどの無線機器113が接続されており、該無線機器113による無線通信によってタブレット端末114と通信することができる。
 試料投入部104には、分析対象である試料が収容された試料容器102が複数配置された試料ラック103が投入され、搬送ライン105を介して各分析部106a,106b,106cや試料収納部109などに搬送される。
 試料容器102に収容される試料としては、キャリブレーション測定に用いるキャリブレーション試料、精度管理測定に用いる精度管理試料、あるいは血液や尿などの生体試料である患者試料などがある。
 試料ラック103に搭載される各試料容器102には、収容される試料を識別する図示しないタグが設けられている。このタグは、例えばバーコードやRFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)であり、図示しない読み取り装置によって識別情報が読み取られ、操作部PC111などに送られる。
 分析部106aは、反応ディスク120a、試料分注機構121a、試薬ディスク108a、試薬分注機構122a、および測光機構123aなどを有する。反応ディスク120aは、複数の反応容器を有する。
 試料分注機構121aは、搬送ライン105により搬送される試料容器102に収容された試料を反応容器に分注する。試薬ディスク108aは、試料の分析に用いる試薬を収容した複数の試薬容器107を設置する。
 試薬分注機構122aは、試薬ディスクに設置された試薬容器107の試薬を吸引して反応容器に分注する。測光機構123aは、反応容器に収容された試料と試薬の混合液の吸光度や散乱光強度などを測定する。
 分析部106aは、測光機構123aから得られた光学情報を解析することによって試料内の所定物質の含有濃度などを分析することができる。分析部106b,106cについても、分析部106aと同様の構成を有しており、それぞれ、反応ディスク120b,120c、試料分注機構121b,121c、試薬ディスク108b,108c、試薬分注機構122b,122c、および測光機構123b、123cなどを有する。
 端末装置であるタブレット端末114は、無線機器113を介して情報管理PC112と通信可能に接続されており、該タブレット端末114からの指示により、情報管理PC112を経由して操作部PC111から装置情報を取得する。これによって、オペレータ200は、タブレット端末114の画面から自動分析装置101の各情報を見ることができる。
 〈自動分析システムの構成例2〉
 図2は、図1の自動分析装置を複数台有する自動分析システムにおける構成の一例を示す説明図である。
 この図2では、操作部PC111がそれぞれ接続された自動分析装置101a~101dを4台接続した例を示したものである。なお、自動分析装置の接続台数については、特に制限はない。
 自動分析装置101a~101dには、ハブなどからなる通信機器110a~110dがそれぞれ接続されている。通信機器110a~110dは、通信機器130にそれぞれ接続されている。
 よって、自動分析装置101a~101dは、通信機器110a~110dおよび通信機器130を介して、情報管理PC112にそれぞれ接続されている。情報管理PC112は、接続した無線機器113と無線通信によってタブレット端末114と通信可能に接続されている。
 〈機能構成例〉
 図3は、図2の自動分析システムが有する操作部PC、情報管理PC、およびタブレット端末における機能構成の一例を示すブロック図である。
 この図3において、自動分析システム100における接続構成は、図2と同様であり、操作部PC111a,111b,111c,111dは、通信機器110a,110b,110c,110dおよび通信機器130を通じて情報管理PC112にそれぞれ接続されている。また、情報管理PC112は、無線機器113を通じて無線通信により情報の授受が行われる。
 なお、操作部PC111b~111dは、操作部PC111aと同様の機能構成であるので、図3では、省略している。
 操作部PC111aは、図示するように、入力部201、表示部202、装置情報管理部204、対情報管理PC通信部205、記憶部206、および対分析部通信部207などを有する。
 操作部PC111aは、例えば図1の分析部106a,106b,106c、および試料収納部109などと通信を行い、自動分析装置101a全体の動作を制御する。操作部PC111aは、入力部201、表示部202、装置情報管理部204、対情報管理PC通信部205、記憶部206、および対分析部通信部207などを有する。
 入力部201は、例えば、キーボードやマウスなどであり、表示部202に表示される各種操作画面のボタン表示のマウスカーソルによる押し下げ、例えばマウスのクリックなどや入力枠へのキーボードからの数字や文字の入力などを行う。すなわち、入力部201と表示部202とは、GUI(Graphical User Interface)にて構成している。
 装置情報管理部204は、アラーム管理部221、試薬管理部222、および測定終了管理部223を有する。
 試薬管理部222は、図1の試薬ディスク108a,108b,108cに設置された試薬容器107などの試薬に関する情報の管理を行う。具体的には、分析項目との紐付け、残量管理、1つの分析項目に対して複数の試薬容器107が設置された場合の使用優先順の管理、および試薬有効期限の管理などである。
 新たに試薬容器107が設置された場合、試薬管理部222は、記憶部206に記憶されている累積試薬情報を検索して過去に同じ試薬容器が設置されていたかを判定する。設置されていた場合には、記憶部206に記憶されている試薬情報を取り出し、設置されていなかった場合には、新規の試薬容器107として管理する。
