Abstract
Disclosed are an anti-fall air cylinder suspension seat for a railway freight train and a railway freight train. The air cylinder suspension seat comprises at least one supporting seat (10), wherein each supporting seat (10) comprises two suspension plates (1) disposed at an interval and a connecting plate (5) provided between the two suspension plates (1), two ends of the connecting plate (5) each have a hanging plate (6) with a C-shaped cross section, notches (11) matching the hanging plates (6) are provided respectively on the suspension plates (1), the hanging plates (6) are fixed in the notches (11), and a mounting hole (61) used for mounting an air cylinder (20) is provided at a bottom part of the hanging plates (6) at a position remote from the suspension plates (1). The bottom part of the C-shaped hanging plates can hold up an air cylinder suspension frame; therefore, the air cylinder will also not easily fall from the air cylinder suspension frame, having an anti-fall function and greatly increasing the safety and reliability of the air cylinder suspension seat and the freight train.
Description
ANTI-FALL AIR CYLINDER SUSPENSION SEAT FOR RAILWAY FREIGHT TRAIN AND RAILWAY FREIGHT TRAIN [0001] The present invention claims the benefit of priority to Chinese patent application No. 201320602290.8, titled "ANTI-FALL AIR RESERVOIR HANGER SEAT FOR RAILWAY FREIGHT TRAIN AND RAILWAY FREIGHT TRAIN", filed with the Chinese State Intellectual Property Office on September 27, 2013, the entire disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference. TECHNICAL FIELD [0002] The present disclosure relates to railway freight train technologies, and, particularly to an anti-fall air reservoir suspension seat for a railway freight train and a railway freight train. BACKGROUND [0003] For meeting the increasing requirement to railway transportation and improving the transportation efficiency and effectiveness, the loading capacity and speed of a railway freight train are respectively increased, at the same time, higher requirement is also imposed to the safety and reliability of the railway freight train. The structure of a connecting means for an air reservoir for the railway freight train is bound up with safety of operation of the freight train, which requires a suspension structure for the air reservoir to be replaced as a dragging structure, and meanwhile requires the connecting means for the air reservoir to be installed with an anti-fall structure, thereby improving the anti-fall performance of each hanging part. [0004] An air reservoir suspension seat uses a suspension structure. The air reservoir suspension seat is secured to the railway freight train via two suspension plates 1. The specific structure is shown in Figure 1, in which the suspension plates 1 are welded to a bottom portion of a middle beam 2, and the middle beam 2 is located in a recessed portion of a bathtub-shaped plate 3; two rib plates 4 are provided on each of the suspension plates 1, and the air reservoir suspension seat formed by the suspension plates 1 and the rib plates 4 does 7053162_1 (GHMatters) P100097.AU DENISET not have anti-fall function. [0005] The conventional technology has the following defects. [0006]1. The air reservoir is fixed to the suspension plates directly by a bolt, and the suspension plates do not have anti-fall function, suffering a low safety and reliability. [0007] 2. The suspension plate has a large deadweight and a high cost. SUMMARY [0008] An anti-fall air reservoir suspension seat for a railway freight train and a railway freight train are provided according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which may overcome the defects in the conventional technology, have anti-fall function, prevent the air reservoir from falling off, and improve the safety and reliability. [0009] A first aspect of the disclosure provides an anti-fall air reservoir suspension seat for a railway freight train , comprising at least one supporting seat, wherein the supporting seat comprises two suspension plates apart from each other, and further comprises a connecting plate arranged between the two suspension plates, a hanging plate with a C-shaped cross section is provided at each of two ends of the connecting plate, and each of the suspension plates is provided with a notch matching with the hanging plate, the hanging plate is secured in the corresponding notch, and a mounting hole for mounting an air reservoir is provided at a bottom portion of the hanging plate at a position away from the suspension plates. [0010] Further, the hanging plate can be located on outer sides of the two suspension plates, and an accommodating space for accommodating the air reservoir can be formed among the connecting plate, the two suspension plates, and the two hanging plates. [0011] In particular, an end portion of an opening of the hanging plate at a bottom portion of the hanging plate can incline towards an inner side of the