Abstract
本发明公开了一种血肿清除器的双容器式平衡灌洗装置,特征是包括进液管路、出液管路、一号泵、二号泵、一号容器和二号容器;其中,一号容器通过进液管路及一号泵连接血肿清除器中碎吸器的高压腔,碎吸器的低压腔通过出液管路及二号泵连接二号容器;在一号泵与碎吸器高压腔之间的进液管路上设置有一段用于缓解一号泵所造成压力波动的一号弹性管段,在碎吸器低压腔与二号泵之间的出液管路上设置有一段用于缓解二号泵所造成压力波动的二号弹性管段。本发明在进液管路和出液管路上分别设置有一段一、二号弹性管段,可通过各自的弹性管壁来缓解一、二号泵所造成的压力波动,有利于提高整个装置运行的平稳性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械中的血肿清除器,尤其是与血肿清除器的平衡灌洗装置有关。
背景技术
目前在脑出血治疗中,临床上通常使用血肿清除器。上述血肿清除器包括碎吸器和与碎吸器相连的平衡灌洗装置。上述平衡灌洗装置包括高压管路、低压管路、循环泵、过滤器以及排气装置,其中,循环泵通过高压管路连接碎吸器的高压腔,排气装置接入高压管路,碎吸器的低压腔通过低压管路连接循环泵,过滤器接入低压管路。上述平衡灌洗装置存在着如下缺陷:一是不能很好的缓解循环泵工作时造成的压力波动;二是在平衡灌洗装置工作失常时不能即时关闭高压管路;三不利于直接观察血肿清除效果。
由此可见,上述平衡灌洗装置还有待于进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于解决现有技术中血肿清除器的平衡灌洗装置存在的技术缺陷,提供一种血肿清除器的双容器式平衡灌洗装置。
其技术解决方案是:
一种血肿清除器的双容器式平衡灌洗装置,包括进液管路、出液管路、一号泵、二号泵、一号容器和二号容器;其中,一号容器通过进液管路及一号泵连接血肿清除器中碎吸器的高压腔,碎吸器的低压腔通过出液管路及二号泵连接二号容器。
在上述一号泵与碎吸器高压腔之间的进液管路上设置有一段用于缓解一号泵所造成压力波动的一号弹性管段,在碎吸器低压腔与二号泵之间的出液管路上设置有一段用于缓解二号泵所造成压力波动的二号弹性管段。
在上述一号弹性管段上配置有用于在平衡灌洗装置工作失常时能即时封闭进液管路的一号夹管阀;在上述二号弹性管段上配置有用于在平衡灌洗装置工作失常时能即时封闭出液管路的二号夹管阀。
在上述一号泵与碎吸器高压腔之间的进液管路上设置有一号副管路,一号副管路的一端接入进液管路,另一端连接有压力传感器;在碎吸器低压腔与二号泵之间的出液管路上设置有二号副管路,二号副管路的一端接入出液管路,另一端连接有压力传感器。
上述一、二号副管路均通过管道连接器与压力传感器连接。
上述进液管路与一号容器之间设置有管道连接器;上述出液管路与二号容器之间也设置有管道连接器。
上述一号泵为蠕动式泵站,在进液管路上设置有用于与一号泵配合的三号弹性管段;上述二号泵为蠕动式泵站,在出液管路上设置有用于与二号泵配合的四号弹性管段。
上述进液管路靠近碎吸器的一段管体和出液管路靠近碎吸器的一段管体并靠在一起。
上述碎吸器的电机电源线集束在一起,由一根导线管内引出;上述导线管与上述一段管体贴靠在一起。
本发明具有以下有益技术效果:
本发明在进液管路和出液管路上分别设置有一段一、二号弹性管段,可通过各自的弹性管壁来缓解一、二号泵所造成的压力波动,有利于提高整个装置运行的平稳性。此外,由于在上述一、二号弹性管段上分别设置有一、二号夹管阀,在平衡灌洗装置出现失常时能即时关闭进液管路和出液管路,阻止工作液流动,有利于增强安全性。本发明中的各泵可为蠕动式泵站,在各管路上分别设置有用于与一、二号泵配合的三、四号弹性管段,该技术手段既有利于满足手术的无菌操作要求,还有利于降低运行维护成本。还特别有利于直接观察血肿清除效果。

具体实施方式
参看附图,一种血肿清除器的双容器式平衡灌洗装置,包括进液管路1、出液管路2、一号泵3、二号泵4、一号容器5和二号容器6。上述一号容器通过进液管路及一号泵连接血肿清除器中碎吸器的高压腔7,碎吸器的低压腔8通过出液管路及二号泵连接二号容器,即二号容器通过二号泵及出液管路连接碎吸器的低压腔。在一号泵与碎吸器高压腔之间的进液管路上设置有一段一号弹性管段101,通过一号弹性管段的弹性管壁来缓解一号泵所造成的压力波动。在碎吸器低压腔与二号泵之间的出液管路上设置有一段二号弹性管段201,通过二号弹性管段的弹性管壁来缓解二号泵所造成的压力波动。在上述一号弹性管段上配置有一号夹管阀9,一号夹管阀用于在平衡灌洗装置工作失常时即时封闭进液管路;在上述二号弹性管段上配置有二号夹管阀10,二号夹管阀用于在平衡灌洗装置工作失常时即时封闭出液管路。