 また、残量管理においては、入力部201を通して設定された分析項目毎の残量のしきい値を下回った試薬について、試薬準備リストあるいは試薬廃棄リストに登録するといった処理も行う。また、試薬管理部222は、表示部202の表示に関する制御なども行う。
 アラーム管理部221は、自動分析装置101aに設けられた図示しない検出部からの情報や装置状態などと例えば異常の検出理論などのあらかじめ定めた基準などに基づいて検出された異常を表示部202に報知して、タブレット端末114に異常を通知するために異常情報を図示しない一時記憶部に記憶する。
 測定終了管理部223は、自動分析装置101aにて測定したキャリブレーション試料、精度管理試料、または患者試料の測定結果が出力されたかどうか監視する。そして、測定結果が自動分析装置101aから出力されるとタブレット端末114に通知するために試料情報の測定終了情報を記憶部206に記憶させる。
 対情報管理PC通信部205は、情報管理PC112からの要求テキストを受信して、装置情報管理部204が管理している情報などの必要な情報を情報管理PC112に送信する。
 情報管理PC112は、情報管理通信部231、情報管理部232、および情報管理記憶部233を有する。
 情報管理通信部231は、タブレット端末114との無線通信の制御、タブレット端末114に送信する通信テキストの作成、およびタブレット端末114から受信した通信テキストの情報の分配を行い、操作部PC111aに情報を送信する。
 情報管理部232は、接続している各自動分析装置101a~101dのIPアドレスなどの装置の識別情報を情報管理記憶部233に記憶させる。また、情報管理部232は、タブレット端末114から指示された内容に応じて、情報管理通信部231を通じて該当自動分析装置に対して装置情報の取得などの通信を行う。
 対分析部通信部207は、自動分析装置101aとの通信の制御、自動分析装置101aに送信する通信テキストの作成、および自動分析装置101aから受信した通信テキストの情報の分配を行う。
 タブレット端末114は、端末表示部208、端末通信部209、端末情報管理部210、および端末入力部211などを有する。このタブレット端末114は、無線機器113を通じて情報管理PC112を経由して操作部PC111a(~111d)と通信する。これにより、自動分析装置101a(~101d)から様々な情報を取得したり、自動分析装置101a(~101d)の操作を行ったりする。
 タブレット端末114においては、操作部PC111aと同様に、表示部である端末表示部208と端末入力部211とによってGUIが構成されている。これにより、操作部PC111a(~111d)から送信された試薬情報、アラーム情報、および通知情報を含む種々の情報を受信して端末表示部208に表示する。あるいは、端末入力部211によって自動分析装置101a(~101d)に操作指示などを入力して、操作部PC111aに送信する。
 端末通信部209は、情報管理PC112との無線通信の制御、情報管理PC112に送信する通信テキストの作成、および情報管理PC112から受信した通信テキストの情報の分配などを行う。
 情報管理部である端末情報管理部210は、操作部PC111a(~111d)から情報管理PC112を介して受信した自動分析装置に関するアラーム情報および試薬情報などを含む情報の管理および端末入力部211から画面上の操作処理などを行う。
 〈タブレット端末の画面表示例〉
 図4は、図3の自動分析システムが有するタブレット端末における画面表示の一例を示す説明図である。
 この図4は、タブレット端末114を起動した際に表示されるログオン画面の一例を示したものである。
 ログオン画面400には、入力ボックス401が表示されており、該入力ボックス401の下方には、入力ボックス402が表示されている。入力ボックス401は、オペレータIDを入力するボックスである。オペレータIDは、ユニークな番号や文字などであり、オペレータ毎に付与される。入力ボックス402は、パスワードを入力するボックスである。
 また、入力ボックス402の下方には、チェックボックス403が表示されており、該チェックボックス403の下方には、ログオンボタン404が表示されている。チェックボックス403は、ログオン情報、すなわち入力ボックス401,402に入力されたオペレータIDおよびパスワードを記憶させたい場合にチェックを行う。これにより、次回からは、入力ボックス401,402には、オペレータIDおよびパスワードがそれぞれ入力済みの状態となる。
 このログオン画面400において、オペレータIDおよびパスワードをそれぞれ入力ボックス401,402に入力して、ログオンボタン404を押すことにより、オペレータIDおよびパスワードの認証がそれぞれ行われる。
 図3の自動分析装置101a~101dの操作部PC111a~111dが有する記憶部206には、オペレータIDおよびパスワードがそれぞれ記憶されている。タブレット端末114から入力したオペレータIDおよびパス―ワードは、各操作部PC111a~111dの記憶部206に記憶されているオペレータIDおよびパスワードと照合されてログオン処理が行われる。
 続いて、オペレータIDおよびパスワードの照合するログオン処理について説明する。
 〈ログオン処理例〉
 図5は、図3の自動分析システムによるログオン処理の一例を示すフローチャートである。
 各自動分析装置101a~101dのネットワーク接続状況は、情報管理PC112の情報管理記憶部233に記憶されており、該情報管理記憶部233に記憶された情報を参照してネットワークが接続している自動分析装置数分の処理が繰り返えされる(S101~S105)。
 まず、情報管理PC112の情報管理部232は、操作部PC111aの記憶部206に記憶されているオペレータIDおよびパスワードとタブレット端末114から入力されたオペレータIDおよびパスワードと照合する(ステップS102)。