opening of the hanging plate, and the inclined portion can form an anti-fall portion. [0012] Specifically, the connecting plate and the corresponding two hanging plates can be integrally formed. [0013] A second aspect of the disclosure provides a railway freight train, comprising a 2 7053162_1 (GHMatters) P100097.AU DENISET freight train body and at least one air reservoir secured to the freight train body, wherein the air reservoir is securely connected to the freight train body via one air reservoir suspension seat, and the air reservoir suspension seat is the anti-fall air reservoir suspension seat for a railway freight train of the first aspect. [00141 In the railway suspension seat, the air reservoir is arranged between the two suspension plates. Suspension frames of the air reservoir are respectively hung on the two C-shaped hanging plates, such that a mounting hole on each of the suspension frames is aligned with the mounting hole in the bottom portion of the hanging plate, thus, the suspension frames and the hanging plate may be secured by a bolt assembly and thereby the air reservoir is mounted to the air reservoir suspension seat. The bottom portion of the C-shaped hanging plate can hold up the air reservoir hanger frame, therefore, the air reservoir may not fall off the air reservoir hanger frame even if the bolt assembly becomes loose, which can have an anti-fall function and can greatly improve the safety and reliability of the air reservoir suspension seat compared with the conventional technology. DETAILED DESCRIPTION [0032] As shown in Figures 3 to 6, an anti-fall air reservoir suspension seat for a railway freight train is provided according to an embodiment, which includes at least one supporting seat 10. The supporting seat 10 includes two suspension plates 1 apart from each other, and further includes a connecting plate 5 arranged between the two suspension plates. A hanging plate 6 with a C-shaped cross section is provided at each of two ends of the connecting plate 5, and each of the suspension plates 1 is provided with a notch 11 for matching with the hanging plate, and the hanging plate 6 is secured in the corresponding notch 11. A mounting hole 61 for mounting an air reservoir 20 is provided at a bottom portion of the hanging plate 6 at a position away from the suspension plates. [0033] In the anti-fall air reservoir suspension seat for a railway freight train and the railway freight train, a freight train body is provided with a bathtub-shaped plate 3 and a middle beam 2 located in a recess of the bathtub-shaped plate 3. The connecting plate 5 of the air reservoir 4 7053162_1 (GHMatters) P100097.AU DENISET suspension seat is welded to a bottom portion of the middle beam 2, and both of the air reservoir 20 and the air reservoir suspension seat are located in the recess of the bathtub-shaped plate 3 after being assembled. The air reservoir 20 is arranged between the two suspension plates. Suspension frames of the air reservoir are respectively hung on the C-shaped hanging plates, thus, after a mounting hole in each of the suspension frame is correspondingly aligned with the mounting hole in the bottom portion of the hanging plate, the suspension frames and the hanging plate may be fixed by a bolt assembly and thus the air reservoir is mounted to the air reservoir suspension seat. Since the bottom portion of the C-shaped hanging plate can hold up the air reservoir suspension frames, the air reservoir won't fall off even if the bolt assembly becomes loose. Compared with the conventional technology, such structure has anti-fall function, greatly improves the safety and reliability of the air reservoir suspension seat, improves the safety of the operation of the wagon, optimizes the connection of the air reservoir and the wagon body, improves the force condition of the air reservoir seat, increases the strength and rigidity of the air reservoir suspension seat, and prolongs the service life of the air reservoir suspension seat and the air reservoir. [0034] As a further improvement to the above embodiment, as shown in Figures 7 to 16, for saving the installation space of the air reservoir and allowing the structure between the entire air reservoir suspension seat and the air reservoir to be more compact, both of the two hanging plates 6 are respectively located on outer sides of the two suspension plates 1, and an accommodating space 30 for accommodating the air reservoir 20 is formed between the connecting plate 5, the two suspension plates 1 and the two hanging plates 6. In this embodiment, the suspension plate located at a left side is a first suspension plate la, and the suspension plate located at a right side is a second suspension plate lb. The hanging plate fixedly connected with the first suspension plate 1 a is a first hanging plate 6a, and the hanging plate fixedly connected with the second suspension plate lb is a second hanging plate 6b. The first hanging plate 6a is located at an