2. The pressure cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the lid has a locked position that can be locked onto the pot and an unlocked position that can be unlocked from the pot, the pressure cooking appliance further comprising:
the cover opening mechanism (70) is arranged on the pot cover, the cover opening mechanism (70) can drive the pot cover to be switched between the locking position and the unlocking position, and the resetting mechanism (60) is connected with the cover opening mechanism (70).
3. A pressure cooking appliance as claimed in claim 2, wherein the lid is provided with a floatably stoppable bar, the pressure cooking appliance further comprising:
stop opening board (80), uncap mechanism (70) with stop opening board (80) and be connected in order to drive stop opening board (80) and be in move on the pot cover, work as when the internal pressure of pot is greater than predetermined pressure, stop opening the pole come-up, stop opening the pole and can backstop stop it moves in order to stop to end opening board (80) uncap mechanism (70) and remove, canceling release mechanical system (60) pass through stop opening board (80) with uncap mechanism (70) are connected.

8. Pressure cooking appliance according to claim 4, characterised in that the first transmission member (32) has an engagement post (322) arranged eccentrically to its axis of rotation, the end surface (62) of the return lever engaging the engagement post (322) being curved.
9. The pressure cooking appliance of claim 1, further comprising:
the driving mechanism drives the second transmission piece (31) to rotate, and the first transmission piece (32) can be switched between the first position and the second position under the transmission of the second transmission piece (31).

Pressure cooking appliance according to claim 9, characterised in that the second transmission member (31) is provided with a first transmission tooth (311) and the first transmission member (32) is provided with a second transmission tooth (321), the first transmission tooth (311) meshing with the second transmission tooth (321).

Pressure cooking appliance according to any of the claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the pressure cooking appliance is an electric pressure cooker, the lid comprises a face cover, an inner liner (11) and an inner cover arranged in sequence from outside to inside, the first transmission member (32), the driving mechanism and the return mechanism (60) are arranged on the inner liner (11), and the exhaust channel is arranged on the inner cover.