 一致するものが見つかった場合、自動分析装置101aへのアクセスは可能と判定する(ステップS103)。一致するものが見つからなかった場合には、自動分析装置101aへのアクセスは不可と判定する(ステップS104)。また、アクセス不可と判定された自動分析装置101aの情報は参照不可となる。
 これらステップS102~S104の処理を繰り返して、接続している全ての自動分析装置101a~101dに対する処理が終了となる。
 その後、1台以上のアクセス可能な自動分析装置があれば(ステップS106)ログオンが成功となり(ステップS107)、メイン画面に遷移する。アクセス可能な自動分析装置が1台もなければログオン失敗となり(ステップS108)、メイン画面に遷移しない。
 〈ホーム画面の表示例〉
 図6は、図3の自動分析システムが有するタブレット端末に表示されるログオン成功後におけるメイン画面に表示されるホーム画面の一例を示す説明図である。
 なお、図6に示すホーム画面は、情報管理部232から受け取った図5のログオン処理の処理結果に基づいて端末情報管理部210が主体となって生成する。
 ホーム画面1400には、上方から下方にかけて、装置選択ボタン1401a、装置選択ボタン1401b、装置選択ボタン1401c、および装置選択ボタン1401dがそれぞれ表示されている。
 これら装置選択ボタン1401a~1401dは、タブレット端末114にて接続可能な自動分析装置にそれぞれ対応しており、任意の自動分析装置を選択するボタンである。
 図6に示した例では、上述したように装置選択ボタン1401a、装置選択ボタン1401b、装置選択ボタン1401c、および装置選択ボタン1401dが表示されている。すなわち、タブレット端末114から接続して情報表示できる自動分析装置が4台あることを示している。
 装置選択ボタン1401aには、装置名称1402aおよび装置状態アイコン1403aがそれぞれ表示されている。なお、装置選択ボタン1401b~1410dにおいても、同様に装置名称1402b~1402dおよび装置状態アイコン1403a~1403dがそれぞれ表示されている。
 装置名称1402aは、各々の自動分析装置に付与された名称であり、装置選択ボタンがどの自動分析装置に対応した選択ボタンであるか認識できるようになっている。装置状態アイコン1403aは、自動分析装置が分析中や待機中などの装置状態をアイコンの色で区別して表示する。
 また、図5のログオン処理において、ログオンに失敗した自動分析装置に対しては、ログオンに成功した装置状態とは区別して表示するとともに、装置選択ボタン押せないように制御される。
 図6では、装置アイコン1403d、すなわち装置名称が「4号機」の自動分析装置がオフライン状態であることを示しており、例えば装置アイコン1403dが他の装置アイコン1403a~1403cとは異なる色などによって表示されている例を示している。また、自動分析装置がオフライン状態である装置アイコン1403dは、押せないように制御されている。
 オフライン状態ではない装置選択ボタン、例えば装置選択ボタン1401aを押すことにより「1号機」の自動分析装置に対するメインのベース画面が表示される。もし、装置名称が「2号機」の自動分析装置に接続したい場合には、装置選択ボタン1401bを押す操作になる。
 〈階層化画面例〉
 図7は、図3の自動分析システムが有するタブレット端末に表示されるログオン画面およびホーム画面を含んだ画面階層の一例を示す説明図である。
 なお、図7に示す階層化された画面についても、タブレット端末114の端末情報管理部210が主体となって生成するものである。
 まず、ログオン画面400においてログオンが成功すると、ホーム画面1400が表示される。ホーム画面1400において、例えば図6の装置選択ボタン1401a、すなわち装置名称が「1号機」の自動分析装置に対する装置選択ボタンを押すと、装置名称が「1号機」の自動分析装置におけるオーバービュー画面1203aが表示される。オーバービュー画面は、装置名称が「1号機」の自動分析装置全体の装置状況を示す画面である。
 オーバービュー画面1203aは、その下層にカテゴリ分けした状況画面として、アラーム状況画面1204a、試薬状況画面1205a、ラック状況画面1206aを有する。これらオーバービュー画面1203a、アラーム状況画面1204a、試薬状況画面1205a、ラック状況画面1206aは、状況画面となる。
 アラーム状況画面1204aは、自動分析装置におけるアラームの発生状況を示す画面である。試薬状況画面1205aは、試薬の残量状況などを示す画面である。ラック状況画面1206aは、図1の試料収納部109に収納された試料ラック103および試料ラック103上の試料の測定状況を示す画面である。
 これらアラーム状況画面1204a、試薬状況画面1205a、ラック状況画面1206aは、上述したように装置状態ボタン1403aが押されているので、装置名称が「1号機」の自動分析装置における状況画面である。
 アラーム状況画面1204a、試薬状況画面1205a、ラック状況画面1206aはお互いに画面遷移することができる。また、図示されていないが、アラーム状況画面1204a、試薬状況画面1205a、ラック状況画面1206aは、各画面の階層下にさらに詳細情報を示すアラーム詳細画面、試薬詳細画面、およびラック詳細画面をそれぞれ表示することができる。
 タブレット端末114に表示される階層化画面は、図7に示したように、接続した「1号機」~「4号機」の自動分析装置に対して同じ画面階層をそれぞれ有しており、それぞれの自動分析装置の状況を各画面に表示するように構成されている。
 なお、上述した画面の階層化については、装置名称が「2号機」、「3号機」、「4号機」の自動分析装置についても同様である。例えば「2号機」に対応するオーバービュー画面1203bの場合は、その下層にカテゴリ分けした状況画面として、アラーム状況画面1204b、試薬状況画面1205b、ラック状況画面1206bをそれぞれ有する。
