Windscreen wiper adapter and reed fixed knot construct
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of windscreen wipers, in particular to a windscreen wiper adapter and reed fixing structure.
Background
The existing reed and the adapter are fixed through welding, and the technology is quite large. However, during the production process, the applicant finds that the curvature of the reed can be influenced by the mode of welding and fixing the reed and the adapter, and the thermal stability after welding is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a windscreen wiper adapter and reed fixing structure aiming at the defects of the existing reed and adapter in a welding fixing mode.
The technical problems to be solved by the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
the structure is characterized by further comprising a fixed buckle part, wherein at least one buckle is arranged on the surface of the fixed buckle part, which is contacted with the reed, and the buckle is inserted into a buckle groove or a buckle hole which is formed in the corresponding buckle position on the reed, so that the fixed buckle part can be fixed on the reed; the adapter is fixed on the fixed buckle component; the adapter is characterized in that a deformable elastic sheet is arranged on the surface, which is contacted with the adapter, of the fixing buckle component, a locking groove is arranged on the surface, which is contacted with the fixing buckle component, of the adapter, and after the adapter is fixed on the fixing buckle component, the deformable elastic sheet springs into the locking groove to lock the adapter, so that connection and positioning between the adapter and the reed are realized.
By adopting the technical scheme, the adapter is connected with the fixing buckle through the buckle hole or the buckle groove on the reed through the buckle on the fixing buckle part, and then is connected with the reed through the elastic sheet, so that the connection between the adapter and the reed is completed. Finally, the self-locking of the elastic sheet on the fixed buckle is completed through the assembly of the adhesive tape, so that the reliable fixation of the reed is realized. The assembly mode between the adapter and the reed does not influence the curvature of the reed, and the connection is stable.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a wiper adapter and reed fixing structure shown in the drawings includes a reed 10 and an adapter 20.
The invention is characterized in that: the spring leaf spring further comprises a fixed buckling part 30, four buckling parts 32 are arranged on the surface 31, which is contacted with the spring leaf 10, of the fixed buckling part 30, and two buckling grooves or buckling holes 11 are formed in the corresponding two buckling parts 32 of each spring leaf 10. Referring particularly to fig. 2, the securing clip member 30 is secured to the leaf spring 10 by inserting the clip 32 into four clip slots or clip holes 11 formed in the two leaf springs 10.
Referring particularly to fig. 3, a deformable spring plate 34 is provided on the side 33 of the fixing clasp part 30 that contacts the adapter 20, and a locking groove 22 and a step 23 are provided on the side 21 of the adapter 20 that contacts the fixing clasp part 30, after the adapter 20 is fixed to the fixing clasp part 30, the deformable spring plate 34 springs into the locking groove 22, and the step 23 abuts against the edge 35 of the fixing clasp part 30, so as to lock the adapter 20 together, thereby realizing connection and positioning between the adapter 20 and the reed 10.
Referring particularly to fig. 4, after the adhesive tape 40 is assembled to the reed 10, the adhesive tape 40 performs a self-locking function on the deformable elastic sheet 34 after assembly, so as to prevent the deformable elastic sheet 34 from exiting the locking groove 22, and realize reliable fixation of the reed 10. The assembly between the adaptor 20 and the reed 10 of the present invention does not affect the curvature of the reed 10 and the connection is stable.
