Description
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of planting technique. And more particularly, to a roof greening grass planting system using construction waste.
Background
The roof occupies a large space in a city, and with the continuous expansion of the space, the urban heat island effect is increasingly enhanced; the roof is exposed in the atmosphere all the year round, and the heat insulation board is gradually damaged over the long term to form a sanitary dead angle; the temperature difference change of the roof is large, the expansion with heat and the contraction with cold are obvious, and the waterproof layer is easy to age and denature to cause the leakage of the roof. Thus, roof greening has a number of benefits: 1. the urban greening coverage is improved, and the air landscape is created; 2. dust is adsorbed, noise is reduced, and environmental quality is improved; 3. the urban heat island effect is reduced, and the ecological effect is exerted; 4. relieving urban flood and reducing drainage pressure; 5. the roof structure is effectively protected, and the waterproof life is prolonged; 6. the building is kept warm in winter and cool in summer, and the energy consumption is saved. The roof environment is severe, the greening difficulty is high, the greening rate of the roof in China is less than one percent, and the main reason is that the planting technology is not broken through. The invention fundamentally solves the technical problem of roof planting and is expected to make new contribution to roof greening.
The inventor of Hu Li Ming dedicated to the research of roof greening technology for decades, and filed applications from 1998 for 98112641.3 cultivation methods of Sedum lineare for roof greening, 99124618.7 a plant growth nutrition base material and a method for cultivating Sedum lineare on roof, 99322045.2 a nutrition growth bed for cultivating Sedum lineare on roof, 201210048366.7 a greening method for planting Sedum lineare on roof, 201720925170X an isolator for planting Sedum lineare on roof, 201710623907.7 a method for planting Sedum lineare on roof by isolator, and the like, and most of the patents are granted, aiming at achieving the purposes of heat insulation, protection of roof and roof structure through greening. Mr. Hu Li Ming is the earliest to study the sedum lineare roof greening technology and obtain certain effect in China, and most of the current companies which do sedum lineare roof greening in China are the technology of Mr. Hu Li Ming. However, the long-term practice of Huiming has found that the effect of the original scheme is not ideal, problems of clustered sedum lineare, overgrowth of grass seedlings, tenderness and drought resistance can occur, phenomena of withering and poor growth can occur after a period of planting, measures such as reseeding and management are needed, and the sustainability is not strong. The isolation ball planting method solves the problems of clustered sedum lineare, overgrowth, tenderness, drought intolerance and the like, but the isolation balls are made of soil, so that the manufacturing cost is high, and the implementation difficulty is high for large-scale roof greening.
Furthermore, another patent '201820293275.2 applied by the inventor, namely a roof greening structure for planting sedum lineare by adopting construction waste', makes a great progress in comparison with the prior art, adopts the construction waste as a planting base material and combines the use of the seedling control particles to solve part of problems in the sedum lineare planting process, and the patent is also granted. However, the patent mainly aims at the improvement of the sedum lineare planting technology, focuses on the problem of overgrowing of grass seedlings, on one hand, the effect still has great progress space for the requirements of good and continuous growth and the like under the condition of long-term zero management of roof greening, such as the problem of maximum defect root system oxygen deficiency, and on the other hand, the single sedum lineare planting landscape is too single and is not beneficial to the formation of a roof vegetation ecosystem. Meanwhile, with the acceleration of the urbanization process, the problems of construction waste and the treatment pressure are increased year by year.

Example 1
1. The utility model provides an adopt building rubbish's roof greening grass planting system, as shown in fig. 1, has set gradually from bottom to top: the root-separating layer 1, the granular layer 2, the root-protecting layer 3, the planting base material layer I4, the vegetation layer 5 and the planting base material layer II 6. The planting system further comprises a frame 7 surrounding the whole planting system, the frame is tightly attached to the root isolation layer, and the root isolation layer 1 is arranged on the roof. Wherein, the root separating layer, the particle layer and the root protecting layer form an air reflux system and a diversion layer and provide a second root tying space.
In the planting system, the frame is formed by adding cement into crushed building garbage and processing the crushed building garbage through a die, and a plurality of drain holes are formed in the bottom of the frame. The function of the frame is to standardize the grass planting range and prevent the loss of the planting base material.
The root separating layer is made of 200g of needle-punched geotextile, the root protecting layer is made of 150g of needle-punched geotextile, the needle-punched geotextile is required to be laid smoothly, and when large-area construction is carried out, overlapping positions between every two non-woven fabrics or geotextiles need to be overlapped by 5-8 cm, and the optimal value is 5 cm.
The root separating layer is used for preventing grass roots from penetrating into the roof waterproof protective layer, so that the planting base material is completely isolated from the roof, the maintenance is convenient, and the moisture-keeping effect is achieved.
The root-protecting layer is used for preventing the planting base material from flowing into the granular layer, enabling the grass roots to spirally grow in the granular layer, and preserving fertilizer and moisture.
