The flap door includes an outer frame body and a gate body, the outer frame body being pivotally attached to the loading bed in such a manner that the lower part side pivots with the upper part side being a fulcrum, the gate body being disposed to close an opening of the outer frame body and pivotally attached to the outer frame body in such a manner as to pivot in a horizontal direction when the loading bed is laid. The dump truck includes an outer frame body bracket disposed on the outer frame body, a loading bed bracket disposed on the loading bed, a fixing pin that fixes the outer frame body bracket and the loading bed bracket, a first lock member that is a fixed structural object disposed on the outer frame body, a second lock member that is a fixed structural object disposed on the loading bed, and a movable handle that is disposed on the gate body and is capable of selectively engaging with and disengaging from the first lock member and the second lock member. ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE There is provided a dump truck having a loading bed tiltably mounted over a vehicle frame and a flap door of a bottom edge opening type that configures a sidewall of the loading bed. The flap door includes an outer frame body and a gate body, the outer frame body being pivotally attached to the loading bed in such a manner that the lower part side pivots with the upper part side being a fulcrum, the gate body being disposed to close an opening of the outer frame body and pivotally attached to the outer frame body in such a manner as to pivot in a horizontal direction when the loading bed is laid. Claims (5)

THE CLAIMS DEFINING THE INVENTION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1. A dump truck including a cab, a vehicle frame
disposed continuously with a rear part of the cab, a loading
bed tiltably mounted over the vehicle frame, a flap door of
a bottom edge opening type that configures a sidewall of the
loading bed, the flap door including an outer frame body and
a gate body, the outer frame body being pivotally attached
to the loading bed in such a manner that a lower part side
pivots with an upper part side being a fulcrum, the gate
body being disposed to close an opening of the outer frame
body and pivotally attached to the outer frame body in such
a manner as to pivot in a horizontal direction when the
loading bed is laid, the dump truck comprising:
an outer frame body bracket disposed on the outer
frame body;
a loading bed bracket disposed on the loading bed;
a fixing pin that fixes the outer frame body bracket
and the loading bed bracket;
a first lock member that is a fixed structural object
disposed on the outer frame body;
a second lock member that is a fixed structural
object disposed on the loading bed; and
a movable handle that is disposed on the gate body
and is capable of selectively engaging with and disengaging
from the first lock member and the second lock member.
2. The dump truck according to claim 1, wherein
positions of the outer frame body bracket, the
loading bed bracket, and the first lock member correspond to each other.
3. The dump truck according to claims 1 or 2, wherein
a tip of the fixing pin includes a removal prevention
mechanism capable of bending.
4. The dump truck according to any one of the
preceding claims, wherein
the outer frame body is coupled to the fixing pin
through a chain and has a holding member for the fixing pin.
5. The dump truck according to any one of the
preceding claims, wherein
the movable handle doubles as a grip of the gate
body.
