The side of lens 2 and the surface of aluminium alloy base 1 all are provided with the mounting hole 5 that the position corresponds, can be with lens 2 fixed mounting on the surface of aluminium alloy base 1.
The lens 2 is made of a high-transmittance PMMA optical material, so that the lens 2 has high transmittance.
The inner surface of the lens 2 is processed by the bright lines, so that the excessive light mixing effect can be increased.
A method for manufacturing a lens structure based on a light-gathering LED lamp comprises the following steps,
