However, in the aforementioned configuration, when there is a radial gap between an inner circumferential surface of a hole into which the intermediate shaft such as a bearing is inserted and an outer circumferential surface of the intermediate shaft, there is a possibility that the intermediate shaft and the bearing abut against each other to generate an abnormal noise when the flap is operated.
[0006]
The present invention provides an air conditioner that can suppress an occurrence of abnormal noise generated at the time of operation of the flap, while suppressing an increase in cost.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
2016219562 12 Jan 2018 [0007]
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an air conditioner comprising a main body portion in which an air outlet is formed and a main body side mounting hole is formed; a flap which is provided in the air outlet to change a direction of air blown from the air outlet and has an engaging hole; and a connecting member which is inserted into the main body side mounting hole and the engaging hole to rotatably connect the flap with respect to the main body portion, wherein the connecting member comprises a mounting hole insertion portion which is inserted into the main body side mounting hole, a flap connecting portion which is formed at one end portion of the mounting hole insertion portion and is engaged with the engaging hole, and an elastic deformation portion which partially swells radially outward from an outer ircumferential surface of the mounting hole insertion portion at a position where the elastic deformation portion contacts an inner circumferential surface of the main body side mounting hole when the mounting hole insertion portion is inserted into the main body side mounting hole and is elastically deformable in the radial direction.
[0008]
With such a configuration, when the mounting hole insertion portion is inserted into the main body side mounting hole, the elastic deformation portion comes into slidecontact with an inner circ umferential surface of the main body side mounting hole, while being pushed back toward the inner circumferential surface of the main body side mounting hole. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress rattling between the main body side mounting hole and the connecting member caused by the gap between the main body side mounting hole and the mounting hole insertion portion. Therefore, by the elastic deformation of an elastic deformation piece which is brought into slide-contact with the inner circumferential surface of the main body side mounting hole, when turning
3a
2016219562 12 Jan 2018 the flap, it is possible to suppress the vibration of the connecting member relative to the main body side mounting hole.
[0009]
In the air conditioner according to a second aspect of the invention, in the first 5 aspect, the elastic deformation portion has a swelling portion which is formed to be thicker than a proximal end portion connected to the mounting hole insertion portion and is formed at a distal end portion to swell radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the mounting hole insertion portion.
[0010]
In this way, by forming the swelling portion formed at the distal end portion to be thinner than the proximal end portion, the elastic deformation portion can be easily elastically deformed. Accordingly, it is possible to effectively perform suppression of
2016219562 23 Aug 2016 rattling between the main body side mounting hole and the connecting member, and suppression of the vibration of the connecting member, using the elastic deformation portion.
[0011]
According to the air conditioner of the present invention, it is possible to suppress the rattling between the main body side mounting hole and the connecting member and to suppress an occurrence of abnormal noise generated when operating the flap.

[0026]
As illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5, the mounting portion 17 includes a flap side
2016219562 23 Aug 2016 bracket 19, a housing side bracket 20, and a connecting shaft (a connecting member) 21.
The flap side bracket 19 is provided integrally with a flap main body 18 of the flap 8.
The housing side bracket 20 is provided in the housing 2. The connecting shaft (the connecting member) 21 connects the flap side bracket 19 and the housing side bracket
20.
[0027]
The flap 8 includes the flap main body 18 having a laterally long plate shape, and the flap side bracket 19 provided on the flap main body 18 at a position corresponding to the mounting portion 17.
[0028]
The flap side bracket 19 is formed integrally on one surface 18f of the flap main body 18 to extend in an orthogonal direction from the surface 18f of the flap main body
18. The flap side bracket 19 has a plate shape. A main surface orthogonal to the axis
O is formed on the flap side bracket 19.
[0029]
The shape of the flap side bracket 19 viewed from the direction of the axis O is a triangular shape. The flap side bracket 19 is formed with a rectangular shaft engaging hole 23 that passes therethrough in the direction of the axis O (see FIG. 5).
[0030]
The housing side bracket 20 has a plate shape. On the housing side bracket 20, a main surface orthogonal to the direction of the axis O is formed so as not to inhibit the flow of air A that is blown out of the air outlet 4. A shaft insertion hole (a main body side mounting hole) 24 passing through in the direction of the axis O is formed in the housing side bracket 20. The shaft insertion hole 24, for example, has a circular shape.
[0031]
2016219562 23 Aug 2016 ίο
As illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 7, the connecting shaft 21 includes a shaft main body (a mounting hole insertion portion) 25, an engaging claw portion (a flap connecting portion) 26, and an elastic deformation piece (an elastic deformation portion) 30.
