Description

Technisches GebietTechnical field

The invention relates to a pack with a one-piece Carrier body from sheet material that is several within a flat area depressions made by deformation of this material for Inclusion of the packaged goods, in particular tablets, capsules and Like. Has and in this flat area with a flat Aluminum sealing film is connected.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Packs of this type are e.g. so-called "peel-off" packs, in which one opens the sealing film from Peel off the carrier body by pulling it off. On a large scale, they will but mainly as push-through or blister packs Medication used. With these blister packs is the one with recesses for taking tablets or Capsule-provided carrier bodies in many cases from one Plastic film, e.g. from a PVC film of a thickness in the area from about 0.2 to 0.3 mm by a thermoforming process manufactured. By pressing on the back of a recess of the Carrier body is deformed and the contained in it Tablet or capsule by piercing the sealing film Pack removed.

It is now for some drugs to extend the use-up period desirable to make the pack as gas-tight as possible. However, this is the case with the usual push-through or blister packs only possible to a limited extent: gases or water vapor can due to diffusion through the wall of the support body. The The extent of this diffusion depends on the type of for the Carrier body used plastic material, but with one Plastic carrier body not an absolute gas and vapor barrier achieve. To ensure gas tightness, the Carrier body made of an aluminum composite film has become known in recent years can be produced by deep drawing. Such Composite film exists - with regard to the packaging from the outside seen inside - e.g. made of 0.025 mm OPA (oriented polyamide) 0.045 mm aluminum and 0.060 mm PVC, the included Aluminum foil ensures the gas tightness while using it connected plastic films the carrier body an increased Give strength and - as one assumes - in the deep-drawing process Strain peaks appear in the aluminum foil, leading to it Prevent tearing. The experience has anyway shown that the deep-drawing ability of said composite material is significantly higher than that of an equivalent normal Aluminum foil. Such carrier bodies for blister packs have but the disadvantage that it complies with current disposal regulations, according to which empty packs of this type only as Whole items may be disposed of if they are at least 90% by weight consist of a uniform material, do not correspond. In which The example given above is e.g. just about 57%. On the other hand, however, the use of pure aluminum foils as a carrier body for push-through or blister packs previously practically not considered possible.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

The applicant has now found that aluminum foil as a material are also suitable for carrier bodies of blister packs, if at least on the inside with a relatively thin sealable plastic layer, preferably in the form of a Painting, are provided.

The invention is based on the object of a pack of Specify the type mentioned at the beginning, the high Has gas tightness and to a large extent from one uniform material, so that the empty packs easily are disposed of.

The object underlying the invention is in the solved package according to the invention, which is characterized in that the carrier body from a sealable Plastic layer provided aluminum tape that the Wells are formed by deep drawing and at least on hers concave side with a sealable plastic layer are provided and that the aluminum content of the empty pack more than 80% by weight.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention Pack has the on the carrier body on the concave side of the Wells applied sealable plastic layer a thickness in the range between 0.001 and 0.030 mm, but preferably between 0.003 and 0.020 mm, but especially between 0.003 and 0.012 mm on.

According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention the aluminum band of the carrier body material has a thickness in Range between 0.05 and 0.3 mm.

Beschreibung der Zeichnungen und eines Weges zur Ausführung der ErfindungDescription of the drawings and one way of carrying out the invention

The invention is described below with reference to the figures, which are advantageous Illustrate execution of the pack according to the invention, explained in more detail.

Dabei zeigen:

  • Fig. 1 die Packung in der Aufsicht;
  • Fig. 2 eine schematische Schnittdarstellung gemäß den Linien II-II in Fig. 1;
  • Fig. 3 eine Teildarstellung zur Andeutung des Herstellungsprozesses.
  • Show:
  • Figure 1 shows the pack in supervision.
  • Fig. 2 is a schematic sectional view along lines II-II in Fig. 1;
  • Fig. 3 is a partial representation to indicate the manufacturing process.
The carrier body 1 is produced from a deep-drawable aluminum strip with a thickness in the range from 0.05 to 0.3 mm and a quality of AA 8079 or AA 8008 (Aluminum Association). This aluminum strip is provided on one side with a sealable plastic layer 2, in particular in the form of a heat seal lacquer, with a thickness of 0.001-0.030, preferably 0.003-0.012 mm, and on the other side has, for example, a protective lacquer layer (application quantity, for example, 2 g / m 2 ). on. For the production of the carrier body shown in the figures, for example, an aluminum strip with a thickness of 0.1 mm is assumed, which has a heat seal lacquer with a thickness of 0.009 mm on one side. On this coated strip, cups 3 are now produced by deep drawing, which have a depth of 4.5 mm, in accordance with the grid of the packs produced. The surface enlargement achieved in the material by deep-drawing in the well area is about 35% in the present case. Such an increase in surface area would not be reproducibly achievable with an uncoated aluminum strip of this thickness. The reasons why the relatively thin plastic coating also increases the formability are not entirely clear. This is possibly a kind of very uniform lubrication effect that cannot be achieved by a conventional liquid lubricant, in which the lubricating film can also tear off in places during the deep-drawing process.

The cups 3 with the packaged goods, e.g. Tablets 4, filled and with an aluminum sealing film 5 a thickness of 0.01 - 0.04 mm (0.02 in this example mm), which has a heat seal layer on its underside, preferably in the form of a heat seal lacquer coating 6, which has a thickness of 0.003 - 0.020 mm (0.009 mm in this example) the undeformed areas of the carrier body material 7, as in Fig. 3 indicated by the arrows 8, connected by heat sealing. After that, the product that is generated in this way and already contains the packaged goods band-shaped composite perforated punctiform at lines 9 and finally the packs along their contour 10 Punching separated.

Der Aluminiumanteil der Leerpackung (Trägerkörper plus Verschlußfolie) beträgt bei diesem Beispiel 94 Gew.%.In Fig. 1, in which the finished package with a well 3rd broken aluminum sealing film 5 is shown recognizes the area of the seal 11 (dotted). On the perforations along the lines 9, the pack can be in any way be divided. The aluminum content of the empty pack (carrier body plus sealing film) is 94% by weight in this example.
