Abstract
Disclosed is a flat car body. The chassis of the car body comprises: a middle beam (1), two ends of the middle beam (1) being provided with an end beam (2) respectively; a large cross beam (3), the large cross beam (3) being provided in a middle part of the middle beam (1); a sleeper beam (4), the sleeper beam (4) being provided between the end beam (2) and the large cross beam (3); a small cross beam (5), the small cross beam (5) being provided between the large cross beam (3) and the sleeper beam (4); a longitudinal beam (6), the longitudinal beam (6) being provided between the end beam (2) and the sleeper beam (4); and a marked beam (7), the marked beam (7) being provided between the small cross beam (5) and the large cross beam (3). The middle beam (1) is a fish-bellied type structure with a variable cross section. The sleeper beam (4) and the large cross beam (3) are a double-web box-like structure with a variable cross section. The longitudinal beam (6) is an inverted U-shaped groove. The car body is a fish bone-type structure with no continuous side beam, and the bearing mode thereof is a chassis bearing, and thus the weight of the car body can be effectively reduced and the bearing capacity of the car body is improved, thereby ensuring transportation efficiency and economic benefits.
Description
FLAT CAR BODY
TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present invention belongs to the technical field of railway wagon manufacturing, and particularly to a flat car body.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0002] In the field of railway transportation, containers are widely used because of the advantages of less cargo loss, high efficiency, fast speed and the like. Thus, vehicles for transporting the containers on railway lines mainly include general-purpose open wagons, general-purpose flat cars and container-specific flat cars. As the load-bearing utilization rates of the general-purpose open wagons or flat cars for transporting the containers are only 60%, thus the container-specific flat cars are used for transporting cargoes in many fields.
[0003] In the prior art, in order to bear a weight of a container, a structure including a center sill, a side sill and a plurality of groups of crossbeams is often used for load-bearing and supporting on a chassis of a car body. Such a frame structure with the side sill causes a relatively larger dead weight of the body, limiting a bearing capacity of the car body and reducing a transportation efficiency and economic benefits.
[0004] Based on this, a novel flat car body is urgently needed to be capable of reducing the dead weight and improving the transportation efficiency and the economic benefits.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0005] In view of the problems in the prior art, the embodiment of the present invention provides a flat car body for solving the technical problem that the flat car body in the prior art has large dead weight and weak bearing capacity.

Therefore, the car body is of a fish bone structure with no continuous side sill, the bearing mode is chassis bearing, so that the dead weight of the car body can be effectively reduced, and the bearing capacity of the car body is improved, accordingly the transportation efficiency and the economic benefits are guaranteed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [0037] In order to effectively reduce a dead weight of a car body and improve a bearing capacity of the car body so as to guarantee a transportation efficiency and economic benefits, the present invention provides a flat car body, including: a centre sill provided with end sills on both ends thereof; a large crossbeam disposed in the middle of the centre sill; sleeper beams disposed between the end sills and the large crossbeam; small crossbeams disposed between the large crossbeam and the sleeper beams; longitudinal sills disposed between the end sills and the sleeper beams; and marking sills disposed between the small crossbeams and the large crossbeam, wherein, the centre

As shown in Fig.2, the end sills 2 include a first end sill 21 and a second end sill 22, the first end sill 21 is connected to one end of the centre sill 1 by welding, and the second end sill 22 is connected to the other end of the centre sill 1 by welding.
[0041] The large crossbeam 3 is disposed in the middle of the centre sill 1; and the large crossbeam 3 is of a box-shaped structure with a variable cross section, which is consisted of an upper cover plate, a lower cover plate and double webs.

A bearing mode of this fishbone type full-steel welding structure without long side sills is chassis bearing, thereby effectively reducing a dead weight of the car body. The car body in accordance with the present embodiment can bear two containers of 20ft with a total weight of 69t or one container of 40ft with a total weight of 36t, thereby improving a bearing capacity of the car body, and accordingly ensuring the transportation efficiency and economic benefits.

- WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:1. A flat car body, comprising:a centre sill provided with end sills on both ends thereof;a large crossbeam disposed at a middle portion of the centre sill;sleeper beams disposed between the end sills and the large crossbeam;small crossbeams disposed between the large crossbeam and the sleeper beams; longitudinal sills disposed between the end sills and the sleeper beams;marking sills disposed between the small crossbeams and the large crossbeam; and wherein, the centre sill is of a fish-bellied type structure with a variable cross section, a width of the cross sections of which gradually increases from both ends to the middle, and a height of middle cross sections of which gradually increases downward along a vertical axis of the car body; the sleeper beam is of a box-shaped structure with a variable cross section, the height of the cross sections of which gradually increases from both sides to the middle, and the box-shaped structure with a variable cross section is consisted of upper and lower cover plates and double webs; the large crossbeam is of a box-shaped structure with a variable cross section, the height of the cross sections of which gradually increases from both ends to the middle and the width of the cross sections of which gradually increases from the both ends to the middle, and the box-shaped structure with a variable cross section is consisted of upper and lower cover plates and double webs; and the longitudinal sill is a U-shaped groove steel structure so as to reduce a dead weight of the car body and improve a bearing capacity of the car body.
- 2. The car body of claim 1, wherein the end sills comprise a first end sill and a second end sill, and wherein the first end sill is connected to one end of the centre sill, and the second end sill is connected to the other end of the centre sill.
- 3. The car body of claim 2, wherein the sleeper beams comprise a first sleeper beam and a second sleeper beam, and wherein a side of the first sleeper beam is connected to a side of the first end sill, and a side of the second sleeper beam is connected to a side of the second end sill.-11Our ref.: L1WH18AU15886-47D1

The car body of claim 3, wherein the longitudinal sills comprise a first longitudinal sill, a second longitudinal sill, a third longitudinal sill and a fourth longitudinal sill, and wherein, one end of the first longitudinal sill is connected to one end of the first end sill, and the other end of the first longitudinal sill is connected to one end of the first sleeper beam;one end of the second longitudinal sill is connected to the other end of the first end sill, and the other end of the second longitudinal sill is connected to the other end of the first sleeper beam;one end of the third longitudinal sill is connected to the other end of the second end sill, and the other end of the third longitudinal sill is connected to the other end of the second sleeper beam; and one end of the fourth longitudinal sill is connected to the other end of the second end sill, and the other end of the fourth longitudinal sill is connected to the other end of the second sleeper beam.
- 5. The car body of claim 3, wherein the small crossbeams comprise a first small crossbeam and a second small crossbeam, and wherein, the first small crossbeam is disposed between the large crossbeam and the first sleeper beam, and the second small crossbeam is disposed between the large crossbeam and the second sleeper beam.
- 6. The car body of claim 5, wherein the marking sills comprise a first marking sill and a second marking sill, and wherein, one end of the first marking sill is connected to one end of the first small crossbeam, and the other end of the first marking sill is connected to one end of the large crossbeam; and one end of the second marking sill is connected to one end of the second small crossbeam, and the other end of the second marking sill is connected to the other end of the large crossbeam.
- 7. The car body of claim 1, further comprising container locking devices, wherein the container locking devices are respectively disposed on both ends of the end sills and both ends of the large crossbeam.
- 8. The car body of claim 1, further comprising a lifting device, wherein the lifting device is disposed above both ends of the sleeper beams.-12Our ref.: L1WH18AU15886-47D1
- 9. The car body of claim 8, further comprising upper side bearings, wherein the upper side bearings are disposed above the both ends of the sleeper beams and located between the centre sill and the lifting device.
- 10. The car body of claim 1, further comprising strikers, wherein the strikers are disposed at another sides of the end sills.