[0032]
As illustrated in FIGS. 4 to 7, the engaging claw portion 26 of the connecting shaft 21 is engaged with the shaft engaging hole 23 of the flap side bracket 19 in a state in which a one end 25 a side of the shaft main body 25 is inserted into the shaft insertion hole 24 formed in the housing side bracket 20.
[0033]
The shaft main body 25 of the present embodiment has a bottomed cylindrical shape centered on the central axis (axis O). As illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 7, the shaft main body 25 has a main body tube portion 41, an end surface portion 42 and a flange portion 43.
[0034]
The main body tube portion 41 has a cylindrical shape centered on the central axis (axis O). In a part in the circumferential direction of the main body tube portion 41, a through hole 29 passing through a part of the outer circumferential surface in the direction of the central axis (the axis O) is formed. As illustrated in FIG. 7, an outer diameter dimension D of the one end 25a side, which is one end portion in the extending direction of the main body tube portion 41, is formed larger than an opening dimension of the rectangular shaft engaging hole 23 formed in the flap side bracket 19. The outer diameter dimension D of the main body tube portion 41 is formed to be smaller than the opening portion dimension L2 which is the inner diameter of the shaft insertion hole 24.
[0035]
The end surface portion 42 is provided at the one end 25a of the main body tube
2016219562 23 Aug 2016 portion 41. The end surface portion 42 has a disc shape in which a main surface orthogonal to the central axis of the shaft main body 25 is formed. That is, the end surface portion 42 closes the opening of the one end 25a of the main body tube portion
41.
[0036]
The flange portion 43 is provided on the other end 25b side which is the other end portion in the extending direction of the main body tube portion 41. The flange portion 43 protrudes radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the main body tube portion 41 in an annular shape. The flange portion 43 is integrally formed at the other end 25b of the main body tube portion 41. The flange portion 43 prevents the shaft main body 25 from being moved to the flap side bracket 19 side and from being extracted from the shaft insertion hole 24.
[0037]
As illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 7, the engaging claw portion 26 has a pair of beam portions 26a protruding from the end surface of the one end 25 a side of the end surface portion 42 in the direction of the axis O, and flange portions 26b protruding from the front ends of the beam portions 26a.
[0038]
The beam portions 26a extend to be parallel to each other from the end surface portion 42 of the one end 25 a of the shaft main body 25 in the extending direction of the central axis (axis O) of the shaft main body 25. Each of the pair of beam portions 26a has a rectangular cross-section. Outer surfaces 26s of the pair of beam portions 26a, which are surfaces of an opposite side to the surface of the side on which the beam portions 26a face each other, are formed parallel to each other.
[0039]
2016219562 23 Aug 2016
The flange portions 26b are formed integrally at the front end portions of the beam portions 26a. The flange portions 26b protrude toward the outside of the side opposite to the direction in which the beam portions 26a face each other. As illustrated in FIG. 7, in the engaging claw portion 26, a gap between the outer surfaces 26s of the pair of beam portions 26a is formed slightly smaller than the opening dimension L in the longer direction of the rectangular shaft engaging hole 23 formed in the flap side bracket
19.
[0040]
Here, at least the engaging claw portion 26 of the connecting shaft 21 is formed of a flexible material (an elastically deformable material). As the flexible material, for example, it is possible to adopt engineering plastic such as a polyacetal resin (POM).
Accordingly, the pair of beam portions 26a constituting the engaging claw portion 26 can be elastically deformed in the direction of approaching the central axis (the axis O) of the shaft main body 25 so that the front end sides formed with the flange portions 26b approach each other with respect to the end surface portion 42.
[0041]
The engaging claw portion 26 is engaged with the rectangular shaft engaging hole 23 formed in the flap side bracket 19. The engaging claw portion 26 is inserted into the engaging hole 23, while elastically deforming the pair of beam portions 26a of the engaging claw portion 26 in the direction in which the flange portions 26b of the front end portion approach each other. When the flange portions 26b have passed through the shaft engaging hole 23, the elastically deformed beam portions 26a are restored, and the flange portions 26b are engaged with the shaft engaging hole 23. In this state, the one end 25a of the main body tube portion 41 of the connecting shaft 21 abuts the surface facing the other end 25b side of the flap side bracket 19. In this way,
2016219562 23 Aug 2016 the connecting shaft 21 is non-rotatably and non-movably fixed to the flap side bracket in the direction of the axis O.
