10 EMBODIMENTS
As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the present utility model refers to a coffee maker, provided with a coffee making device 100 and a steam generating device 200 therein to realize the functions of coffee making and steam milk emulsion, and comprises a body 1, a spray head assembly 2 assembled with the body 1 and a 15 milk box 3 assembled with the spray head assembly 2.
As shown in Figs. 2, 3 and 5, the coffee making device 100 and the steam generating device 200 are provided in the body 1; the body 1 has a front end surface 11, a first engaging portion 111 and a second engaging portion 112 protrude from the center of the front end surface 11, and a buckling portion 113 is 20 concavely provided in the upper part and the lower part of the front end surface 11 respectively, wherein the first engaging portion 111 is connected with the coffee making device 100, and the second engaging portion 112 is connected with the steam generating device 200. 5
As shown in Figs. 3-4, the spray head assembly 2 is detachably sleeved on the front end surface 11 and comprises a first nozzle 21 (which is used for outflow of coffee in this embodiment) and a second nozzle 22 (which is used for outflow of milk foams in this embodiment), wherein the first nozzle 21 is 5 assembled with the first engaging portion 111, the second nozzle 22 is assembled with the second engaging portion 112, and one side of the second nozzle 22 protrudes to form an interface 2231. As shown in Fig. 4, the first nozzle 21 comprises a first outlet 211, a first linking portion 212 assembled with the first outlet, a second linking portion 213 assembled with the first linking portion 212 and 10 a third linking portion 214 assembled with the second linking portion 213, wherein the third linking portion 214 is assembled with the first engaging portion 111; the second nozzle 22 comprises a second outlet 221, a first connecting portion 222 assembled with the second outlet 221, a second connecting portion 223 assembled with the first connecting portion 222 and a third connecting portion 224 15 assembled with the second connecting portion 223, wherein the third connecting portion 224 is assembled with the second engaging portion 112. Because all the assemblies of the first nozzle 21 and the second nozzle 22 are combined together in a connecting manner, the spray head assembly 2 is convenient to assemble and disassemble, and clean. 20 As shown in Fig. 4, the spray head assembly 2 further comprises a front cover 23, a frame body 24 and a rear cover 25, wherein the front cover 23 covers the front end of the frame body 24, and the first nozzle 21 and the second nozzle 22 are accommodated in the frame body 24. In this embodiment, the interface 2231 is formed by protruding from one side of the second connecting portion 223 6 of the second nozzle 22, and a hole 241 is formed in one side, which corresponds to the interface 2231, of the frame body 24. The interface 2231 extends out from the hole 241 and is assembled with a milk outlet nozzle 31. By means of such connecting manner, only the milk outlet nozzle 31 of the milk box 3 needs to be 5 directly connected to the interface 2231 during use of a customer, and needs to be pulled out from the interface 2231 during cleaning of the milk box 3, thereby being convenient for the customer to assemble and disassemble.
As shown in Figs. 3-4, a pushing portion 242 and a clamping portion 243 are provided at the top of the frame body 24. In this embodiment, a clamping 10 portion 243 is also provided at the bottom of the frame body 24, and the two clamping portions 243 may clamped with the two buckling portions 113 on the front end surface 11 of the body 1 respectively, thereby preventing the spray head assembly 22 from dropping from the body 1 when the machine shakes due to the external forces accidentally or carelessly. 15 The rear cover 25 is provided with a first through hole 251 and a second through hole 252 which correspond to the first engaging portion 111 and the second engaging portion 112, respectively. When the spray head assembly 2 is assembled with the coffee maker body 1, the third linking portion 214 and the third connecting portion 224 respectively pass through the first through hole 251 and 20 the second through hole 252 and are correspondingly assembled with the first engaging portion 111 and the second engaging portion 112 respectively. The rear cover 25 is provided with through holes 253 which correspond to the two clamping portions 243 on the frame body 24 respectively. When the spray head assembly 2 and the body 1 are assembled, the clamping portions 243 penetrate through the 7 through holes 253 and are clamped with the two buckling portions 113 on the front end surface 11 of the body 1.
As shown in Figs. 4-5, the rear cover 25 is also concavely provided with a cavity 254 in which a magnet 4 is arranged. The body 1 is provided with an 5 induction device 5 corresponding to the magnet 4 so as to induce whether the spray head assembly 2 is installed or not. If the user forgets sleeving the spray head assembly 2 on the body 1, whatever a coffee switch or a milk foam switch is started, coffee or milk foams will not flow out from the first engaging portion 111 and the second engaging portion 112, thus preventing the user from being scalded. 10 As shown in Fig. 5, the milk box 3 is provided with a milk outlet nozzle 31 which is detachably assembled on the interface 2231 of the spray head assembly 2, such that the user can load milk and disassemble and clean the milk box conveniently. An induction element 6 is also arranged on one side, close to the body 1, of the milk box 3. The body 1 is provided with a sensing device 7 15 corresponding to the induction element 6 so as to induce whether the milk box 3 is installed or not. If the user forgets assembling the milk box 3 and the spray head assembly 2, a steam generating function of the steam generating device 200 cannot be used even if the milk foam switch is started, that is, no steam is sprayed out from the second engaging portion 112 to prevent the user from being scalded. 20 As shown in Figs. 4-5, the disassembling steps of various components of the coffee maker of the present utility model are as follows: removing the milk outlet nozzle 31 of the milk box 3 from the interface 2231 first; then pushing the pushing portion 242 on the spray head assembly 2, such that the clamping portions 243 controlled by the pushing portion 242 are separated from the buckling 8 portions 113 on the front end surface 11 of the body 1; and at this moment, pulling the spray head assembly 2 away from the coffee maker body 1, such that the spray head assembly 2 can be disassembled for cleaning. Various assemblies in the spray head assembly 2 can be directly separated to be cleaned respectively 5 when the user wants to clean the spray head assembly more thoroughly. This process is simple in operation, and the spray head assembly 2 and the milk box 3 are disassembled by an inexperienced person within a short time. No professionals are needed for operation, thereby time and money are saved and the operation process is convenient. When various components of the coffee 10 maker are assembled, only the spray head assembly 2 needs to be integrally sleeved on the coffee maker body 1, and then the milk outlet 31 of the milk box 3 is assembled on the interface 2231 of the spray head assembly 2, therefore, the assembly process is simple and is convenient for the customer to operate.