The particles used by the particle layer are made of construction waste and are irregular particles or blocks with the size of 1-1.5 cm3Within the range. The spreading is required to be uniform, and the spreading thickness is 2-3 cm. The function is drainage and ventilation, convection with the grass layer and the planting base material layer is formed, and meanwhile, partial grass root living space is provided.
In addition, the planting base materials used for the planting base material layer I and the planting base material layer II are all the planting base materials with the size smaller than 1 cm3The construction waste crushing material is a main carrier for growth and multiplication of grass seedlings. And (6) uniformly spreading. The thickness of the first planting base material layer is 2-3 cm; the thickness of the planting base material layer II is 1-2 cm, the planting base material layer II is required to cover 30-40% of grass seedlings,and exposing the grass seedlings by 60-70%. The second planting base material layer has the function of enabling grass seedlings to cling to the planting base material layer, and accelerating the growth of root shreds.
The construction waste can be selected from bricks, concrete blocks, ceramic tiles, wood chips, plastering ash or sand and stone, etc. The construction waste can also be replaced by ceramsite.
2. In practice, the construction steps of the whole system are completed in sequence according to the requirements:
(1) laying a root isolation layer;
(2) placing a frame according to a construction drawing;
(3) spreading a particle layer;
(4) laying root protection cloth;
(5) spreading planting base materials;
(6) spreading and scattering grass seedlings;
(7) adding and scattering planting base materials.
Wherein, the grass seedling in the step (6) can be selected from any one or a mixture of sedum lineare, stringy stonecrop, phyllostachys pubescens and groundsel root.
Specifically, the selectable grass seedling spreading modes include the following two modes: one is that the grass rolls cultured in the seedling base are directly laid and can not be overlapped; the other is in-situ planting, directly spreading grass seedlings: cutting the grass seedlings into small sections of 3-5 cm in length, recording each section as one, wherein each section is not less than two sections of a natural section, and uniformly spreading the grass seedlings, wherein the number of the grass seedlings per square is not less than 100 (preferably 100-300).
3. The inventor plants sedum lineare, sedum sarmentosum and phyllostachys pubescens by utilizing the system through long-term experimental planting, and the sedum lineare, the sedum sarmentosum and the phyllostachys pubescens are planted in a mixed mode with the roots falling to the ground, so that the effect is very good, and after one-time construction is completed in rainy seasons and dry seasons, follow-up zero-manual management is realized.
Example 2
1. Sedum lineare was planted on the roof using the system of example 1. The system of patent 201820293275.2 is used as a control. The roof was evenly divided into 8 zones on the same roof, and the experiments were divided into 4 groups, each of which was repeated two times. And the environmental factors (sunlight and air port positions) of 4 areas are ensured to be consistent.
Meanwhile, a transparent ceiling is erected above the 4 experimental areas, and the watering amount is manually controlled: the two multi-water groups are thoroughly watered once every evening; two water deficient groups were watered every 3 days until new leaves were grown on the grass seedlings (about 10 days later) and every 45 days.
And in the experimental period of 12 months, the bottom wettability and the grass seedling growth condition of each group of systems are observed and recorded.
Grouping experiments:
group 1: the system of the patent has a plurality of water groups;
group 2: patent 201820293275.2 system multiwater group;
group 3: the patent system has a water shortage group;
group 4: the patent 201820293275.2 system water shortage group.
2. Results of the experiment
The result of the multi-water group shows that the difference of the drainage performance of the two systems is not obvious, and the growth of the grass seedlings is not large. However, after a while, the root of the 201820293275.2 patent system is obviously deteriorated in growth and sustainability due to oxygen deficiency.
The result of the water shortage group shows that the moisture retention performance of the system is obviously superior to that of the system 201820293275.2, the growth vigor of the grass seedlings of the system group is obviously better, the grass seedlings of the group 3 still grow happy and neat and luxuriant until the end of the experimental period, and the grass seedlings of the group 4 begin to grow unevenly in about 6 months.
In addition, from the practical effect of utilizing the system of this patent to plant on the roof, even in the weather of long and arid rainy, the grass seedling just the blade shows slightly lack of water, but can resume rapidly after having the rainwater. For practice, no manual watering is required.
To sum up the result, compare with patent 201820293275.2's system, the biggest advantage of this patent planting system is in separating the root layer, the grained layer, protect the root layer and constituted air reflux system and water conservancy diversion layer, both provided sufficient vegetation's oxygen, can prevent mashed root scheduling problem, the grained layer has still constituted the second and has pricked root growth space, the moisturizing performance is better, adverse circumstances such as drought-resistant more, also have better drainage simultaneously, can not cause obvious ponding, the balance of having obtained better drainage and moisturizing, long-term zero management formula roof is planted has really been realized, it is more significant to roof greening and building refuse treatment's meaning and advantage.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be equivalent replacement modes, and all are included in the scope of the present invention.