 〈メイン画面の表示例〉
 図8は、図6のホーム画面にて自動分析装置を選択した際にタブレット端末に表示されるメイン画面の一例を示す説明図である。
 メイン画面は、図8(a)に示すように、第1の表示領域601、階層化リスト604、および第2の表示領域602によって構成される。第1の表示領域601の下方には、階層化リスト604が表示され、該階層化リスト604の下方には、状況画面である第2の表示領域602が表示される。これら第1の表示領域601および第2の表示領域602により状況確認画面が構成される。
 第1の表示領域601には、装置ボタン603が配置される。この装置ボタン603は、接続された自動分析装置にそれぞれ対応するボタンである。図8(a)では、4つの装置ボタン603があり、4台の自動分析装置が接続されている状態であることを示している。
 第2の表示領域602は、接続された自動分析装置のうち、選択された1台の自動分析装置の装置情報すなわち、アラーム状況や試薬状況などを表示するベース画面のエリアである。この図8(a)の例では、ベース画面が装置名称「1号機」の自動分析装置におけるアラーム状況画面を表示している例を示している。
 階層化リスト604は、ベース画面の階層構造を表示するリストであり、現在表示しているベース画面がどの画面階層であるかを示すものである。図6の例では、階層化リスト604の左端の「ホーム」が階層の最上位画面を示しており、右端の「アラーム状況」が現在の表示中の画面を示している。また、階層化リスト604の下線部のある表示を選択すると、ベース画面は、選択された画面に遷移して表示される。
 ここで、第1の表示領域601の装置ボタン603に表示される各種アイコンについて説明する。
 装置ボタン603内は、図8(b)に示すように、アラーム通知アイコン605、試料残量不足通知アイコン606、キャリブレーション/精度管理試料の測定終了通知アイコン607、緊急患者試料の測定終了通知アイコン608がそれぞれ表示されている。これらのアイコンは、アラートアイコンとなる。
 第1のアイコンであるアラーム通知アイコン605は、アラーム通知情報を通知するアイコンである。第2のアイコンである試料残量不足通知アイコン606は、試薬残量不足を通知するアイコンである。
 第3のアイコンであるキャリブレーション/精度管理試料の測定終了通知アイコン607は、キャリブレーションおよび精度管理試料の測定終了を通知するアイコンである。第4のアイコンである緊急患者試料の測定終了通知アイコン608は、緊急患者試料の測定終了を通知するアイコンである。
 アラーム通知情報は、自動分析装置において発生したアラーム通知をアラーム管理部221から情報管理PC112を通じてタブレット端末114に送信される。
 タブレット端末114がアラーム通知を受信すると、端末情報管理部210は、当該自動分析装置に対応する装置ボタン603に表示されるアラーム通知アイコン605を点滅させる。
 また、発生するアラームには、重要度のレベルが分かれており、レベル毎に異なる色にてアイコンを点滅表示させる。例えば、重要度を「注意」、「ストップ」の2段階のレベルに分けた色のアイコンでそれぞれ点滅表示させる。
 端末情報管理部210は、「注意」レベルと「ストップ」レベルとのアラームの発生が重なった場合、例えば「注意」<「ストップ」の優先順で高いほうのレベルのアイコンを表示する。
 試薬残量不足通知は、自動分析装置101に搭載されている試薬の残量情報を記憶部206から取得して試薬管理部222が試薬不足のチェックした結果を試薬残量不足通知としてタブレット端末114に定期的に送信する。
 タブレット端末114において、試薬残量不足通知を受信すると、端末情報管理部210は、自動分析装置の装置ボタン603内の試薬不足通知アイコン606を点滅させる。または発生した試薬残量不足レベルが分かれており、レベル毎に異なる色のアイコンで点滅表示させる。
 例えば試薬残量不足レベルは、3段階のしきい値を設定して、第1のしきい値を下回っている試薬容器107は「準備」、第1のしきい値より残量が少ない第2のしきい値を下回っている試薬容器107は「注意」、そして、残量が0になった試薬容器107は「警告」の3つのレベルに応じたアイコンを表示させる。
 また、各レベルの試薬残量不足が重なった場合には、「準備」<「注意」<「警告」の優先順にて最も高いアイコンを表示するようにしてもよい。
 キャリブレーション試料/精度管理試料測定終了通知は、自動分析装置にて測定したキャリブレーション試料または精度管理試料の測定が終了した際に、測定終了管理部223を介してタブレット端末114に送信される。
 タブレット端末114において、測定終了通知を受信すると端末情報管理部210は、該当する自動分析装置の装置ボタン603内のキャリブレーション試料/精度管理試料測定終了通知アイコン607を点滅させる。
 図8の例では、キャリブレーション/精度管理試料の測定終了通知アイコン607がキャリブレーションと試料の精度管理試料とを統合したアイコンとしているが、アイコンを別々に分けて表示するようにしてもよい。
 緊急患者試料の測定結果通知は、自動分析装置にて緊急患者試料の測定が終了した時に、測定終了管理部223を介してタブレット端末114に送信される。緊急患者試料は、例えば緊急患者の試料容器102を緊急患者試料用バーコードの貼った試料ラック103に搭載して測定することにより、該自動分析装置がバーコードを読み取り、緊急患者試料であることを認識する。
 タブレット端末114において、患者試料通知を受信すると、端末情報管理部210は、自動分析装置の装置ボタン603内の患者試料通知アイコン608を点滅させる。
 上記した各アイコンは、点滅と同時にタブレット端末に備えたスピーカなどを用いて音を鳴らして通知するようにしてもよい。あるいは、点滅表示でなくても、点灯表示や別のアイコン表示や形状を変化させて通知表示してもよい。
