The embodiment is as follows:
FIG. 1: a schematic diagram of the metering wiring from a three-phase four-wire low-voltage line to a low-voltage electric energy meter; the low-voltage electric energy meter is divided into a plurality of lines which are respectively connected with low-voltage single-phase electric energy meters of electric customers A, B, C, D, E, already and the like.
FIG. 2: a schematic diagram of wiring from a low-voltage single-phase electric energy meter of a power customer A to the customer A; the other connections of the power customers B, C, D, E, and the like are the same as the connections of the customer A.
FIG. 3: the low-voltage electric energy meter anti-misloading meter position recognition instrument with the anti-electricity-stealing function has a structural schematic diagram, and a service wire parameter acquisition coil 19 is respectively sleeved on a service zero line 12 and a service live line 13.
Under normal conditions, a power supply side meter-in live wire 6 and a power supply side meter-in zero wire 8 are respectively connected into the 1 st terminal and the 3 rd terminal of the low-voltage single-phase electric energy meter; a load side meter outlet live wire 7 and a load side meter outlet zero wire 9 are respectively led out from the 2 nd and 4 th terminals of the low-voltage single-phase electric energy meter and are connected with a power supply side load terminal and a zero wire terminal of an electric leakage protection air switch 11; here, the wiring connection is completed in the low-voltage electric energy meter metering box 10, and the wiring error probability of meter installation personnel is almost zero due to the fixed wiring layout and short line distance. At this time, the line parameters acquired by the service line parameter acquisition coil 19 are compared with the line parameters recorded by the low-voltage single-phase electric energy meter 5 acquired through the identifier antenna 24, and are analyzed and processed by the identifier processing unit 22, so that the fault triggering threshold value is not reached; finally, the low-voltage single-phase electric energy meter 5 is fed back through the identification instrument antenna 24 again, and the normal indicator lamp of the low-voltage single-phase electric energy meter is normally on. In the embodiment, at this time, the line parameter current value of the power customer third residence 17 acquired by the service line parameter acquisition coil 19 is 10A, the line parameter current value recorded by the low-voltage single-phase electric energy meter 5 to which the power customer third residence belongs is 10A acquired by the identifier antenna 24, and the difference value between the two values is zero after the analysis and processing of the identifier processing unit 22 and does not reach the preset fault trigger threshold value of 0.5A, so that the epitope of the low-voltage single-phase electric energy meter 5 to which the power customer third residence belongs is correct, and the normal indicator lamp is normally on.
However, in the process of connecting the load side load terminal and the zero line terminal of the leakage protection air switch 11 with the service lines of the power customers, such as a, b, c, d, e, and the like, the power customers are easy to cause epitope dislocation and metering error due to long power address distribution distance, wide range and concentrated wire bunching; or metering errors can be caused in the case that electricity stealing molecules disturb the audio-visual; at this time, the line parameters acquired by the service line parameter acquisition coil 19 are compared with the line parameters recorded by the low-voltage single-phase electric energy meter 5 acquired by the identifier antenna 24, and the line parameters are analyzed and processed by the identifier processing unit 22 to reach the fault triggering threshold. And finally, feeding back to the low-voltage single-phase electric energy meter 5 through the recognizer antenna 24 again, wherein a fault indicator lamp of the low-voltage single-phase electric energy meter is normally on, and meanwhile, a monitoring background of the electricity consumption information acquisition system also sends out fault alarm information to prompt a worker to further process.
In the embodiment, the power customers a, b, c, d, e, and he are respectively equipped with a group of service line parameter acquisition coils 19, the acquired line parameter current values are respectively 8A, 6A, 11A, 4A, 14A, and 19A, at this time, the line parameter current values recorded by the low-voltage single-phase electric energy meter 5 belonging to each customer are respectively 8A, 4A, 11A, 6A, 14A, and 19A acquired through the identification instrument antenna 24 installed in advance by each customer a, b, c, d, e, and he, the identification instrument processing unit 22 analyzes and processes the difference values of the two values respectively 0A, +2A, 0A, -2A, 0A, and 0A, wherein the absolute difference values of the customers b and d are greater than the preset fault trigger threshold value 0.5A, and the sum of the absolute difference values of the customers b and d is equal to zero, and the meter misplacement (stretch-wear) phenomenon may exist in the two customers, so that the power customers b, d, and D, the fault indicator lamps of the low-voltage single-phase electric energy meter 5 to which the D belongs respectively flash to remind inspectors to correct the fault indicator lamps. And the other customers A, C, E and already do not reach the preset fault triggering threshold value of 0.5A, and the normal indicator lamps of the low-voltage single-phase electric energy meters 5 belonging to the customers A, C, E and already are always on.
For example, on the premise that the subscriber lines of the power customers a, b, c, d, e, and he are respectively provided with a group of subscriber line parameter acquisition coils 19, the acquired line parameter current values are respectively 8A, 6A, 11A, 4A, 14A, and 19A, at this time, the line parameter current values recorded by the low-voltage single-phase electric energy meter 5 of each customer are respectively 8A, 6A, 11A, 4A, 14A, and 5A acquired through the identifier antennas 24 installed in advance by the customers a, b, c, d, e, and he, the identifier processing unit 22 analyzes and processes the line parameter current values respectively 0A, and +14A, wherein the absolute difference value of the customer is greater than the preset fault trigger threshold value of 0.5A, the fault indicator lamp of the low-voltage single-phase electric energy meter 5 flickers, which indicates that the actual power consumption of the customer is not accurately counted into the electric energy meter of the customer, and the electricity consumption is low, and preliminarily judging that the client has the possibility of electricity stealing behavior, and reminding inspectors to further check for evidence.
