Description
Standing Squat Calf Raise
Technical Field The present invention relates to a standing squat calf raise, and more specifically, a standing squat calf raise machine in which a user can perform an action of lifting or lowering a load toward a floor surface while placing their feet flat on the floor. 2022474261
Background Art A calf raise is an exercise that works the calves through the process of weight training.
Generally, it is most desirable to move up and down as widely as possible, while standing on the balls of the feet on a place like a staircase. However, if there is not sufficient time, it can be a short exercise that is still effective. The idea is to have as much wide range of motion as possible.
The motion is initiated in a squatting position while lifting and lowering the tips of the toes, keeping the back up as high as possible and continuing to hold this position with the use of the buttocks while pushing the latissimus dorsi muscles and keeping the hips supported.
The weight of a barbell or dumbbell should be light compared to those used when squatting. The body may tremble and it may be difficult to keep the center of gravity compared to performing normal squats. Thus, if there is a need to adapt to the calf raise posture from the very beginning, it is recommended that the Smith machine be used.
The advantage of this exercise is that it can be performed anywhere where it is possible to stand. If the range of motion and exercise speed are reduced, the exercise can be performed without standing out too much in public and without looking strange to others. In addition, as the effect of the exercise will vary depending on the posture used, many variations exist due to its simplicity.
Summary of Invention In one aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a standing squat calf raise machine with which a user can perform a motion of lifting or lowering a load toward a floor surface while standing on their feet comprises, a frame unit forming a mounting space using a plurality of frames while disposed on the floor;
a load application unit rotatably connected to the frame unit and applying a load in a direction of the floor surface; a stool unit formed on a lower part of a front side of the frame unit to provide a surface for the user to step on; an operational rotation unit mediating the load application unit and the frame unit, wherein the load application unit is mounted at a certain height; and 2022474261
wherein a height of one rear end of the stool unit can be adjusted to change the inclination of the surface on which the user steps on; and wherein the stool unit further comprises, a primary stool landing unit resting on the frame unit; a secondary stool landing unit resting on the frame unit, but spaced apart from the primary stool landing unit, and forming a plurality of hanging units along a height direction; a stool support unit connected to the primary stool landing unit and connected to the secondary stool landing unit on one side, and providing a space for a user to step on; the plurality of hanging units being arranged in the order of a primary hanging part, a secondary hanging part, and a tertiary hanging part from a lower side to an upper side; a support plate unit comprising a primary support plate and a secondary support plate connected to each other and forming a certain angle; and an adjustment bar connected to one end of the secondary support plate facing the secondary stool landing unit and hanging on a holding unit, wherein the adjustment bar hangs on any one of the plurality of hanging units to allow for an inclination of the support plate unit to be changed relative to the floor surface.
