Background

In the prior art, in an application scenario of online shopping or take-away ordering, an online service platform or a merchant usually provides preferential resource information for a user for a commodity, so as to deduct payment data of the commodity selected by the user.

However, in the present situation, taking the online takeaway ordering as an example, when a user submits and pays an order after ordering the order on a takeaway platform, the user cannot use different preferential resource information of the dish of the order provided by the takeaway platform and a merchant at the same time, which reduces the selection rate of the dish with preferential activity for the user, and also reduces the promotion efficiency of the preferential activity provided by the takeaway platform and the merchant.

Therefore, how to provide a kind of preferential resource information for users is an urgent problem to be solved.

Disclosure of Invention

The application provides a service information system which is used for providing preferential resource information for a user. The application also relates to a method and a device for issuing the service preference information and electronic equipment, a method and a device for providing the preference resource information and the electronic equipment, a method and a device for applying for participating in the service preference and the electronic equipment, and a method and a device for displaying a service page and the electronic equipment.

The present application provides a service information system, comprising: a server side, a business side and a user side; the service end is used for issuing service discount activity information aiming at the service information to the merchant end, and sending the service information and discount resource information corresponding to the service information to the user end when a success result used for indicating that the merchant end successfully participates in the service discount activity corresponding to the service discount activity information is obtained, wherein the service information comprises the service information which can be provided by the merchant end for the user end, and the service discount activity information is used for indicating that the service end provides second discount resource information on the basis of first discount resource information provided by the merchant end aiming at the service information; the merchant side is used for sending application information for applying for joining the service discount activity to the server side according to the service discount activity information to obtain a success result returned by the server side and used for indicating that the merchant side successfully joins the service discount activity; and the user side is used for displaying the service information and the preferential resource information corresponding to the service information on a service page.

The present application further provides a device for displaying a service page, including: the obtaining unit is used for responding to the trigger operation for triggering the user side to display the service page, and obtaining the service information for displaying on the service page and the preferential resource information corresponding to the service information; the display unit is used for displaying the service page, wherein the service information and the preferential resource information corresponding to the service information are displayed on the service page, the preferential resource information corresponding to the service information comprises second preferential resource information provided by a service terminal on the basis of first preferential resource information provided by a merchant terminal aiming at the service information, and the service terminal is used for providing services for the user terminal and the merchant terminal.

The present application further provides an electronic device, comprising: a processor; and a memory for storing a computer program which, when the apparatus is powered on and the computer program is run by the processor, performs the method described above.

The present application also provides a storage medium storing a computer program for execution by a processor to perform the above-described method.

Compared with the prior art, the method has the following advantages:

In the system, a service end sets service discount activity information aiming at service information and issues the service discount activity information for a merchant end, the service discount activity information is used for indicating that the service end continues to provide second discount resource information aiming at the service information on the basis that the merchant end provides first discount resource information aiming at the service information, and in the process that a user pays an order aiming at the service information, the service discount activity can improve the selection rate of the user on the service information and the experience of the user.

Detailed Description

In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application. This application is capable of implementation in many different ways than those herein set forth and of similar import by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of this application and is therefore not limited to the specific implementations disclosed below.

For ease of understanding, a system environment of the service information system provided in the embodiments of the present application is first given. Referring to FIG. 1, a system environment is shown that includes: a server 101, a merchant 102 and a user 103.

The server 101 is used for providing offline-to-offline services for the user terminal and the merchant terminal. Specifically, the service end sets service offer information for the service information, and issues the service offer information for the service information to the merchant end 102. The merchant terminal provides service information for participating in the service discount activities to the server terminal, the server terminal takes the merchant terminal corresponding to the approved service information as the merchant terminal with the discount resource information, and displays the merchant terminal with the discount resource information on a service page of the user terminal, so that the user can select the service information with the discount resource information at the user terminal in the ordering process.