 〈ふきだし画面例〉
 図9は、図8の装置ボタンに表示される各種アイコンにて示される通知内容を表示するふきだし画面の一例を示す説明図である。
 ふきだし画面701は、装置ボタン603を押すことにより、第2領域602に表示されているベース画面に重なって該ベース画面の前面に表示される。このふきだし画面701には、表示されているふきだし画面701がどの自動分析装置に対応する画面であるかをオペレータに認識させる装置対応マークが表示される。
 図9の例は、ふきだし画面701の上部に三角形702が装置対応マークとして表示されている。また、三角形702の頂点は、装置名称が「2号機」の自動分析装置に対応する装置ボタン603を示しているので、この場合、ふきだし画面701の表示は、「2号機」の自動分析装置における通知が表示されていることを示している。
 ふきだし画面701は、装置名称719および該装置名称719に示された自動分析装置の現在の装置状態720がそれぞれ表示され、装置ボタン603内にて点滅中のアイコンに対応した詳細情報が表示される。
 このように、装置ボタン603によって階層が深くなっても、容易に任意の自動分析装置における装置情報をふきだし画面701によって確認することができる。
 ふきだし画面701は、 アラーム通知エリア703、試薬不足通知エリア704、および試料測定終了通知エリア705を有する。
 アラーム通知エリア703には、アイコンなどによって示される「注意」、「警告」のアラームレベル毎に発生中の最新のアラーム情報、発生時刻を表示する。また、「注意」、「警告」毎に確認ボタン707が配置されている。この確認ボタン707を押すと、ふきだし画面701が閉じて、ベース画面は、対応した自動分析装置のアラーム状況画面に遷移する。アラーム状況画面では、アラームの対処法などの詳細情報を確認できる。
 アラーム通知エリア703の各レベルの通知内容の表示および装置ボタン603のアイコン605の点滅表示は、ベース画面のアラーム状況画面に遷移すると消える。
 試薬不足通知エリア704は、「準備」、「注意」、「警告」のレベル毎に発生中の試薬不足情報を表示する。また、「準備」、「注意」、「警告」毎に確認ボタン708が配置されている。
 そして、確認ボタン708を押すと、ふきだし画面701が閉じて、ベース画面は、対応した分析装置の試薬状況画面に遷移する。試薬不足通知エリア704は、試薬状況画面でどの試薬が不足しているかなどの詳細情報を確認することができる。
 試薬不足通知エリア704の各レベルの通知内容の表示および試料残量不足通知アイコン606の点滅表示は、試薬残量不足レベルの予め設定されるしきい値以上の量になるように、対象となる図1の試薬ディスク108a~108cの試薬を交換したり補充することで消える。
 試料測定終了通知エリア705は、キャリブレーション試料、精度管理試料、緊急患者試料の測定終了時刻と通知内容を表示する。試料通知毎にOKボタン709が配置されており、OKボタン709を押すことにより、通知情報が削除される。
 また、表示中のふきだし画面701は「閉じる」ボタン718または装置ボタン603を押下することで閉じる。ふきだし画面701を閉じると、ふきだし画面701の表示前のベース画面が表示される。
 これにより、例えばオペレータが1つの自動分析装置のベース画面を参照しながら作業をしている最中に別の自動分析装置でアラームが発生した際に、ふきだし画面701にて別の自動分析装置のアラーム内容を確認することができる。
 この確認により、対処する必要があるアラームの場合には、確認ボタンを押して該当する自動当分析装置のアラーム状況画面を参照してアラームの詳細や対処方法などをスムーズに確認することができる。
 もし対処する必要がないアラームの場合には、ふきだし画面701を閉じることで作業中だった自動分析装置のベース画面に直ちに戻ることができるので、画面遷移操作の手間をかけることなく、容易に途中の作業を継続することができる。
 〈ふきだし画面の他の例〉
 図10は、図9のふきだし画面における他の例を示す説明図である。
 この図10では、通知情報として、装置ボタン603にアイコン609,610を追加し、ふきだし画面701には、試料異常通知705およびメンテナンス終了通知706をそれぞれ追加した例を示したものである。
 試料異常通知705は、自動分析装置101にて試料を試料分注機構121aによる分注時に分注ノズルの詰まりを検知したり、試料の量の不足を検知した場合に、自動分析装置200から操作部PC111に試料異常通知が報告され、情報管理PC112を通じてタブレット端末114に通知される。
 タブレット端末114において、端末情報管理部210は、通知を受けると、装置ボタン603の試料異常を通知する第5のアイコンであるアイコン609を点滅させる。また、端末情報管理部210は、対応するふきだし画面701に試料異常通知705に試料異常通知内容として、発生時刻、試料詰まりや試料不足の異常内容、試料を特定する試料ID番号などを表示する。
 これにより、オペレータは図10に示す画面の情報を見て、異常となった試料の対処を行い、迅速に再測定の準備を行うことができる。
 メンテナンス終了通知706は、自動分析装置の操作部PC112から自動分析装置200に対して実行したメンテナンスに対して、自動分析装置200からの終了通知を操作部PC112が受信すると、情報管理PC112を通じてタブレット端末114に通知される。
 タブレット端末114において、端末情報管理部210は、通知を受けると、装置ボタンのアイコン610を点滅させる。このアイコン618は、自動分析装置のメンテナンスの終了を通知するアイコンである。
 そして、端末情報管理部210は、ふきだし画面701のメンテナンス終了通知706に通知内容として、終了時刻、メンテナンス項目、およびメンテナンスの対象部位などを表示する。
