Abstract

Un procédé pour fabriquer un fil continu de polyester lisse et à faible retrait part d'un fil à orientation partielle (POY) et à filage rapide. Le fil POY de polyester (5a) est étiré à froid (5b) et ensuite soumis, avec une suralimentation de 10 à 20 %, à une relaxation à chaud (5c) à une température comprise entre 140 et 250°C dans le milieu sec ou bien entre 70 et 140°C dans le milieu humide, après quoi il subit le tourbillonnage nécessaire. On obtient un fil présentant un module initial compris entre 200 et 800 cN/tex et un retrait de débouillissage < 3 %. Ce fil convient comme matériau de remplacement de l'acétocellulose.

Claims (5)

  1. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un multifil polyester-POY, lisse, étiré à froid, caractérisé en ce que dans une première étape le polyester-POY est étiré homogènement à froid avec un rapport d'étirage d'au moins 1,6 et dans une seconde étape est relaxé à chaud avec une avance de 10 à < 20 %.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la relaxation à chaud a lieu de 140° à 250°C dans un milieu sec.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la relaxation à chaud a lieu de 70° à 140°C dans un milieu humide.
  4. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de dévidage va de 100 à 1000 m/min lors de la relaxation à chaud.
  5. Fil de polyester fabriqué selon le procédé des revendications 1 à 4 d'un module initial de 200-800cN/tex, d'une viscosité intrinsèque de 0,6-0,75 dl/g (à 25°C dans le Phénol/tétrachloréthane 1:1) d'un retrait à la chaleur de < 2% (à 160°, prétension 0.1 cN/tex), et d'un module au retrait de 1-30 cN/tex, caracterisé en ce que le fil remplisse simultanément les conditions suivantes: limite de réversibilité 4 - 12 cN/tex retrait à l décoction 0 - 1,9 % force de retrait à la chaleur (à 160°, prétension 0,1 cN/tex) < 0,1 cN/tex