First embodiment

The preferential resource information corresponding to the target commodity information of the merchant terminal comprises: when the user selects the target commodity in the ordering process, in the payment process, the actual payment data of the user side of the target commodity is obtained according to the original payment data of the target commodity, the first preferential resource information provided by the merchant side and the second preferential resource information provided by the server side.

The preferential resource information corresponding to the target merchant comprises: when the sum of the merchant terminal receiving data of all the commodities contained in the order of the user in the shop of the target merchant meets a preset payment data threshold, the actual payment data of the user terminal corresponding to the order is obtained according to the sum of the merchant terminal receiving data of all the commodities in the order and the second preferential resource information provided by the service terminal and aiming at the target merchant.

It should be noted here that, the setting of the service offer information for the service information includes at least one of the following manners:

firstly, setting valid time range information corresponding to the service preference activity information.

For example, the server sets a start time and an end time corresponding to the service offer that the service information can enjoy.

Secondly, setting the quantity information of the service information containing the service preference activity information.

The quantity information of the service information comprises quantity information of the service information which can enjoy the service preference information and is contained in the target order corresponding to the user terminal. That is, the quantity information of the service information allowing the user terminal to include the service preference information in the target order is set. For example, each user is allowed to place 6 dish information with service offer information in one takeaway order at the same time.

In addition, the quantity information of the service information may further include, for example, quantity information of service information that allows the merchant terminal to simultaneously enjoy the service offer, for example, 6 pieces of dish information may be simultaneously enjoyed by a target merchant corresponding to the merchant terminal at one time.

Thirdly, according to the label characteristic information of the service information to be participated which is sent by the merchant terminal and used for applying for participating in the service preferential activity, the service information to be participated of which the label characteristic information meets a preset target label characteristic threshold is determined.

Specifically, according to the label characteristic information, aggregating the information of the service to be participated sent by the merchant end to obtain the aggregation of the information of the service to be participated; sequencing the service information to be participated in the service information aggregation to be participated in according to a target tag feature threshold corresponding to the tag feature information; and determining the information of the service to be participated, wherein the tag characteristic information meets the target tag characteristic threshold.

For example, the label information is taken as the noodle, and service information belonging to the noodle in the service information to be participated submitted by the business end is aggregated to form noodle aggregation. And taking the good score of the noodles as the label characteristic of the noodles, wherein the good score of the noodles is 4.8, which represents the target label characteristic threshold value of the noodle label, and determining the noodles with the good score of more than 4.8 as the service information for successfully participating in the service discount activities.

For another example, taking the tag information as the sauerkraut fish as an example for explanation, aggregating the service information belonging to the sauerkraut fish in the service information to be participated, and obtaining the sauerkraut fish aggregate. And (3) taking the sales volume ranking of the Chinese sauerkraut fish as the label characteristic of the Chinese sauerkraut fish, ranking the sales volume as the target label characteristic threshold value of the label represented by the top 5 Chinese sauerkraut fish, and determining the Chinese sauerkraut fish with the sales volume ranking of the top 5 Chinese sauerkraut fish as the service information of the service preferential activity information successfully participated in.

In addition, after the service end sets the service preferential activity information aiming at the service information, the service preferential activity information aiming at the service information is issued to the merchant end.

It should be noted here that the service offer information is used to indicate that the service end provides the second offer information on the basis that the merchant end provides the first offer information for the service information. The actual payment data of the user terminal obtained according to the original payment data corresponding to the service information, the first preferential resource information and the second preferential resource information is paid by the user terminal, and the differential payment data between the merchant terminal received data obtained according to the original payment data corresponding to the service information and the first preferential resource information and the actual payment data of the user terminal is provided to the merchant terminal by the service terminal.

Here, it should be noted that the merchant-side benefit data obtained according to the original payment data corresponding to the service information and the first preferential resource information includes: and the merchant terminal sets the lowest payment data in the preset time aiming at the service information.

For example, the merchant terminal provides first preferential resource information for the service information, merchant terminal receiving data corresponding to the service information is determined according to the first preferential resource information and original payment data, and the merchant terminal receiving data is the lowest payment data of the service information within 15 days.

