Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de gros emballages à partir d'un groupe (11) de petits emballages, en particulier d'emballages de cigarettes (10), qui est entouré d'une enveloppe extérieure (12), dans lequel les groupes (11) de petits emballages sont conduits à un poste de pliage (23) et les groupes (11) défectueux sont identifiés et éliminés par triage, caractérisé par le fait que
    a) les petits paquets sont disposés à l'intérieur du groupe (11) de façon telle que les surfaces des emballages de tous les petits emballages du groupe (11) sont visibles depuis le côté arrière selon la direction de transport,
    b) le groupe (11) de petits emballages est contrôlé immédiatement avant ou pendant l'avance de l'emballage par au moins le côté ouvert du gros emballage tourné vers l'arrière selon la direction de transport, en ce qui concerne le fait qu'il est complet et/ou que sa constitution est correcte,
    caractérisé par le fait que
    c) pour contrôler le groupe (11), on balaie le côté arrière selon la direction de transport du groupe (11) des petits emballages par au moins un organe de test optoélectronique, en particulier par une caméra (48),
    d) en cas de groupe (11) de petits emballages défectueux, le groupe (11) est transporté dans cette même direction de transport et l'avance de l'emballage est poursuivie et l'enveloppe extérieure (12) est pourvue d'une marque de reconnaissance du gros emballage fabriqué,
    e) après fabrication du gros emballage, les gros emballages défectueux pourvus d'une marque sont éliminés par triage dans la zone d'une piste de transport d'évacuation (26) pour tous les gros emballages.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que, pour produire un marquage d'un gros emballage défectueux, est opérée une modification visible par repli d'une languette de pliage, placée extérieurement, de l'enveloppe extérieure (12).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'une languette de pliage, placée extérieurement, d'une paroi latérale, allongée et se trouvant à l'arrière dans la direction de transport, notamment une languette inférieure (33), est repliée dans la zone d'un angle de celle-ci de manière qu'une zone d'angle soit pliée vers l'extérieur, avec constitution d'un gousset (36) de forme sensiblement triangulaire avec la face intérieure.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé par le fait que la production du marquage de l'enveloppe extérieure (12) est effectuée par repli dans la zone du poste de pliage (23), en particulier dans une position oblique de la languette inférieure (33).
  5. Dispositif de fabrication de gros emballages à partir d'un groupe (11) de petits emballages, en particulier d'emballages de cigarettes (10), par enveloppement dans une enveloppe extérieure (12) dans un poste de pliage (23), dans lequel, avant ou pendant le processus d'emballage, les groupes (11) peuvent être contrôlés en ce qui concerne le fait qu'ils sont entiers et correctement constitués et les groupes défectueux (11) peuvent être éliminés par triage, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) dans la zone de poste de pliage (23), ou devant, au moins un organe de vérification optoélectronique, en particulier une caméra (48), est disposé au-dessus d'un transporteur de groupes (18) pour le transport des groupes (11) de petits emballages, au moyen duquel peut être contrôlée une face latérale dirigée vers l'arrière et transversalement à la direction de transport du groupe (11), dans la zone de laquelle se trouvent des faces de tous les emballages de cigarettes (10) et, suite à un signal de défaut, un gros emballage défectueux peut être éliminé par triage dans la zone d'une piste de transport d'évacuation (26),
    b) dans la zone du poste de pliage (23) sont prévus des moyens pour replier une partie de l'enveloppe extérieure (12) à titre de marquage d'un gros emballage défectueux, de préférence une languette inférieure (33) dans la zone d'une paroi latérale de l'enveloppe extérieure (12) tournée vers l'arrière selon la direction de transport.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par un organe de pliage pour replier un gousset (36) de la languette inférieure (33), dans lequel un plieur inférieur (44) mobile vers le haut pour la languette inférieure (33) pendant le mouvement ascendant coopère avec un plieur d'angle (45) pour le gousset (36) de façon que le gousset (36) de la languette inférieure (33) soit plié par un mouvement de pliage du plieur d'angle (45) dans un plan décalé par rapport au plieur inférieur (44) contre le côté extérieur du plieur inférieur (44).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'un gros emballage marqué par pliage du gousset (36) peut être reconnu dans la zone de la piste de transport d'évacuation (26) par un capteur (42) et peut être poussé latéralement par un poussoir (37).
