Befindet sich das Schaltglied 15 in der mittleren Schaltstellung, vergl. Fig. 1 - 3, so wird beim Drehen des Schraubendrehergriffes 1 über das Antriebsringteil 3 eine Mitnahme des Abtriebskernteils 8 in jeder Richtung erreicht, bedingt durch eine Mitnahme der Klemmkörper 24 in die entsprechenden Klemmzwickel 23'. Ein Freilauf tritt dann nicht auf.
Claims (10)
- Schraubwerkzeug mit richtungsumschaltbarem Gesperre mit Klemmkörper (24) in keilförmig verlaufenden Klemmräumen zwischen einem äußeren Antriebsringteil (3) und einem inneren, im Querschnitt etwa dreieckförmigen Abtriebskernteil (8), welche Klemmkörper (24) durch ein drehbares, in seinen Schaltstellungen verrastendes Schaltglied (15) in Freigabestellung zu den Keilwänden des zugehörigen Klemmraumes verlagerbar sind durch an den Klemmkörpern angreifende Mitnehmer, welche in einer einen Freilauf in einer Drehrichtung ermöglichenden Schaltstellung des Schaltgliedes den Übertritt der Klemmkörper (24) in jeweils eine ihrer beiden Klemmstellungen blockieren, wobei zur Verrastung des Schaltgliedes (15) in seiner jeweiligen, einen Freilauf in einer Drehrichtung ermöglichenden Schaltstellung eine federvorgespannte (22) Rastkugel (20) in eine zugeordnete Rastvertiefung (18, 19, 19') eingreift, wobei je ein Klemmkörper (24) in je einem Klemmraum lose einliegt und von der Drehbewegung des Antriebsringteils (3) in seine Klemmstellung verlagerbar ist, und wobei die größte Breite der den einen Freilauf in einer Drehrichtung ermöglichenden schaltstellung zugeordneten Rastvertiefung (19, 19') in Drehrichtung größer ist als der Durchmesser der Rastkugel (20) und die Rastvertiefung (19, 19') mit einem konkaven Boden ausgestaltet ist, in welcher die Rastkugel durch die sie beaufschlagende Druckfeder in einer Zentrierstellung liegt.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dreieckseiten (9) des Abtriebskernteils (8) ballig gestaltet sind mit einem geringeren Krümmungsgrad als derjenige des Antriebsringteils (3).
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abtriebskernteil (8) auf einer seiner Winkelhalbierenden in einer Sackbohrung (21) die Rastkugel (20) trägt und die Rastvertiefungen (19, 19') an der Innenwand (15'') eines topfförmig gestalteten, die Mitnehmer (17) als axial vorstehende Finger aufweisenden Schaltgliedes (15) ausgebildet sind.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abtriebskernteil (8) quer zu den Winkelhalbierenden stehende, konzentrisch verlaufende Führungsflächen (9) ausbildet, die an der Topfinnenwand (15'') anliegen.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abtriebskernteil (8) einen zentralen Führungsbund (11) besitzt, der in eine Bohrung (14) des Topfbodens (15') des Schaltgliedes (15) tritt.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abtriebskernteil (8) an der dem Führungsbund (11) gegenüberliegenden Seite eine in einen Schraubendrehergriff- Innenkörper (2) vorstehende Führungshülse (7) besitzt, deren Mantelfläche mit Lagerrippen (7, 7') ausgestattet ist.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmkörper (24) als Walzen gestaltet sind und nur mit einem Teil ihrer Stirnfläche (25) auf Bodenflächen (10') aufliegen, die im Bereich der Klemmräume (23) von Überständen (10) des Abtriebskernteils (8) gebildet sind.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenkanten (10) der Bodenfläche (10') und der Führungsfläche (9) sich zu einem Kreis ergänzen.
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mitnehmer (17) bis zu den Bodenflächen (10') reichen und die Achslänge der Klemmkörper (24) derjenigen der Mitnehmer (17) entspricht derart, daß die andere Stirnfläche (26) der walzenförmigen Klemmkörper (34) überfangen ist von der Topfrandfläche (15') des Schaltgliedes (15).
- Schraubwerkzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß drei Rastvertiefungen (18, 19, 19') für drei Schaltstellungen derart gestaltet und angeordnet sind, daß die einer mittleren, in beiden Drehrichtungen wirkenden Schaltstellung entsprechende Rastvertiefung (18) formschlüssig dem Kugeleintrittsquerschnitt entspricht und die beiden unmittelbar benachbarten Rastvertiefungen (19, 19') mit konkavem Boden gestaltet sind.
