本发明涉及一种太阳能风辅控温土窖,包括窖体,所述窖底位于地表以下,窖体四周侧壁以及顶壁保温安装保温墙壁层,在土窖内间隔设置有储藏室,储藏室由防水透气材料不保温材料制成,储藏室底部安装支撑架,悬浮在窖体中部,储藏室与土窖之间形成夹层空间,夹层空间内安装制冰机,制冰机的电源连接设置在土窖地面以上的太阳能发电装置,制冰机制出的冰填充在夹层中;在储藏室的顶部制有进风口,进风口内安装风机,在储藏室侧壁中部制有出气口,风机从顶部的进气口进风,从侧壁的出气口排风,储藏室四周气密不保温。本发明提供的果蔬太阳能控温土窖的库型为悬空全地下结构,墙体间有夹层,充分利用自然冷源,利用夹套通风、储冷、储冰,利用太阳能,风能发电驱动制冰机,通过风机对土窖内空气进行强制内循环,实现果蔬的防霉和保鲜。

太阳能风辅控温土窖
技术领域
本发明属于防霉保鲜领域,尤其是一种太阳能风辅控温土窖。
背景技术
土窖是我国东北、西北、华北、西南和华中(部分)等地区,古今流行最广、服役时间最长、贮藏量最大的果蔬设施。目前全国土窖总量约2000万座,总贮藏量约5000万吨,相当于冷库、气调库等总贮量2-3倍。国家“六五”-“十二五”期间,土窖均不同程度地被列为国家、省级研发项目,但是,缺乏系统集成创新和个性化推广。随着人民生活水平的提高,传统的土窖由于设施标准低,通风不畅,贮存温度无法控制,贮存后期果蔬鲜度严重受影响,已经不能满足人们对果蔬新鲜品质的需求。
现有的土窖都是从地表向地下深挖1-2米,四周用砖砌墙面得到方形土窖,土窖上表面铺装上盖,这样的土窖结构简单,保温效果不好,本发明提供一种新型土窖,能够自循环冷源,保证土窖温度适中处于低位,且不需要额外的能源加入,自身循环即可。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种绿色节能、温控标准的太阳能风辅控温土窖。
本发明实现目的的技术方案如下:
一种太阳能风辅控温土窖,包括窖体,其特征在于:所述窖底位于地表以下,窖体四周侧壁以及顶壁保温安装保温墙壁层,在土窖内间隔设置有储藏室,储藏室由防水透气材料不保温材料制成,储藏室底部安装支撑架,悬浮在窖体中部,储藏室与土窖之间形成夹层空间,夹层空间内安装制冰机,制冰机的电源连接设置在土窖地面以上的太阳能发电装置,制冰机制出的冰填充在夹层中;在储藏室的顶部制有进风口,进风口内安装风机,在储藏室侧壁中部制有出气口,风机从顶部的进气口进风,从侧壁的出气口排风,储藏室四周气密不保温。
而且,在储藏室四周侧壁制有延伸至土窖四周墙体外墙体的循环管道。
而且,所述土窖下地面直接为土地或者用透水材料铺设底面。
本发明的优点和积极效果如下:
我国是风能、太阳能资源大国,太阳能资源丰富,储量达每年17,000亿吨标准煤。太阳能风辅控温调湿防霉土窖,作为国内先进的果蔬贮藏设施,利用风力、太阳能等可再生能源发电,引领我国土窖第三次技术革命,使个性化土窖造价低于标准冷库50%、运行费用减少90%,冬季使用果蔬保鲜效果优于普通冷藏。
本发明提供的果蔬太阳能控温土窖的库型为悬空全地下结构,墙体间有夹层,充分利用自然冷源,利用夹套通风、储冷、储冰,利用太阳能,风能发电驱动制冰机,通过风机对土窖内空气进行强制内循环,实现果蔬的防霉和保鲜。
本发明利用太阳能或风能为能源进行制冰,为土窖提供冷源,同时蓄能方式可以合二为一,配备风力发电机风发电系统,提高了系统供电控制轴流风机通风的稳定性。本土窖还充分利用空间冷源尤其是地冷(地表以下土壤温度较低),土窖底面在地下4米,能够利用周围土壤的冷源,通过循环风机来制风为土窖内的空间降温,补充太阳能不能制冷时土窖内的降温保温。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
