The mask liquid composition with the effects of relieving, tightening and resisting wrinkles as claimed in claim 1, wherein: phase C component further comprises an eighth skin conditioning agent, said eighth skin conditioning agent comprising: 0.004-0.005 of glycerol, 0.0038-0.0042 of carbohydrate hydrolysate, 0.0011-0.0015 of beta-glucan, 0.0004-0.0006 of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.0003-0.0005 of 1, 3-propanediol, 0.0001-0.0002 of caprylyl hydroximic acid and 0.088-0.0903 of water.

The mask liquid composition with the effects of relieving, tightening and resisting wrinkles as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the C phase component comprises: 0.4 to 0.6 portion of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.3 to 0.5 portion of arginine, 0.1 to 0.2 portion of tremella polysaccharide, 0.1 to 0.2 portion of carnosine, 0.1 to 0.15 portion of tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid and 0.0004 to 0.0008 portion of lysine polypeptide.

6. The mask liquid composition with the effects of relieving, tightening and resisting wrinkles as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the composition is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight:

the phase A component comprises: butanediol 4, EDTA disodium 0.1, hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum 0.1, carbomer 0.3, p-hydroxyacetophenone 0.5, polyamino acid polysaccharide condensation compound 0.105, and the balance of water;

the phase B component comprises: dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.105, panthenol 0.1, and betaine 0.105;

the C phase component comprises: a first skin conditioning agent, a second skin conditioning agent, a third skin conditioning agent, a fourth skin conditioning agent, and a fifth skin conditioning agent, wherein,

the first skin conditioning agent comprises: 1 part of butanediol, 0.818 part of water, 0.1 part of Gentiana lutea root extract, 0.06 part of Selaginella tamariscina extract, 0.02 part of Scutellaria baicalensis root extract and 0.002 part of Artemisia annua extract;

the second skin conditioning agent comprises: 0.5 parts of purslane extract and 0.5 parts of butanediol;

the third skin conditioning agent comprises: collagen 0.006, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.005, 1, 2-pentanediol 0.045, sorbic acid 0.00001, water 0.9439;

the fourth skin conditioning agent comprises: xylitol 0.024, dehydrated xylitol 0.105, herba Centellae extract 0.045, tremella extract 0.075, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.0045, and water 0.0465;

the fifth skin conditioning agent comprises: 0.0385 parts of golden yellow chamomile extract, 0.028 parts of field mint leaf extract, 0.0245 parts of purslane extract, 0.007 parts of picrorhiza root extract, 0.014 parts of aloe vera extract, 0.028 parts of pelargonium graveolens extract, 0.07 parts of butanediol, 0.035 parts of glycerol, 0.00245 parts of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.0014 parts of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.10115 parts of water.

7. The mask liquid composition with the effects of relieving, tightening and resisting wrinkles as claimed in claim 6, wherein the phase C component further comprises a sixth skin conditioner, a seventh skin conditioner and an eighth skin conditioner, wherein,

the sixth skin conditioning agent comprises: acetyl hexapeptide-8.00033, glycerol 0.06, caprylyl glycol 0.0024, ethylhexyl glycerol 0.0003 and water 0.53697;

the seventh skin conditioning agent comprises: split yeast fermentation lysate 0.0982, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.0001, p-hydroxyacetophenone 0.0005, xanthan gum 0.0003;

the eighth skin conditioning agent comprises: 0.0045 of glycerol, 0.004 of carbohydrate hydrolysate, 0.0012 of beta-glucan, 0.0005 of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.0004 of 1, 3-propanediol, 0.0001 of caprylyl hydroximic acid and 0.0893 of water.

The mask liquid composition with the effects of relieving, tightening and resisting wrinkles as claimed in claim 6 or 7, wherein the phase C component further comprises 0.5 of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.3 of arginine, 0.1 of tremella polysaccharide, 0.1 of carnosine, 0.1 of tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid and 0.0005 of lysine polypeptide.

9. The mask liquid composition with the effects of relieving, tightening and resisting wrinkles as claimed in any one of claims 1-5, which is prepared by the following steps:

s1, accurately weighing various raw materials in the formula, placing the raw materials in a clean and sterilized vessel, and respectively mixing and uniformly stirring the skin conditioners in the phase C component according to the proportion for later use;

s2, sequentially adding the raw materials of the phase A component into an emulsifying pot, uniformly dispersing, stirring and heating to 85-90 ℃, homogenizing for 2-3 minutes until no particles exist, and preserving heat for 20 minutes;

s4, cooling to 65 ℃, adding the phase B component, uniformly stirring, and keeping the temperature for 5-7 minutes;

s5, cooling to 45 ℃, adding the C-phase component, uniformly stirring, and keeping the temperature for 3-5 minutes;

s6, cooling to 35-38 ℃, discharging and standing.