 これにより、オペレータは、メンテナンス終了通知706に通知内容を見るだけで、自動分析装置のメンテナンスが終了したことを知ることができるので、迅速にルーチンの開始や次のメンテナンスの準備に取り掛かることができる。
 〈装置ボタンの表示遷移〉
 図11は、図8に示す装置ボタンにおける表示状態の遷移例を示す説明図である。
 複数台の自動分析装置の各状況画面を表示する場合には、ベース画面やふきだし画面などの複数の表示画面がどの分析装置に対応しているかを分かりやすく表示することは重要である。
 このため、装置ボタン603の表示は、ベース画面選択状態804、ふきだし画面選択状態805、画面非選択状態803、オフライン状態802の4つの表示状態を有し、各状態が分かるように装置ボタン表示を切り替える。
 ベース画面選択状態804は、第1の表示状態であり、ふきだし画面選択状態805は、第2の表示状態である。画面非選択状態803は、第3の表示状態である。
 オフライン状態802は、図5のログオン処理におけるステップS104の処理にてアクセス不可と判定された状態である。この状態にある自動分析装置は、装置状況などの情報を参照することはできないために、装置ボタン603も押せない状態となる。
 画面非選択状態803は、図5のログオン処理におけるステップS103の処理にてアクセス可能な自動分析装置であり、ベース画面もふきだし画面も選択していない状態である。
 ベース画面が選択されると、ベース画面選択状態804に遷移する。装置ボタン603を押すと、ふきだし画面選択状態805に遷移する。ベース画面選択状態804は、図5のステップS103の処理にてアクセス可能な自動分析装置であり、ベース画面が選択されている状態である。
 別の自動分析装置のベース画面が選択されると画面非選択状態803となる。図11では、ベース画面選択状態804にて同一の装置ボタンを押してもベース画面選択状態804のままとしているが、ベース画面とふきだし画面との両画面の選択状態を別の状態として管理してもよい。
 ふきだし画面選択状態805は、図5のステップS103の処理にてアクセス可能な自動分析装置であり、ベース画面非選択で、かつふきだし画面を表示している状態である。別の自動分析装置に対して装置ボタン603の押下またはベース画面を選択すると、ふきだし画面701が閉じて画面非選択状態803になる。任意の自動分析装置のベース画面を選択すると、ふきだし画面が閉じてベース画面選択状態804になる。
 ここで、装置ボタン603の表示は、ベース画面選択状態、ふきだし画面選択状態、画面非選択状態、およびオフライン状態にてそれぞれ区別するようにすれば表示している画面がどの自動分析装置に対応しているのかを分かりやすくすることができる。
 例えば図9には、左側から右側にかけて、装置ボタン603が、ベース画面選択状態、ふきだし画面選択状態、画面非選択状態、およびオフライン状態であることをそれぞれ示しており、これら装置ボタン603は、各々の状態に応じて背景色またはボタン形状、ボタン枠線などが異なる表示となっている。
 〈画面階層と装置ボタンの関係〉
 図12は、図3の自動分析システムが有するタブレット端末に表示される画面階層と装置ボタンとの関係の一例を示す説明図である。
 図12に示す画面1411は、タブレット端末114に表示されるふきだし画面の表示状態をわかりやすく模式化して示したものである。
 メイン画面602は、装置名称が「1号機」の自動分析装置における試薬状況画面1205aを表示した状態であり、「1号機」の自動分析装置に対応する装置ボタン603は、メイン画面602が現在「1号機」を選択していることが分かるようなボタン形状または背景色を表示する。
 ふきだし画面701は、メイン画面602の上面に表示する。ふきだし画面701に表示されている情報は、「2号機」の情報であることが分かるように装置ボタン603の形状または背景色を表示する。
 2号機の情報を示したふきだし画面701において、アラーム確認ボタン707または試薬確認ボタン708を押すとメイン画面602が「2号機」のアラーム状況画面1204bまたは試薬状況画面1205bにそれぞれ遷移する。
 画面1411の下方に示す画面1412は、「2号機」の自動分析装置に対応するふきだし画面701のアラーム確認ボタン押下後の画面表示の例を示している。
 この場合、メイン画面602は「2号機」の自動分析装置におけるアラーム状況画面1204bを表示しており、対応する2号機の装置ボタン603は、メイン画面が現在2号機を選択していることが分かるようなボタン形状または背景色を表示する。
 〈画面操作例〉
 図13は、図9に示すふきだし画面操作の具体例を示す説明図である。
 図13の左側に示す画面では、現在オペレータが試薬を準備するために表示している装置名称「1号機」の自動分析装置における試薬状況画面1101を表示しているものとする。
 最も左側に表示されている「1号機」の自動分析装置に対応する装置ボタン603は、表示中のベース画面が「1号機」の画面であることを示すボタン形状および背景色を表示している。
 この状態にて、「2号機」の自動分析装置からアラームが発生すると、アラーム音とともに「2号機」の自動分析装置に対応する装置ボタン603に表示されるアラーム通知アイコン605が点滅する。
 オペレータは、アラーム内容を確認するために「2号機」の自動分析装置に対応する左から2つめの装置ボタン603を押すと、現在ベース画面である「1号機」の自動分析装置に対応する試薬状況画面1205の前面に重ねるように「2号機」の自動分析装置に対応するふきだし画面701を表示する。
 「2号機」の自動分析装置に対応する装置ボタン603は、ふきだし画面701を表示した形状あるいは背景色に変わる。「1号機」の自動分析装置に対応する装置ボタン603は、ベース画面が「1号機」のままであるため変わらない。