[0042]
The elastic deformation piece 30 at least partially swells radially outward from the outer circumferential surface 25f of the shaft main body 25. The elastic deformation piece 30 is elastically deformable in the radial direction. Specifically, the elastic deformation piece 30 is provided inside the through hole 29 to be spaced apart from the main body tube portion 41. Thus, the elastic deformation piece 30 of this embodiment forms a pair of slits 29a which extends in the direction of the central axis (axis O) of the shaft main body 25 from the other end 25b toward the one end 25a side with respect to the main body tube portion 41. The pair of slits 29a is formed in the circumferential direction of the main body tube portion 41 at intervals to interpose the elastic deformation piece 30 therebetween. The elastic deformation piece 30 extends in the direction of the central axis (axis O) from the surface facing the one end 25a side of the flange portion 43. A proximal end portion 30a of the elastic deformation piece 30 is a fixed end which is integrally connected to the flange portion 43. A distal end portion
30b of the elastic deformation piece 30 is a free end which is separated from the main body tube portion 41 and the end surface portion 42. Thus, the elastic deformation piece 30 is formed in a cantilever shape. The distal end portion 30b is elastically deformable in the radial direction of the shaft main body 25.
[0043]
The proximal end portion 30a side of the elastic deformation piece 30 from the vicinity of the center in the direction of the central axis (the axis O) is a thin portion 31 which is thinner than the thickness of the main body tube portion 41. The distal end portion 30b side of the elastic deformation piece 30 from the vicinity of the center in the
2016219562 23 Aug 2016 direction of the central axis (the axis O) is a thick portion 32 which is thicker than the thickness of the main body tube portion 41. The thick portion 32 is formed to be thicker than the thin portion 31 of the proximal end portion 30a side connected to the flange portion 43. The thick portion 32 is a swelling portion 33 that swells radially outward from the outer circumferential surface 25f of the shaft main body 25. In this way, in a part in the circumferential direction of the shaft main body 25, the swelling portion 33 of the elastic deformation piece 30 swells radially outward.
[0044]
In the air conditioner 1 of the present embodiment, the shaft main body 25 is inserted into the shaft insertion hole 24 of the housing side bracket 20. Therefore, the flap 8 is mounted to the housing 2 via the connecting shaft 21. The outer diameter of the shaft main body 25 is formed to be slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the shaft insertion hole 24. Thus, the shaft main body 25 is supported within the shaft insertion hole 24 of the housing side bracket 20 to be freely rotatable around the axis O.
Therefore, it is possible to rotatably connect the flap 8 to the air conditioning device 3 by the connecting shaft 21.
[0045]
Here, when the shaft main body 25 is inserted into the shaft insertion hole 24, the swelling portion 33 of the elastic deformation piece 30, which swells radially outward in a part in the circumferential direction of the shaft main body 25, abuts an inner circumferential surface 24f of the shaft insertion hole 24. That is, the elastic deformation piece 30 enters a state in which the distal end portion 30b side provided with the swelling portion 33 is pressed radially inward by the inner circumferential surface 24f of the shaft insertion hole 24. Therefore, the elastic deformation piece 30 is elastically deformed, using the proximal end portion 30a provided with the thin portion 31 as a
2016219562 23 Aug 2016 fulcrum. As a result, the swelling portion 33 enters a state of being pushed back toward the inner circumferential surface 24f of the shaft insertion hole 24 by the elastic force.
Therefore, a frictional force is generated between the swelling portion 33 and the inner circumferential surface 24f of the shaft insertion hole 24.
[0046]
According to the embodiment, the shaft main body 25 is provided with the elastic deformation piece 30 that swells radially outward from the outer circumferential surface 25f of the shaft main body 25. Therefore, when the shaft main body 25 is inserted into the shaft insertion hole 24, the swelling portion 33 of the elastic deformation piece 30 comes into slide-contact with the inner circumferential surface 24f of the shaft insertion hole 24, while being pushed back toward the inner circumferential surface 24f of the shaft insertion hole 24. As a result, it is possible to suppress the rattling between the shaft insertion hole 24 and the connecting shaft 21 caused by the gap between the shaft insertion hole 24 and the main body tube portion 41. Therefore, by the elastic deformation of the elastic deformation piece 30 brought into slide-contact with the inner circumferential surface 24f of the shaft insertion hole 24, it is possible to suppress the vibration of the connecting shaft 21 relative to the shaft insertion hole 24 when turning the flap 8. Thus, it is possible to suppress an occurrence of abnormal noise generated at the time of operation of the flap.
[0047]
Such an elastic deformation piece 30 can be formed integrally with the flange portion 43 of the connecting shaft 21. Therefore, there is no need to provide a separate member for suppressing an occurrence of abnormal noise, and it is possible to manufacture an air conditioner 1 at low cost.
[0048]
2016219562 23 Aug 2016
It is not necessary to enhance the manufacturing accuracy and reduce the clearance between the shaft insertion hole 24 and the main body tube portion 41 in order to suppress an occurrence of abnormal noise. As a result, it is not necessary to excessively enhance the manufacturing accuracy of the connecting shaft 21, and it is possible to suppress the manufacturing costs of the connecting shaft 21.
