Claims (10)
- Procédé de positionnement dans une position cible d'un tambour de machine à laver (2) entraîné par un moteur, une ouverture (4) de chargement et déchargement pratiquée sur l'enveloppe du tambour (2) étant située, dans la position cible, en face de l'ouverture (6) de chargement et déchargement pratiquée sur la carrosserie de la machine à laver et le moteur (7) étant commandé par un dispositif de commande (8) sur lequel agit un capteur de positionnement (9), caractérisé en ce que le tambour (2) est mis en rotation par le moteur (7) lors d'une phase d'entraînement qui comporte quelques tours complets du tambour, avec une vitesse de rotation définie constante, en ce que le moteur (7) est ensuite coupé dans une position du tambour (2) prédéterminée pour la coupure et le tambour (2) continue à tourner, en ce que la position pour la coupure est déterminée de sorte que le tambour (2) poursuive sa rotation, en raison du moment résultant de l'inertie de masse du système linge-tambour (2) et/ou du couple du système linge-tambour (2) et/ou des forces engendrées par le linge qui se déplace dans le tambour (2) et sans entraînement du moteur, jusqu'à la position cible ou presque jusqu'à elle et s'y arrête et en ce que, par le capteur de position ou un capteur de position supplémentaire (9), il est déterminé si le tambour (2) se trouve bien dans la position cible et en ce que si ce n'est pas le cas, une répétition de la phase d'entraînement, comportant plusieurs tours complets du tambour et dans laquelle le tambour est entraîné en rotation par le moteur (7) avec une vitesse de rotation définie constante, est conduite jusqu'à la même ou une autre position de coupure.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pendant la phase d'entraînement, une position de synchronisation prédéterminée du tambour (2) est détectée par le détecteur de position (9) et envoyée au dispositif de commande (8), la position de coupure étant atteinte après un temps prédéterminé (TR) lors de la poursuite de l'entraînement du tambour (2) par le moteur (7), après passage dans la position de synchronisation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de position (9) détecte une position de synchronisation prédéterminée du tambour et la transmet au dispositif de commande (8), la position de coupure étant atteinte après un certain nombre d'impulsions tachymétriques (nR) d'un générateur tachymétrique du moteur (7) lors de la poursuite de l'entraînement du tambour (2) par le moteur (7), après passage dans la position de synchronisation.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'emplacement de la position de coupure est choisie en fonction de la géométrie du tambour (2) et que la vitesse de rotation est choisie pendant la phase d'entraînement.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'emplacement de la position de coupure est choisie en fonction des forces de freinage appliquées au tambour (2) après la phase d'entraînement.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'emplacement de la position de coupure varie dans le sens de rotation du tambour (2) si la position cible n'est pas atteinte et en ce que la position de coupure varie en sens inverse de la rotation du tambour (2) lorsque, dans le sens de la rotation, la position cible est dépassée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la valeur de variation de l'angle pour la position de coupure dans le sens de rotation du moteur est inférieure à celle de l'angle acceptable jusqu'à la position cible et en ce que la valeur de la variation de l'angle pour la position de coupure en sens inverse de la rotation du moteur est à peu près aussi grande que celle de l'angle acceptable jus qu'à la position cible.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, pour une machine à laver dans laquelle la position cible doit aussi être atteinte lorsqu'il y a de l'eau dans le tambour, caractérisé en ce que une autre position de coupure est prédéterminée, qui devient active lorsque de l'eau se trouve dans le tambour (2) et vers laquelle le tambour (2) continue à tourner dans la position cible.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de rotation du tambour (2) pendant la phase d'entraînement est inférieure à une vitesse d'essorage de la machine à laver.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de rotation du tambour (2) pendant la phase entraînement est inférieure à une vitesse de lavage de la machine à laver.
