Aus den Figuren 1 bis 3 ist ein Teleskopausleger
1 mit einem äußeren Schuß 2 ersichtlich, aus dem
ineinandergeschobene Teleskopschüsse 3, 4, 5 und 6
austeleskopierbar sind. Zum Austeleskopieren und Einfahren
der einzelnen Teleskopschüsse 3 bis 6 ist eine

In dem aus den Figuren 1 bis 3 eingefahrenen Zustand
der Teleskope 3 bis 6 weisen die Mittellinien der Bohrungen
der Aufnahmen jeweils gleiche Abstände voneinander
auf. Soweit entspricht der Teleskopausleger
dem Teleskopausleger nach EP 0 476 225 A2.The
Mittig in ihren oberen Wandungen weisen die
austeleskopierbaren Schüsse 3 bis 6 an ihren Enden
federbelastete Verriegelungsbolzen 30 bis 33 auf. Diese
Verriegelungsbolzen sind in Bohrungen der Deckwandungen
der austeleskopierbaren Schüsse längsverschieblich
geführt und durch Druckfedern 34 in
Ausschubrichtung belastet, die sich einerseits auf
Anschläge 35 bildenden Bunden und andererseits auf
stufenartigen Ausnehmungen von Deckeln 36 abstützen,
die einen gehäuseartigen Käfig der Verriegelungsbolzen
schließen. Mit den Bunden 35 stützen sich die
Verriegelungsbolzen auf die inneren Ränder der Bohrungen
in den Deckwandungen der austeleskopierbaren
Schüsse ab. Die Verriegelungsbolzen 30 bis 33
tragen an ihren inneren Enden mittig Schäfte 37, die an
ihren inneren Enden mit kreisrunden Scheiben 38 versehen
sind. Die Scheiben 38 befinden sich, wie aus Fig.

aus Fig. 6 ersichtlich ist, als in axialer Richtung verlaufende
Langlöcher ausgebildet. Die Verriegelungsbolzen
stützen sich in der verriegelten Stellung der ausgefahrenen
Schüsse auf den inneren Enden der Langlöcher 39
ab, so daß die ringförmigen Wulste 40 in der aus Fig. 6
ersichtlichen Weise den unteren Rand der Verriegelungsbohrung

Der Teleskopierzylinder 18 ist im Bereich seines
Austrittskragens der Kolbenstange 12 rechtwinkelig
zu der horizontalen Ebene, in der sich die Zylinderbohrungen
mit den Verriegelungsbolzen 20, 21 befinden,
auf seiner Oberseite mit einer weiteren Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit
50 versehen, deren Kolben 51 an seinem oberen
freien Ende mit einer rinnenförmigen Ausnehmung
52 versehen ist, die in axialer Richtung verläuft. Diese
rinnenförmige Ausnehmung ist im Querschnitt U-förmig,
wobei an den oberen Enden der Schenkel Stege
53 angesetzt sind, die zwischen sich einen Spalt
begrenzen, durch den der Schaft 37 der Verriegelungsbolzen
30 bis 33 hindurchtreten kann. Wird der Kragen
des Zylinders 18 mit der Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit 50 zu
den einzelnen Verriegelungsbolzen 30 bis 33 verfahren,
befindet sich die jeweilige kreisrunde Scheibe 38 in der
aus den Figuren 4 und 5 ersichtlichen Weise innerhalb
des rinnenförmigen Abschnitts, so daß die Verriegelungsbolzen
30 bis 33 mit der Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit
50 gekuppelt sind und durch Einfahren des Kolbens 51
unter Zusammendrücken der Druckfeder 34 in ihre entrastete
Stellung verfahren werden können.The

in den seitlichen, die Bolzen 20, 21 ausfahrenden Zylindern
wird sichergestellt, daß beide Bolzen vollständig
ausgefahren und mit den Bohrungen des Teleskopschusses
verriegelt sind. Erst nach dieser Verriegelung
wird die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit 50 aktiviert, so daß der
Kolben 51 eingefahren und die Verriegelung mit dem
nächsten Teleskopschuß gelöst werden kann. Der
innere Teleskopausleger wird nun ausgefahren, bis er
die gewünschte Ausfahrlänge erreicht hat. In dieser
Stellung wird der Kolben 51 ausgefahren, so daß der
ausgefahrene Teleskopschuß mit dem diesen einfassenden
Teleskopschuß durch Eingreifen des Verriegelungsbolzens
in die Verriegelungsbohrung verriegelt
wird. Durch eingebaute Endschalter in der Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit
50 ist sichergestellt, daß der jeweilige
Verriegelungsbolzen vollständig in die Verriegelungsbohrung
eingeschoben ist. Erst nach dieser Verriegelung
der Teleskopschüsse miteinander ist es möglich,
die beiden seitlichen Bolzen 20, 21 über die zugehörigen
Zylinder einzuziehen. Daraufhin wird der Teleskopierzylinder
18 zurückgefahren bis zum Endstück des
nächsten Teleskopschusses und in der beschriebenen
Weise mit diesem verriegelt. Das Ausfahren des nächsten
Teleskopschusses erfolgt entsprechend. Das Einfahren
der einzelnen Teleskopschüsse erfolgt

- A mobile crane with a telescopic jib (1),

each of the telescopable sections (3 through 6) is provided at its inner end with but one locking pin (30 through 33),
that the associated locking bores (26) are located in the top side of the profile of the enclosing sections in the horizontal position thereof,
that each locking pin (30 through 33) is provided at its inner end with a coupling piece (38) which, in the locking position of the locking pin, is couplable to a piston (51) or a piston rod of a radially disposed hydraulic piston and cylinder unit of the collar-shaped block (19) and
that means (56) are provided for moving the cylinder into the precise coupling position. - Crane according to Claim 1, characterized in that the coupling pieces of all the locking pins consist of circular discs, which are connected to the locking pins via shanks and are located in a common axial plane, in that the mating coupling piece of the radial piston/cylinder unit is a channel-shaped section running in the axial direction and having a U-shaped profile, which is provided at the free ends of its legs with webs pointing inwards, in that the webs define a gap between them, the width of which gap corresponds to the diameter of the shank, and in that the legs are at an inner distance apart which corresponds to the diameter of the coupling discs.
- Crane according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the radial piston/cylinder unit can be actuated only for retracting the locking pin if the driving device is coupled to the receptacles of the telescopically extendable and retractable section.
- Crane according to Claim 3, characterized in that the receptacles consist of bores or bushes for retractable pins, and in that the driving device consists of a block of cylinders opposite one another for the retractable and extendable pins formed by their pistons or piston rods.
- Crane according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the bores consist of elongated holes running in the axial direction, and the locking pins have encircling shoulders or beads on their outer ends.
- Crane according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the means positioning the cylinder consist of a reflecting light barrier, which is attached to the cylinder and scans marks made on the sections.
- Crane according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the sections consist of profiles, the top sides of which are formed by U-shaped pieces, the legs of which are welded to the edges of bottom semi-round or semi-oval shells.