S502: and when a success result for indicating that the merchant terminal is confirmed to successfully participate in the service discount corresponding to the service discount information is obtained, sending the service information and the discount resource information corresponding to the service information to the user terminal, wherein the service information comprises the service information which can be provided by the merchant terminal for the user terminal, and the service discount information is used for indicating that the service terminal provides second discount resource information on the basis of the first discount resource information provided by the merchant terminal for the service information.

The service end sends the service information which successfully participates in the service preference activity information to the user end, so that the service information containing the service preference activity information can be selected at the user end.

The above is a flowchart of setting and issuing the service offer activity information for the service information by the service end. The following describes the business side and the user side respectively.

The merchant terminal 102 is configured to send application information for applying for participating in the service offer to the server terminal according to the service offer information, and obtain a success result returned by the server terminal and used for indicating that the merchant terminal successfully participates in the service offer.

Specifically, after obtaining the service offer information provided by the service end, the merchant end sends application information for applying for joining the service offer information to the service end, receives feedback information returned by the service end and used for indicating that the merchant end successfully joins the service offer, and the feedback information further includes second offer resource information of the merchant end for the service offer.

The method for the merchant to send the application for participating in the service preference to the server includes at least one of the following methods.

The first type, the business user side is further used for sending second preferential resource information set for the service information to the service side; and acquiring confirmation response information which is returned by the server and aims at the second preferential resource information.

The merchant terminal sets discount data of second discount resource information for the service information to be participated and sends the discount data to the server terminal, the server terminal conducts auditing on the service information to be participated and the discount data of the second discount resource information corresponding to the service information to be participated, and if the auditing is passed, the server terminal sends successful confirmation response information aiming at the second discount resource information of the service information to be participated to the merchant terminal.

And if the verification is not passed, the server sends a failure response message aiming at the second preferential resource information of the service information to be participated to the merchant terminal. Or the server sends recommended preferential data corresponding to the second preferential resource information of the information to be participated in to the merchant terminal, and replies confirmation response information if the merchant terminal indicates agreement.

Secondly, the merchant side is further configured to send first request information for the service information to the server side, where the first request information is used to request the server side to set second preferential resource information for the service information; receiving second preferential resource information which is returned by the server and set aiming at the service information; and sending confirmation response information aiming at the second preferential resource information to the server side.

The business user side sends request information to the server side, and the server side determines discount data corresponding to second discount resource information of the service information; and the server returns recommended discount data corresponding to the second discount resource information of the service information to the merchant terminal through the auditing, and if the merchant terminal agrees, the application is successful, and confirmation response information is sent to the server terminal.

In addition, the merchant terminal is specifically configured to send a discount information obtaining request message to the server terminal, where the discount information obtaining request message is used to request to obtain the service discount information; and obtaining feature data of a target merchant corresponding to the merchant terminal returned by the server terminal and/or service preference information corresponding to target scene information of a scene where the target merchant is located in a preset time range from the current time point.

And the server provides matched service preferential activity information for the target merchant according to the characteristic data of the target merchant of the merchant terminal or the scene information of the target merchant.

The merchant terminal is further configured to aggregate the service information provided by the multiple stores to obtain the aggregated service information if a target merchant corresponding to the merchant terminal includes multiple stores which are distributed in different geographic locations and provide the same service; the service information which is input in the service page and participates in the service preferential activity comprises the aggregated service information.

The merchant side is further specifically configured to aggregate the original payment data corresponding to the service information provided by the multiple stores, and obtain aggregated original payment data corresponding to the service information.

For example, since a chain brand includes a plurality of stores providing the same service, payment data information of the same product in the plurality of stores is different depending on geographical locations where the plurality of stores are distributed. Therefore, the same product in a plurality of stores is aggregated, and the original payment data of the product information in the plurality of stores is aggregated to obtain one target original payment data of the product.

