This invention refers to plastic coated foil sheets composed from at least one plastic foil sheet, which has one or se'eral layers, of which at least one layer or coating, preferiably the entire plastic foil sheet is based on a copolymer, terpolymer, blockpolymer or on a composition to be selected from .chylene and acrylic acid, ethylene and methacrylic acid, ethylene and maleic acid, ethylene and maleic acid anhydride or vinyl acetate, including ethylene-acrylic acid-acrylic acid ester, ethylene-methacrylic acid-acrylic acid ester or ethylene-methacrylic acid-mthacrylic acid ester, with an acrylic acid or methacrylic acid content or maleic acid or maleic acid anhydride content of 2 to 20% by mass, preferably 3 to 15% by mass, or vinyl acetate content of to 5% by mass, preferably 35 to 15% by mass, while the melt flow index of the plastic foil sheet (2.16kg, 190°C, 10 min) is 0.2 to 300 preferably to and the thickness of the single or multiple layered plastic foil sheet is um to 600 um, preferably um to 350 um.
Plastic coated foil sheet when used in the description and in the claims means plastic coated foil sheet, plate, board, wall panel or moulded part.
Plastic foil sheet when used in the description and in the claims means plastic foil sheet, plate, board, plastic film or plastic coating.
Fleeces are already known, which have a similar plastic coating. The water absorbing capacity of these fleeces in the dry state is, however, above 150 g/A2, mainly 200 to *44* 4.

re, i -3- 650 g/m 2 Such fleeces have, in this respect, a very high absorbing capacity and are used as drip protection. This property is, howeve-, disturbing for several applications as the high water absorption of the fleece results in swelling, thus impairing and damaging the appearance of the fleece.
In the case of colour printing there is the risk of the print or the colour dissolving and the water absorption resulting in colouring or staining. Furthermore, there is the danger that microorganisms such as mould could develop due to the high water absorption.
Consequently, the airm and the task of this invention was to find plastic coated foil sheets, composed from at least one plastic foil sheet, which has one or several layers, of which at least one layer or coating, preferably the entire plastic foil sheet is based on a copolymer, terpolymer, blockpolymer or on a composition to be selected from ethylene and acrylic acid, ethylene and methacrylic acid ethylene and maleic acid, ethylene and maleic acid anhydridge or vinyl acetate, including ethylene-acylic acid -acrylic acid ester, ethylene-methacrylic acid-acrylic acid ester or ethylene-methacrylic acid-methacrylic acid ester, with an acrylic acid or methacrylic acid content or maleic e* acid or maleic acid anhydride content of 2 to 20% by mass, preferably 3 to 15% by mass, or vinyl acetate of 45 to 5% by mass, preferably 35 to 15% by mass, which have a decorative appearance and do not suffer considerable colour damages and decolourisation and the like, even when influenced by humidity or moisture.
The plastic foil sheet should firmly adhere, inter S. alia, to metal, plastic, timber and timber frame, preferably S" without the use of an adhesive layer, and in combination with the plastic coated foil sheet, should result in 9",9 improved properties for the wall panel or the moulded part.
It has been established according to this invention, that these aims are achieved and the tasks are fulfilled by plastic coated foil sheets which are composed from at least -one plastic foil sheet which has one of several layers, of "y which at least one layer or coating, preferably the entire

According to this invention, at least one printed coating, preferably coloured printed coating, is applied S partially or to the entire surface of the plastic foil sheet and onto the partially or fully covered with printed coating, preferably coloured printed coating, plastic foil sheet a transparent or translucent sealing coating or lacquer coating is applied, which covers the printed coating and, if applicable, the not printed parts of the plastic S foil sheet,, The printed coating or coloured printed coating is especially highly adhesive to the plastic foil sheet so .that good printability ald adhesion are present.
According to this invention, the plastic foil sheet is applied to a carriBr material selected from a foil sheet, toSf plate, board, wall pa',el, moulded part, or film composed substantially of metal, plastic or timber or a timber frame, S preferably without the intermediate use of an adhesive layer.

According to another preferred embodiment, an additional lattice-structured fabric or an inlay from or based on cotton, flaked bast, linen, jute, synthetic wool, polyester or glass fibre is arranged on top of the transparent or translucent sealing coating or lacquer coating. Improved optical and decorative effects are achieved by this arrangement.
According to another embodiment, the sealing coating consists of thermoplastics, having a sealing range of minimum 20 0 C, preferably minimum 300C below the melting point or below the lower temperature limit of the melting range of the fabric or inlay, which is arranged on top of it.
The sealing range is the range of temperature in which the plastic material becomes partially free-flowing thermoplastic so that bonding, adhesion or a partial penetration of the plastic material (in the case of fleeces of fabrics) onto or into the carrier material will become possible.
According to a further embodiment, a fleece, fabric, metallic foil or metallic coating is arranged between the plastic foil sheet based on a copolymer, terpolymer, So blockpolymer or on a composition selected from ethylene and o acrylic acid, ethylene and methacrylic acid, ethylene and maleic acid, ethylene and maleic acid anhydride or vinyl S acetate, including ethylene-acrylic acid-acrylic acid ester, .ethylene-methacrylic acid-acrylic acid ester or ethylene-methacrylic acid-methacrylic acid ester, with an acrylic acid or methacrylic acid content or maleic acid or maleic acid anhydride content of 2 to 20% by mass, S* preferably 3 to 15% by mass, or vinyl acetate 45 to 5% by mass, preferably 35 to 15% by mass, and the printing coating.
The weight per unit surface area of the plastic foil Sr sheet, said weight measured relative to untreated or raw i fleece or fabric without printing colour or surface treatment or surface coating agent, is 40 to 500 g/m 2 2 preferably 60 to 200 g/m and above 75% per weight, Spreferably above 90% per weight of the fleece or fabric ;H consists of one or more of the group of polyester, -6polyolefin, polyamide, fluorpolymer or glass fibres, or the fabric is a cotton fabric, flaked bast fabric, cotton-linen fabric, jute fabric, synthetic wool fabric or glass fibre fabric.
According to this embodiment the fleece or the fabric has a preference for surface structuring.
Furthermore, according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the fleece or fabric after the application of the printing and sealing coating has a water absorption 2 2 capacity below 15 g/m 2 mainly below 8 g/m 2 The fleece is a pressed, preferably pre-strengthened and pressed fleece or is pressed during the process.
The plastic coated foil sheets are used, inter alia, as prefabricated building components and wall panels for the ship, vehicle, aircraft, building industries, as well as for industrial and domestic buildings, mainly for internal wall panels, internal wall decorating plates and internal building components in ships.
Figures 1 and 2 depict schematically forms s /me embodiments of the invention, wherein a double-layered foil "L *sheet, plate or board consisting of a plastic film S, on the basis of a copolymer, terpolymer, blockpolymer or a composition of ethylene and acrylic aeid or ethylene and methacrylic acid or vinyl acetate, arranged on a polyethylene layer The foil sheet, plate or table receives a printed coating on its top surface, either fully or partially covering the surface which in turn is covered by a transparent sealing layer. In figure 2, the number 5 represents a layer from metal, plastic or timber.
