Claims (8)
- Broyeur centrifuge pour le fonctionnement en laboratoire avec un rotor (18) couplé à un moteur d'entraînement, servant d'outil de broyage, avec un tamis annulaire (28) entourant l'enceinte de broyage (25) du rotor (18) et un réservoir collecteur annulaire, pouvant être inséré dans le boîtier du broyeur centrifuge, disposé sur la périphérie extérieure du tamis annulaire (28) pour le produit de broyage réduit, l'unité de broyage constituée du rotor (18), du tamis annulaire (28) et du dispositif de broyage pouvant être fermée par un couvercle de boîtier (15) présentant une ouverture d'admission (17) de produit de broyage, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir collecteur annulaire (27) est relié au tamis annulaire (28) disposé sur sa périphérie intérieure et est conçu comme un magasin interchangeable (26) pouvant être retourné autour du rotor (18), et le magasin interchangeable (26) présente un revêtement (29) recouvrant également l'enceinte de broyage (25) avec le rotor (18) et pouvant se désolidariser du magasin interchangeable (26).
- Broyeur centrifuge pour le fonctionnement en laboratoire avec un rotor (18) couplé à un moteur d'entraînement, servant d'outil de broyage, avec un tamis annulaire (28) entourant l'enceinte de broyage (25) du rotor (18) et un réservoir collecteur annulaire, pouvant être inséré dans le boîtier du broyeur centrifuge, disposé sur la périphérie extérieure du tamis annulaire (28) pour le produit de broyage réduit, l'unité de broyage constituée du rotor (18), du tamis annulaire (28) et du dispositif de broyage pouvant être fermée par un couvercle de boîtier (15) présentant une ouverture d'admission (17) de produit de broyage, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir collecteur annulaire (27) est relié au tamis annulaire (28) disposé sur sa périphérie intérieure et est conçu comme un magasin, interchangeable (26) avec un revêtement (29) recouvrant également l'enceinte de broyage (25) avec le rotor (18) et pouvant se désolidariser du magasin interchangeable (26), ce dernier présentant une plaque de base opposée au revêtement (29) et intégrant l'enceinte de broyage (25), avec le rotor (18) qui y est fixé, la plaque de base présentant une ouverture pour recevoir un arbre de rotor, ou un arbre de moteur, de sorte que le magasin interchangeable (26) est démontable de l'arbre du moteur avec le rotor (18).
- Broyeur centrifuge selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir collecteur (27) et le tamis annulaire (28) sont reliés ensemble par un cavalier.
- Broyeur centrifuge selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le magasin interchangeable (26) présente une plaque inférieure opposée au revêtement (29) et intégrant l'enceinte de broyage (25), la plaque inférieure présentant une ouverture pour recevoir un arbre de rotor, ou un arbre de moteur.
- Broyeur centrifuge selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la plaque inférieure du magasin interchangeable (26) est conçue comme une plaque à labyrinthe (22) avec une garniture à labyrinthe (24) contre le rotor (18) se trouvant au-dessus de celle-ci.
- Broyeur centrifuge selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le rotor est enfichable avec un bout d'arbre en forme de gaine sur l'arbre du moteur et peut être fixé sur celui-ci de manière à résister à la torsion, caractérisé en ce que le bout d'arbre en forme de gaine (19) du rotor (18) présente à l'intérieur un écrou (20) pour recevoir des éléments des éléments de verrouillage (21) pénétrant de l'intérieur, et disposés de manière à pouvoir être déplacés radialement sur l'arbre du moteur (14).
- Broyeur centrifuge selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de verrouillage disposés sur l'arbre du moteur (14) sont conçus comme des billes (21) pouvant être déviées radialement sous l'effet de la force centrifuge.
- Broyeur centrifuge selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les billes (21) sont prétendues par la force de ressort dans une position de verrouillage dépassant la section de l'arbre du moteur (14).