 オペレータは、ふきだし画面701にてアラーム内容を確認する。アラーム内容が対処不要のアラームであれば、閉じるボタン718を押すことにより、ふきだし画面701が閉じてベース画面である「1号機」の試薬状況画面に戻り、オペレータは引き続き試薬の準備作業を続行する。
 アラーム内容が対処必要なアラームであれば、確認ボタン707を押すことにより、ベース画面が「2号機」の自動分析装置に対応するアラーム状況画面1204に切り替わる。
 この時、「2号機」の自動分析装置に対応する装置ボタン603は、ベース画面を示す形状または背景色となり、「1号機」の自動分析装置に対応する装置ボタン603は、非選択状態を示す形状または背景色となる。
 〈装置ボタンの配置変更〉
 図14は、図8に示す装置ボタンの配置変更の一例を示す説明図である。
 この図14は、例えばオペレータなどによって図8などに示す装置ボタン603の表示配列を変更するカスタマイズ例について説明する。
 図14において入力される情報が装置ボタン設定情報となる。
 装置ボタン603の配列を変更する際には、タブレット端末114の端末表示部208に図14に示す表示順リスト900を表示させる。これらの表示処理は、端末情報管理部210により実行される。
 表示順リスト900には、表示順番号901、装置名902、および表示ボタン906がそれぞれ表示される。表示順番号901は、接続した自動分析装置の表示順番を示す。装置名902は、表示順番号901に対応付けされた自動分析装置の装置名を示す。表示ボタン906は、自動分析装置の装置ボタン603を表示するか非表示にするかを設定するボタンである。
 表示順リスト900の右上方には、変更を確定する確定ボタン903が表示されている。表示順リスト900の下方には、左側に上へボタン904が表示され、該上へボタン904の右側には、下へボタン905が表示されている。
 表示順リスト900において、変更したい自動分析装置の装置名を選択すると、選択した行の背景色が変わり選択状態となる。この状態にて、上へボタン904を1回押すと1行上の表示と表示順番が入れ替わり、選択した装置の順番が1つ繰り上がる。
 また、下へボタン905を1回押すと1行下の表示と表示順番が入れ替わり、順番が1つ繰り下がる。このようにしてオペレータは、好みに合わせて画面上の自動分析装置の表示順を入れ替えることができる。
 図14では、装置名が「System1」である自動分析装置に対応する装置ボタン603、装置名が「System4」である自動分析装置に対応する装置ボタン603、続いて装置名が「System2」である自動分析装置に対応する装置ボタン603の順番にて表示される例を示している。
 表示ボタン906は、装置ボタン603を表示するか非表示にするかを切り替えられることができる。表示ボタン906を1回押すとチェックマークなし(非表示設定)になり、再度押すとチェックマークあり(表示設定)に切り替わる。
 チェックマークなしの場合は、装置ボタン603が非表示となり、チェックマークありの場合は、装置ボタン603が表示される。図3では、装置名が「System3」である自動分析装置に対応する装置ボタン603が非表示に設定されている例を示している。
 装置ボタン603における表示順および表示/非表示の設定が決定すると、確定ボタン903を押すことにより、装置ボタン603の表示順情報および表示設定情報が情報管理PC112の情報管理記憶部233に記憶される。
 再度メイン画面の表示の際、タブレット端末114の端末情報管理部210は、情報管理記憶部233に記憶された装置表示順および表示設定の情報に従って、図8などに示す第1の表示領域601に装置ボタン603をそれぞれ表示する。
 また、図6のホーム画面1400の表示時は、装置表示順および表示設定の情報に従い、装置選択ボタン1403a~1403dの順番を入れ替えて表示する。
 接続する自動分析装置の数が多くなると、画面表示上の各自動分析装置と実際に設置されている分析装置の対応づけがしづらくなるが、図14の表示順リスト900を用いて装置ボタン603の表示順や表示/非表示などを設定するとこにより、オペレータの管理しやすい順番で自動分析装置の状況をモニタリングすることができる。
 また、表示設定は、接続している1部の自動分析装置の故障やメンテナンスなどによりルーチン測定で使用しない自動分析装置を非表示にしたり、あるいはオペレータの担当する自動分析装置が分かれている場合に、自分の担当以外の自動分析装置を非表示にすることなどを容易に設定することができる。これにより、オペレータが目的とする自動分析装置を画面上にて管理しやすく容易にカスタマイズすることができる。
 以上により、自動分析装置における状況の確認を短時間で効率よく行うことができる。これにより、検査効率を向上させることができる。
 以上、本発明者によってなされた発明を実施の形態に基づき具体的に説明したが、本発明は前記実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々変更可能であることはいうまでもない。
 なお、本発明は上記した実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、様々な変形例が含まれる。例えば、上記した実施の形態は本発明を分かりやすく説明するために詳細に説明したものであり、必ずしも説明した全ての構成を備えるものに限定されるものではない。
 また、ある実施の形態の構成の一部を他の実施の形態の構成に置き換えることが可能であり、また、ある実施の形態の構成に他の実施の形態の構成を加えることも可能である。また、各実施の形態の構成の一部について、他の構成の追加、削除、置換をすることが可能である。

Claims (14)

  1.  検体を測定する1台以上の自動分析装置と、
