Abstract
Устройството се прилага в медицината при лечение на кифози, сколиози и кифосколиози. Конструкцията му е опростена създава възможност за точна репозиция и надеждна фиксация по време на лечението. Устройството за остеосинтеза на гръбначния стълб включва костни винтове, всеки от които е съставен от резбован връх, шестостенно тяло (2) и резбована глава (3), монтирана във винтодържател, оформен като фиксиращ елемент (6). Фиксиращият елемент (6) е снабден с канал (7), чиято стена е с ръб (9), срещуположно на който е оформена вдлъбнатина (10). Вдлъбнатината (10) е оразмерена съобразно геометричните характеристики на лежащ в нея свързващ елемент, оформен като цилиндрично стебло (11). Фиксирането на винта и на свързващия елемент (11) спрямо останалите елементи на устройството се осъществява с помощта на гайка (4), навивана върху резбованата глава (3) на винта и снабдена с долна част, оформена като пресечен конус (12) и горна цилиндрична тръбна част (14) с диаметрални прорези (15). The fixing element (6) is provided with a channel (7), the wall of which has an edge (9), opposite which a recess (10) is formed. The recess (10) is sized according to the geometric characteristics of a connecting element lying therein, shaped as a cylindrical stem (11). The fixing of the screw and the connecting element (11) relative to the other elements of the device is carried out by means of a nut (4) screwed onto the threaded head (3) of the screw and provided with a lower part shaped as a truncated cone (12) and an upper cylindrical tubular part (14) with diametrical slots (15). A means against rotation of the hexagonal body of the screw is also provided, shaped as a first blocking channel (13), made on the lower surface of the fixing element (6). 4 claims, 3 figures