Correspondingly, the service end continuously provides second preferential resource information for the commodity on the basis that the merchant end provides the first preferential resource information for the commodity according to the target original payment data of the commodity.

The user end 103 is configured to display the service information and the preferential resource information corresponding to the service information on a service page.

Specifically, the user side sends request information for requesting to obtain the service information and the preferential resource information corresponding to the service information to the server side, and the server side returns the service information and the second preferential resource information corresponding to the service information to the user side.

And the discount data corresponding to the second discount resource information has a negative correlation with distribution parameters used for expressing the difficulty of distributing the service information for the user side.

Wherein the distribution parameter indicating the difficulty level of distributing the service information to the user side includes at least one of the following parameters:

prompting a distribution degree coefficient for distributing the service information to the user side;

providing distance information between the geographical position of the business user side of the service information and the geographical position of the user side;

and presetting distribution time information required for distributing the service information to the user side.

The merchant terminal can represent a target merchant corresponding to the merchant terminal or geographical location information of a shop of the target merchant, and can also represent terminal equipment used by the merchant of the merchant terminal; the user side can represent the geographical location information of the target user corresponding to the user side, and can also represent the terminal device used by the user corresponding to the user side.

In the following, by way of example, a relationship that offer data corresponding to second offer resource information has a negative correlation with a distribution parameter indicating how easy it is to distribute the service information to the user side is described.

For example, the display page of the user side displays distance information between the geographical positions of two different business ends and the geographical position of the user side, wherein the distance information between the first business end and the user side is first distance information, the distance information between the second business end and the user side is second distance information, and if the first distance information is smaller than the second distance information, the discount data of the second discount resource information corresponding to the service information selected by the user side at the first business end is larger than the discount data of the second discount resource information corresponding to the service information selected by the user side at the second business end.

For another example, the distribution time information of the service information distributed to the user by the first merchant side displayed on the display page of the user side is first distribution time information, the distribution time information of the service information distributed to the user by the second merchant side is second distribution time information, and if the first distribution time information is less than the second distribution time information, the discount data of the second discount resource information corresponding to the service information selected by the user side at the first merchant side is greater than the discount data of the second discount resource information corresponding to the service information selected by the user side at the second merchant side.

For another example, the same merchant terminal distributes service information for two user terminals, where distance information between the geographic position of the merchant terminal and the geographic position of the first user terminal is smaller than distance information between the geographic positions of the merchant terminal and the second user terminal, and the discount data of the second discount resource information corresponding to the service information selected by the first user terminal at the merchant terminal is larger than the discount data of the second discount resource information corresponding to the service information selected by the second user terminal at the merchant terminal.

For another example, the distance information between the geographic position of the first user end and the geographic position of the first merchant end is first distance information, the distance information between the geographic position of the second user end and the geographic position of the second merchant end is second distance information, and if the first distance information is smaller than the second distance information, the discount data of the second discount resource information corresponding to the service information selected by the first user end at the first merchant end is larger than the discount data of the second discount resource information corresponding to the service information selected by the second user end at the second merchant end.

The above only some application embodiments are listed to describe that the offer data corresponding to the second offer resource information has a negative correlation with a distribution parameter indicating how easy it is to distribute the service information to the user side, and other embodiments belonging to such a relationship are also applicable to this application, and the application is not limited herein. The present application provides a service information system, comprising: a server side, a business side and a user side; the service end is used for setting service discount activity information aiming at the service information, the service information comprises the service information which can be provided by the merchant end for the user end, the service discount activity information aiming at the service information is issued to the merchant end, and the service information and discount resource information corresponding to the service information are sent to the user end when the merchant end is confirmed to successfully participate in the service discount activity corresponding to the service discount activity information, wherein the service discount activity information is used for indicating that the service end provides second discount resource information on the basis of first discount resource information provided by the merchant end aiming at the service information; the business user side is used for sending application information for applying for participating in the service discount activity to the server side according to the service discount activity information; and the user side is used for displaying the service information and the preferential resource information corresponding to the service information on a service page.