[0049]
When the clearance between the shaft insertion hole 24 and the main body tube portion 41 is set to be small to suppress the occurrence of abnormal noise, the clearance is likely to become too narrow. As a result, the frictional force generated between the shaft insertion hole 24 and the main body tube portion 41 increases when the flap 8 is operated, and there is a possibility of occurrences of other failures such as a degradation of operability of the flap or a sliding sound. However, because it is not necessary to reduce the clearance between the shaft insertion hole 24 and the main body tube portion
41, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of such failures.
[0050]
In a state in which the swelling portion 33 abuts the inner circumferential surface 24f of the shaft insertion hole 24, the distal end portion 30b side is pressed radially inward toward the central axis (axis O), and the elastic deformation piece 30 is elastically deformed. That is, it is possible to suppress the swelling portion 33 from coming into contact with the inner circumferential surface 24f of the shaft insertion hole
24, in a state in which the excessively large force is applied thereto. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress the frictional force generated between the elastic deformation piece and the inner circumferential surface 24f of the shaft insertion hole 24 from becoming excessive, and it is possible to suppress the hindrance of smooth operation of the flap 8.
In particular, only the swelling portion 33 formed at the distal end portion 30b of the
2016219562 23 Aug 2016 elastic deformation piece 30 comes into contact with the inner circumferential surface
24f of the shaft insertion hole 24. As a result, it is possible to further suppress the frictional force generated between the elastic deformation piece 30 and the inner circumferential surface 24f of the shaft insertion hole 24.
[0051]
The thin portion 31 is formed at the proximal end portion 30a of the elastic deformation piece 30, and the swelling portion 33 is formed to be thicker than the thin portion 31. Asa result, it is possible to easily generate the elastic deformation in the elastic deformation piece 30. Therefore, it is possible to effectively generate the elastic force in the swelling portion 33. Accordingly, it is possible to more reliably suppress an increase in friction between the shaft insertion hole 24 and the shaft main body 25 caused by pressing the swelling portion 33 against the inner circumferential surface 24f of the shaft insertion hole 24 by the excessive force. Further, it is possible to effectively perform the suppression of the rattling between the shaft insertion hole 24 and the connecting shaft 21 and the suppression of vibration of the connecting shaft 21 using the elastic deformation piece 30.
[0052]
While the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, it is also possible to slightly change the design within the scope that does not depart from the technical idea of the present invention.
[0053]
For example, while the thin portion 31 is formed on the proximal end portion
30a side of the elastic deformation piece 30, the thin portion 31 is not essential.
[0054]
While the swelling portion 33 is formed by forming the thick portion 32 on the
2016219562 23 Aug 2016 distal end portion 30b side of the elastic deformation piece 30, it is not limited thereto.
The elastic deformation piece 30 may be formed to have a constant thickness, the elastic deformation piece 30 may be formed so that an amount of protrusion from the outer circumferential surface 25f of the shaft main body 25 toward the radially outer side increases from the proximal end portion 30a side toward the distal end portion 30b side, and the distal end portion 30b of the elastic deformation piece 30 may be caused to swell radially outward from the outer circumferential surface 25f of the shaft main body 25.
[0055]
A plurality of elastically deformation pieces 30 formed on the shaft main body
25 may be provided in the circumferential direction at intervals.
[0056]
In the above-described embodiments, the elastic deformation piece 30 is provided to extend in the direction of axis O of the shaft main body 25, but it is not limited thereto. As illustrated in FIG. 8, as a modified example, by forming a through hole 29B in the circumferential direction, an elastic deformation piece (an elastic deformation portion) 30B extending in the circumferential direction may be formed. In the elastic deformation piece 30B of the connecting shaft 21 of this modified example, the proximal end portion 30c is formed continuously and integrally with the main body tube portion 41. The elastic deformation piece 30B is formed so that an amount of protrusion from the outer circumferential surface 25f of the shaft main body 25 toward the radially outer side gradually increases from the proximal end portion 30c side toward the distal end portion 30d side.
Even in the case of such a configuration, it is possible to obtain the same effect as the elastic deformation piece 30 of the embodiment.
[0057]
2016219562 23 Aug 2016
According to the air conditioner, it is possible to suppress the rattling between the main body side mounting hole and the connecting member and to suppress an occurrence of abnormal noise generated at the time of operation of the flap.
While preferred embodiments of the invention have been described and illustrated above, it should be understood that these are exemplary of the invention and are not to be considered as limiting. Additions, omissions, substitutions, and other modifications can be made without departing from the technique spirit or scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the invention is not to be considered as being limited by the foregoing description, and is only limited by the scope of the appended claims.
