Because the winding box 310 can store a certain amount of used medical pads 510, the used medical pads 510 can be cleaned intensively, the cleaning requirement on the used medical pads 510 can be reduced, and the cleaning workload of medical staff is reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the unreeling box 210 is provided with an elastic upper cover 230, and the elastic upper cover 230 is pressed into the rolled medical pad 500 in the unreeling box 210 under the elastic action. The elastic upper cover body 230 presses the rolled medical pad 500, so that the rolled medical pad 500 can be prevented from continuously rotating under the inertia effect after the rolling assembly 300 stops rolling the rolled medical pad 500, the elastic upper cover body 230 presses the rolled medical pad 500, the elastic upper cover body 230 can prevent the rolled medical pad 500 in the unreeling assembly 200 from continuously rolling after the rotating shaft 320 of the rolling assembly 300 stops rotating, the unrolled medical pad 510 is in a tight state, the flatness of the rolled medical pad 500 is ensured, and the comfort of the user feeling is improved.
When the rolled medical pad 500 is placed into the unwind cassette 210, the elastic upper cover 230 may be opened upward, thereby forming an opening above the unwind cassette 210 for placement of the rolled medical pad 500.
The particles of the elastic upper cover 230 are elastically obtained by using a coil spring, an elastic band, or the like, so that the elastic upper cover 230 is pressed against the rolled medical pad 500. The elasticity of the elastic upper cover 230 also enables the elastic upper cover 230 to be automatically closed after the rolled medical pad 500 is put into the unreeled case 210.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the unreeling box 210 is provided with a fixed support shaft 240 and a first elastic support shaft 250 which are oppositely arranged, the fixed support shaft 240 and the first elastic support shaft 250 are respectively arranged at two ends of the unreeling box 210, and the fixed support shaft 240 and the first elastic support shaft 250 are respectively penetrated into the packaged medical pad 500 from the two ends.
The rolled medical pad 500 is a rolled structure, generally having a hollow roll in the middle, and the hollow portion of the roll may be formed with a hole therethrough. The position of the fixed support shaft 240 is fixed at one end of the unreeling box 210, when the rolled medical pad 500 is put into the unreeling box 210, one end of the rolled medical pad 500 can be sleeved on the fixed support shaft 240, meanwhile, the first elastic support shaft 250 is pulled out to form a space which is convenient for putting the rolled medical pad 500 into the unreeling box 210, then the first elastic support shaft 250 is released, the first elastic support shaft 250 returns under the self elastic action, and the first elastic support shaft 250 penetrates into the other end of the rolled medical pad 500. The first elastic support shaft 250 may be elastically obtained by a structural member of a spring.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, an empty reel 520 is further provided in the winding box 310, the empty reel 520 is connected to the rotation shaft 320, and the medical pad 510 is connected to the empty reel 520.
The medical pad 510 after being used is collected by the empty reel 520, so that the medical pad 510 can be prevented from being irregularly wound in the winding box 310, the rotating shaft 320 only needs to drive the empty reel 520 to rotate, and the rotating shaft 320 can be provided with a smaller length, so that the structural space is saved. Further, the wound medical pad 500 naturally generates the empty reel 520 after being used up, and the empty reel 520 can be effectively utilized. After the rolled medical pad 500 is used, the empty drums 520 are synchronously used for wrapping the medical pad 510, so that the rolled medical pad 500 in the unreeling box 210 and the empty drums 520 in the reeling box 310 can be synchronously replaced, and accidental forgetting of the empty drums 520 or the full piling of the used medical pad 510 in the reeling box 310 can be effectively avoided.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the rotation shaft 320 is disposed at a first end of the winding box 310, a second elastic support shaft 350 disposed opposite to the rotation shaft 320 is further disposed in the winding box 310, the rotation shaft 320 and the second elastic support shaft 350 are disposed at two ends of the winding box 310, and two ends of the empty drum 520 are connected to the rotation shaft 320 and the second elastic support shaft 350, respectively.
When the empty reel 520 is put into the winding box 310, one end of the empty reel 520 can be sleeved on the rotating shaft 320, and meanwhile, the second elastic support shaft 350 is pulled out to form a space for putting the empty reel 520 into the winding box 310, then the second elastic support shaft 350 is released, the second elastic support shaft 350 returns under the self elastic action, and the second elastic support shaft 350 penetrates into the other end of the empty reel 520. The second elastic support shaft 350 may be elastically obtained by a structural member of a spring.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the upper part of fig. 5 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the cooperation of the rotation shaft 320 and the fear arrangement, the rotation shaft 320 is provided with at least a first edge 321, the rotation shaft 320 is inserted into the hollow reel 520, and the first edge 321 elastically deforms the hollow reel 520. The adoption of the rotation shaft 320 having the ribs facilitates the fixing of the empty reel 520 to the rotation shaft 320 by the deformation of the empty reel 520, ensuring the rotation of the empty reel 520 along with the rotation of the rotation shaft 320. In some embodiments, the automatic replacement device for the medical pad of the gynecological examination table further comprises a foot switch, the foot switch controls the driving device 330, and the foot switch controls the driving device 330, so that the operation of a doctor is facilitated, the extra contact of the hands of the doctor is avoided, and the cleaning and disinfection requirements can be reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, fig. 3 is a schematic exploded view of the structure of the embedded pad 410 of the automatic changing device for gynecological examination bed medical pad provided by the present utility model, the multi-layer structure of the embedded pad 410 is better shown by the schematic exploded view of the structure, the examination bed 400 further comprises the embedded pad 410, and the embedded pad 410 comprises a barrier layer 411, a sponge layer 412 and a reinforcing layer 413. The impermeable layer 411 may be made of PU (polyurethane) material, the sponge layer 412 may be a high density sponge, and the reinforcing layer 413 may be made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material. The anti-seepage layer 411, the sponge layer 412 and the reinforcing layer 413 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and the anti-seepage layer 411 can effectively prevent liquid from penetrating downwards, so that cleaning is facilitated. The sponge layer 412 may provide some elasticity and cushioning to make the patient feel more comfortable. The reinforcing layer 413 provides overall structural strength while facilitating fixation with the couch 400 and improving the mounting robustness of the embedded spacer 410.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the rolled medical pad 500 may be unfolded into a plurality of medical pads 510, one side of the medical pads 510 is provided with a groove 414, and the groove 414 is correspondingly arranged with the leak hole of the examination bed 400. The examination couch 400 is often provided with a leak hole, the groove 414 and the leak hole are correspondingly arranged, and the medical pad 510 is also often provided with a tearing line for forming a groove 414 or a notch to meet medical requirements.