上述方式中,还可在一号泵与碎吸器高压腔之间的进液管路上设置有一号副管路11,一号副管路的一端接入进液管路,另一端连接有压力传感器;一号副管路可通过管道连接器12与压力传感器连接。在碎吸器低压腔与二号泵之间的出液管路上设置有二号副管路13,二号副管路的一端接入出液管路,另一端连接有压力传感器;上述二号副管路可通过管道连接器14与压力传感器连接。上述方式中,进液管路与一号容器之间可设置有管道连接器15。出液管路与二号容器之间可设置有管道连接器16。采取上述管道连接器的方式,比较方便于拆解或对接。
上述方式中,进液管路靠近碎吸器的一段管体和出液管路靠近碎吸器的一段管体可并靠在一起。碎吸器的电机电源线集束在一起,由一根导线管17内引出;上述导线管与上述一段管体贴靠在一起。参见图示中A部。
上述方式中,一号泵为蠕动式泵站,在进液管路上设置有用于与一号泵配合的三号弹性管段102;上述二号泵为蠕动式泵站,在出液管路上设置有用于与二号泵配合的四号弹性管段202。
本发明的工作原理大致是:
根据工作液体的流动方向分为上述出液管路和进液管路。
经过灌装的准备工序,使管路内充满工作液。一号泵(站)和二号泵(站)同步工作,使各泵的泵前、泵后产生压力差促使液体流动。工作液先从一号容器进入进液管路中,然后经过一号泵加压,进入碎吸器的高压腔,经过在颅内循环,进入碎吸器的低压腔,接着进入出液管道中开始回流,经过二号泵加压后,送入二号容器中。
上述方式中未述及的有关技术内容采取或借鉴已有技术即可实现。
需要说明的是,在本说明书的教导下本领域技术人员还可以作出这样或那样的容易变化方式,诸如等同方式,或明显变形方式。上述的变化方式均应在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种血肿清除器的双容器式平衡灌洗装置,其特征在于包括进液管路、出液管路、一号泵、二号泵、一号容器和二号容器;其中,一号容器通过进液管路及一号泵连接血肿清除器中碎吸器的高压腔,碎吸器的低压腔通过出液管路及二号泵连接二号容器;
在一号泵与碎吸器高压腔之间的进液管路上设置有一段用于缓解一号泵所造成压力波动的一号弹性管段,在碎吸器低压腔与二号泵之间的出液管路上设置有一段用于缓解二号泵所造成压力波动的二号弹性管段;
在所述一号弹性管段上配置有用于在平衡灌洗装置工作失常时能即时封闭进液管路的一号夹管阀;在所述二号弹性管段上配置有用于在平衡灌洗装置工作失常时能即时封闭出液管路的二号夹管阀;
在所述一号泵与碎吸器高压腔之间的进液管路上设置有一号副管路,一号副管路的一端接入进液管路,另一端连接有压力传感器;在碎吸器低压腔与二号泵之间的出液管路上设置有二号副管路,二号副管路的一端接入出液管路,另一端连接有压力传感器;
所述一号泵为蠕动式泵站,在进液管路上设置有用于与一号泵配合的三号弹性管段;所述二号泵为蠕动式泵站,在出液管路上设置有用于与二号泵配合的四号弹性管段。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种血肿清除器的双容器式平衡灌洗装置,其特征在于:所述一、二号副管路均通过管道连接器与压力传感器连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种血肿清除器的双容器式平衡灌洗装置,其特征在于:所述进液管路与一号容器之间设置有管道连接器;所述出液管路与二号容器之间也设置有管道连接器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种血肿清除器的双容器式平衡灌洗装置,其特征在于:所述进液管路靠近碎吸器的一段管体和出液管路靠近碎吸器的一段管体并靠在一起。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种血肿清除器的双容器式平衡灌洗装置,其特征在于:所述碎吸器的电机电源线集束在一起,由一根导线管内引出;所述导线管与上述一段管体贴靠在一起。
