Abstract
一种同轴多芯层高密压实过滤杂化复合芯,它包括一个承接管,在承接管的外侧设置有外预滤纤维层,在承接管的内侧设置有纤维管衬里。该复合滤芯同轴于一体,易于组装、更换,同时体积小、效能高,它能构成微一纳米级通道,过滤精度高,在定向压差驱动下,通透量好,滤过液清沏透明,成本低廉,可广泛应用于食品、饮料、纯净水、医药等过滤分离的行业中。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种固液分离过滤器的滤芯,具体地说是涉及一种同轴多芯层复合滤芯。
中国实用新型专利“过滤器的滤芯”(专利号为97250684.5,授权公告号为CN2305240Y)当中公开了一种过滤器的滤芯,它主要是在一个具有若干通孔的管体外,绕置有滤水纸材(如无尘纸),并在其上、下端处设置有盖体,这种滤芯,由于其结构和滤材的选择,其过滤精度不高,不能满足某些行业高精度过滤的要求。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种过滤精度高的同轴多芯层高密压实过滤杂化复合芯,能广泛应用于食品、饮料、纯净水、医药等过滤分离行业中。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的同轴多芯层高密压实过滤杂化复合芯采用以下技术方案:一种同轴多芯层高密压实过滤杂化复合芯,它包括一个承接管,在承接管的外侧设置有外预滤纤维层,在承接管的内侧设置有纤维管衬里。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,本实用新型的同轴多芯层高密压实过滤杂化复合芯在所述的外预滤纤维层的外侧设置有无纺布层,在纤维管衬里的内侧设置有无纺布层。
由于本实用新型的同轴多芯层高密压实过滤杂化复合芯在结构上采用三层结构,依次进行预滤-吸附-过滤,所以过滤精度高,同时它同轴于一体,所以结构简单、便于制造,更易组装更换,在定向压差驱动下,通透量好,滤过液清沏透明,同时成本低廉。
以下结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。

如图1、图2所示,本实用新型的同轴多芯层高密压实过滤杂化复合芯,它包括一个承接管4,在承接管4的外侧设置有外预滤纤维层5,在承接管4的内侧设置有纤维管衬里3。承接管4中含有多种活性物质,它是采用乙烯类共聚物乳液和丙烯酸酯及其共聚物乳液为粘合剂,将活性炭、炭纤维、海泡石、分子筛、麦饭石、高分子吸附剂和其它活性物质粉碎,浸渍上述粘合剂乳液,风干后用机械法足量装入模具内加热烧结而成;外预滤纤维层5是直接用超细复合纤维热融卷绕而成;纤维管衬里3是采用相应尺寸的热融粘接复合纤维深层热融粘接而成,从而形成三层结构的复合滤芯。本实用新型的同轴多芯层高密压实过滤杂化复合芯,在外预滤纤维层5的外侧可以设置有无纺布层6,在纤维管衬里3的内侧可以设置有无纺布层2,这样无纺布层6可以进一步起到预滤的效果,无纺布层2可以阻止管内壁的异物进入已过滤完的液体。使用时,在复合芯的外侧是需过滤的液体,由于内侧外侧的定向压差,液体经过预滤-吸附-过滤,最后流入复合芯的中空芯腔1中,从而达到过滤的目的。该复合芯体积小,效能高,它构成微一纳米级通道,是过滤、吸附、截获、催化的有效载体,可广泛应用于食品、饮料、纯净水、医药等过滤分离的行业中。

1.一种同轴多芯层高密压实过滤杂化复合芯,它包括一个承接管(4),其特征在于:在承接管(4)的外侧设置有外预滤纤维层(5),在承接管(4)的内侧设置有纤维管衬里(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的同轴多芯层高密压实过滤杂化复合芯,其特征在于:在所述的外预滤纤维层(5)的外侧还设置有无纺布层(6),在纤维管衬里(3)的内侧还设置有无纺布层(2)。
