Claims (4)

  1. Boîte à couvercle basculant pour cigarettes, comprenant une partie boîte (12) destinée à recevoir un bloc de cigarettes (45), un couvercle (13) s'articulant sur la paroi arrière (15) de la partie boîte (12) et un col (35) comprenant une paroi avant (36) et des parois latérales (37, 38) et joint à la partie boîte (12), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) dans la zone du couvercle (13), plus précisément dans la zone d'une paroi avant (25) de celui-ci, est fait un évidement (53),
    b) l'évidement (53) est fermé sur le côté dirigé vers le bloc de cigarettes (45) par des parties (51) du couvercle (13), en particulier par une patte intérieure (43) de celui-ci,
    c) dans la zone (51) du couvercle (13) à refermer, l'évidement (53) présente dans la patte intérieure (43) une impression ou un marquage semblable.

    a) l'évidement (52) est situé au-dessous d'un côté de fermeture de la partie boîte (12),
    b) pour la couverture de l'évidement (52), le col (35) est rallongé au moins jusque dans une partie au-dessous de l'évidement (52),
    c) la zone (50, 51) du col (35) pour la couverture de l'évidement (52) présente une impression ou un marquage semblable,
    d) l'évidement (52) est fermé vers l'extérieur par une couverture (54) qui peut être détachée de la paroi avant (14),
    e) la couverture (54) est délimitée de la paroi avant (14) dans la zone d'une languette de préhension (58) de la couverture (54) par une coupe continue de séparation (56) et ailleurs par un ligne de perforations (62).
  3. Boîte à couvercle basculant selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée par le fait que les évidements (52, 53) sont faits dans des parois de la partie boîte (12) et/ou du couvercle (13).
  4. Boîte à couvercle basculant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait que les couvertures (54, 55) présentent une impression ou un marquage semblable sur le côté dirigé vers l'extérieur et/ou sur le côté dirigé vers le bloc de cigarettes (45).