本发明提供的果蔬太阳能控温土窖的库型为悬空全地下结构,墙体间有夹层,充分利用自然冷源,利用夹套通风、储冷、储冰,利用太阳能,风能发电驱动制冰机,通过风机对土窖内空气进行强制内循环,实现果蔬的防霉和保鲜。
一种太阳能风辅控温土窖,包括窖体4,所述窖底位于地表2以下四米(以不出现地下水为准),窖体四周侧壁以及顶壁保温安装保温墙壁层5,下地面直接为土地或者用透水材料铺设底面9,在土窖内间隔设置有储藏室7,储藏室由防水透气材料不保温材料制成,储藏室底部安装支撑架10,悬浮在窖体中部,储藏室与土窖之间形成夹层空间,夹层空间内安装制冰机3,制冰机的电源连接设置在土窖地面以上的太阳能1发电装置,制冰机制出的冰6填充在夹层中,以填满为宜,用于给储藏室内降温,由于储藏室的侧壁为不保温材料制成,所以夹层的冰温能够传递到储藏室内。
为了增加温度的循环,本申请设计了机构新颖的储藏室,在储藏室的顶部制有进风口13,进风口内安装风机,在储藏室侧壁中部制有出气口12,风机从顶部的进气口进风,从侧壁的出气口排风,形成储藏室内于夹层空间冰温空气向储藏室内循环。储藏室四周气密不保温。在储藏室四周侧壁制有延伸至土窖四周墙体外墙体的循环管道8和11,侧壁为横向循环管道8,底部为竖向循环管道11,循环管道内可以安装轴流风机,用于增加混合动力。
本发明中太阳能驱动制冰机,存储夏天使用,20吨库,1个千瓦的太阳能,1小时0.5立方米的冰,冰融化产生的水从土窖地下渗走了。土窖外层保温,储藏室储藏室由防水透气材料不保温材料制成,可以将夹层内的温度和湿气传至保温室内,保证储藏室内低温高湿的储藏条件,可达到95%湿度,防水透气材料.
太阳能控温土窖为长方体形,夹套外墙体(窖体)层为36cm厚度红砖,墙体内填充有密度为45kg/m3的高密度硬质聚氨酯保温层,内墙体为深厚的土层,窖容积为36m3
贮藏间内壁分别湿度感应器和温度感应器,上部密封安装顶棚,顶棚安太阳能发电制冰装置,对应地下及侧壁安装地下测温管。顶棚中央设通风窗,通风口处安装有换风机,排风量为库容积的10-15倍。
储藏室北面开门,外设铁皮保温门、内设铁塞网防鼠门,规格1600mmx600mm分别向外向内开启。存贮空间设有与地面连通的地下通风道。风道接库外的进风口和出风口,风口处设自动门,做保温处理。
储藏室设计安装地下东西南北4个方向横向和地下纵向不同土层温度信息采集点,各埋测温镀锌管3根分别入土深度为500mm、1000mm和1500mm,实时监测库体周围的土壤温度变化。
太阳能配备10块200W/18V太阳能板,4块12V/200AH蓄电池,最大输出功率2000W,输出负载电量可支持2000W负载连续工作6小时。1小时可发动制冰机产0.5立方米的冰,冰储在夹层储冷,冰水从地下渗走,保证了窖内可达95%湿度。
本发明利用太阳能、风能在时间上有互补性,同时蓄能方式可以合二为一,配备风力发电机风发电系统,提高了系统供电控制轴流风机通风的稳定性。
可以设置两只货架以平行墙面方式设置于储藏室的地面位置,果实筐放于货架的夹层位置。

1.一种太阳能风辅控温土窖,包括窖体,其特征在于:窖底位于地表以下,窖体四周侧壁以及顶壁保温安装保温墙壁层,在土窖内间隔设置有储藏室,储藏室由防水透气材料不保温材料制成,储藏室底部安装支撑架,悬浮在窖体中部,储藏室与土窖之间形成夹层空间,夹层空间内安装制冰机,制冰机的电源连接设置在土窖地面以上的太阳能发电装置,制冰机制出的冰填充在夹层中;在储藏室的顶部制有进风口,进风口内安装风机,在储藏室侧壁中部制有出气口,风机从顶部的进气口进风,从侧壁的出气口排风,储藏室四周气密不保温;在储藏室四周侧壁制有延伸至土窖四周墙体外墙体的循环管道;所述土窖下地面直接为土地或者用透水材料铺设底面;