outer side of the first suspension plate la, and the second hanging plate 6b is located at an outer side of the second suspension plate lb. [0035] As a preferred embodiment of the above embodiment, for further enhancing the anti-fall performance of the air reservoir suspension seat, an opening end at a bottom portion of each of the hanging plates 6inclines towards an inner side of the opening of the hanging 5 7053162_1 (GHMatters) P100097.AU DENISET plate 6, and the inclined portion forms an anti-fall portion 62. In a case that the bolt assembly for connecting the air reservoir and the air reservoir suspension seat becomes loose, the air reservoir will move on the hanging plate under the operation and vibration of the wagon body. When the air reservoir suspension frame moves to an end portion of the hanging plate, the air reservoir suspension frame can be blocked by the anti-fall portion 62, avoiding the air reservoir falling from the hanging plate. [0036] In the above embodiments, the connecting plate 5 and the two hanging plates 6 are integrally formed. An accommodating space 30 for accommodating the air reservoir is provided between the two hanging plates, and the suspension seat can be easily made and installed. [0037] A railway freight train is further provided, as shown in Figures 3 to 6. The railway freight train includes a freight train body and at least one air reservoir 20 secured to the wagon body. The air reservoir 20 is securely connected to the freight train body via one air reservoir suspension seat, and the air reservoir suspension seat is the anti-fall air reservoir suspension seat for a railway freight train according to any of the above embodiments. The freight train body is provided with a bathtub-shaped plate 3 and a middle beam 2 located in a recess of the bathtub-shaped plate 3, the connecting plate 5 of the air reservoir suspension seat is welded to a bottom portion of the middle beam 2, and both of the air reservoir 20 and the air reservoir suspension seat are located in the recess of the bathtub-shaped plate 3 after being assembled. [0038] In the railway freight train, since the anti-fall air reservoir suspension seat of the railway freight train described above is employed, the air reservoir 20 is disposed between the two suspension plates land the suspension frames of the air reservoir 20 are respectively hung on the C-shaped hanging plates. After a mounting hole in the suspension frame is aligned with the mounting hole in the bottom portion of the hanging plate, the suspension frame and the hanging plate may be fixed by a bolt assembly and thus the air reservoir is mounted to the air reservoir suspension seat. Since the bottom portion of the C-shaped hanging plate can hold up the air reservoir suspension frames, the air reservoir won't fall off even if the bolt assembly becomes loose. Compared with the conventional technology, such structure has anti-fall function, greatly improves the safety and reliability of the air reservoir suspension seat. Claims (5)
1. An anti-fall air reservoir suspension seat for a railway freight train, comprising at least one supporting seat, wherein the supporting seat comprises two suspension plates apart from each other, and further comprises a connecting plate arranged between the two suspension plates, a hanging plate with a C-shaped cross section is provided at each of two ends of the connecting plate, and each of the suspension plates is provided with a notch matching with the hanging plate, the hanging plate is secured in the corresponding notch, and a mounting hole for mounting an air reservoir is provided at a bottom portion of the hanging plate at a position away from the suspension plate.
2. The anti-fall air reservoir suspension seat for a railway freight train according to claim 1, wherein both of the hanging plates are located respectively on outer sides of the two suspension plates, and an accommodating space for accommodating the air reservoir is formed between the connecting plate, the two suspension plates and the two hanging plates.
3. The anti-fall air reservoir suspension seat for a railway freight train according to claim 2, wherein an opening end of the hanging plate at a bottom portion inclines towards an inner side of the opening of the hanging plate, and the inclined portion forms an anti-fall portion.
4. The anti-fall air reservoir suspension seat for a railway freight train according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the connecting plate and the two hanging plates are integrally formed.
5. A railway freight train, comprising a freight train body and at least one air reservoir fixed to the freight train body, wherein their reservoir is securely connected to the freight train body via one air reservoir suspension seat, and the air reservoir suspension seat is the anti-fall air reservoir suspension seat for a railway freight train according to any one of claims 1 to 4. 8 7053162_1 (GHMatters) P100097.AU DENISET
