Abstract
Wall element to be mounted in the side openings of a housing frame made from profiles, in which element the side openings are bounded by a circumferential attachment flange, which allows items to grip behind it, for the attachment of the wall element, which wall element has an outer plate (2) and an inner plate (3) which are held at a distance from one another, the space between the two plates (2, 3) being filled with insulating material (5), and which wall element is provided with locking mechanisms (40), at points near its edge, with which the wall element can be locked to the housing frame. According to the invention, the wall element (1) consists, along its circumference, of profiles (4), which are located on one another on mitres, and which have flat surfaces on their sides parallel to the surface of the wall element. The outer plate (2) and the inner plate (3), which are both of flat design, are mounted on the said smooth surface of the profiles (4) and the locking mechanisms (40) are arranged inside the profiles (4) and are provided with a lock bolt (41) which can be pivoted out from the narrow sides of the wall element. <IMAGE>