     前記自動分析装置に接続される端末装置と、
     を有し、
     前記端末装置は、
     前記自動分析装置から出力される前記自動分析装置の装置状況を示す装置情報を取得して、取得した前記装置情報に基づいて、前記自動分析装置における装置状況を示す状況確認画面を生成する情報管理部と、
     前記情報管理部が生成した前記状況確認画面を表示する表示部と、
     を有し、
     前記表示部が表示する前記状況確認画面は、前記端末装置に接続される前記自動分析装置毎に対応する装置ボタンを表示する第1の表示領域と、
     選択された前記装置ボタンに対応する前記自動分析装置の装置状況を表示する第2の表示領域と、
     を有し、
     前記情報管理部は、前記装置ボタンが選択された際に、選択された前記装置ボタンに対応する自動分析装置の前記装置情報に基づいて、前記自動分析装置における装置状況を示す状況画面を生成して前記表示部に表示させる、自動分析システム。
  2.  請求項1記載の自動分析システムにおいて、
     前記情報管理部は、前記自動分析装置からアラートが通知された際に、前記自動分析装置の装置情報に基づいて、前記自動分析装置に対応する装置ボタンの表示が変化するように前記表示部に表示させる、自動分析システム。
  3.  請求項2記載の自動分析システムにおいて、
     前記表示部の前記第1の表示領域に表示される前記装置ボタンは、前記アラートの内容に対応する複数のアラートアイコンを有し、
     前記情報管理部は、前記自動分析装置のアラートに対応するアラートアイコンの表示を変化させる、自動分析システム。
  4.  請求項3記載の自動分析システムにおいて、
     前記情報管理部は、表示が変化した前記アラートアイコンが選択された際に、前記アラートを通知した前記自動分析装置における前記装置情報に基づいて、前記アラートの内容を表示する通知画面を前記表示部の前記第2の表示領域に表示させる、自動分析システム。
  5.  請求項3記載の自動分析システムにおいて、
     前記装置ボタンが有する前記アラートアイコンは、
     前記自動分析装置のアラーム通知情報を通知する第1のアイコンと、
     前記自動分析装置の試薬残量不足を通知する第2のアイコンと、
     前記自動分析装置のキャリブレーションまたは精度管理試料の測定終了を通知する第3のアイコンと、
     緊急患者試料の測定終了を通知する第4のアイコンと、
     を有する、自動分析システム。
  6.  請求項1記載の自動分析システムにおいて、
     前記情報管理部は、前記第2の表示領域に前記状況画面が表示されている際に新たな前記装置ボタンが選択されると、選択された前記装置ボタンに対応する新たな状況画面を現在表示されている前記状況画面の前面に表示し、前面の前記状況画面が閉じられた際に前記状況画面の背面に表示される状況画面を表示する、自動分析システム。
  7.  請求項6記載の自動分析システムにおいて、
     前記情報管理部は、前記第2の表示領域に表示されている前記装置ボタンの表示状態が第1の表示状態、第2の表示状態、または第3の表示状態のいずれであるかを区別できるように表示させ、
     前記第1の表示状態は、前記第2の表示領域に前記状況画面が表示されている状態であり、
     前記第2の表示状態は、前記第1の表示状態による前記状況画面の前面に新たな前記状況画面が表示されている状態であり、
     前記第3の表示状態は、前記第2の表示領域に前記状況画面が表示されていない状態である、自動分析システム。
  8.  請求項5記載の自動分析システムにおいて、
     前記情報管理部は、通知する情報の重要度に応じて前記第1のアイコンおよび前記第2のアイコンの表示がそれぞれ区別できるように前記表示部に表示させる、自動分析システム。
  9.  請求項6記載の自動分析システムにおいて、
     前記情報管理部は、前記状況画面の前面に新たな状況画面が表示される際に、どの自動分析装置の状況を表示しているかを示す装置対応マークを前面に表示される前記状況画面に表示させ、
     前記装置対応マークは、表示中の前記状況画面に対応する装置ボタンを示す、自動分析システム。
  10.  請求項1記載の自動分析システムにおいて、
     前記情報管理部は、前記自動分析装置を前記端末装置に接続する処理であるログイン処理を完了した自動分析装置に対応する前記装置ボタンと前記ログイン処理が完了していない自動分析装置に対応する前記装置ボタンとの表示状態を区別して前記表示部に表示させる、自動分析システム。
  11.  請求項1記載の自動分析システムにおいて、
     前記端末装置は、情報を入力する入力部を有し、
     前記情報管理部は、前記入力部から入力される装置ボタン設定情報に基づいて、前記装置ボタンの表示順番を変更して前記装置ボタンを前記表示部に表示させる、自動分析システム。
  12.  請求項1記載の自動分析システムにおいて、
     前記端末装置は、情報を入力する入力部を有し、
     前記情報管理部は、前記入力部から入力される装置ボタン設定情報に基づいて、前記装置ボタンを表示または消去する、自動分析システム。
  13.  請求項1記載の自動分析システムにおいて、
     前記端末装置は、携帯型情報端末である、自動分析システム。
  14.  請求項5記載の自動分析システムにおいて、
     前記装置ボタンが有する前記アラートアイコンは、分析中の試料に異常が発生したことを通知する第5のアイコンを有し、
     前記情報管理部は、前記自動分析装置から試料の異常が発生したことが通知されると、前記第5のアイコンが変化するように前記表示部に表示させ、前記装置情報に基づいて、前記試料の異常の内容を表示する通知画面を前記第2の表示領域に表示させる、自動分析システム。
