Claims (14)

  1.     - au moins deux éléments de rigidité mutuellement opposés (4, 5, 11, 12, 25) sont fixés sur des surfaces intérieures des parois extérieures (2) formant les faces visibles du profilé creux ou noyés dans ces parois extérieures,
    - et/ ou en ce qu'au moins deux éléments de rigidité (6, 25) sont fixés sur des cloisons (14, 17) délimitant les chambres intérieures ou noyés dans ces cloisons (14, 17),
    - et en ce que, dans la zone de bord longitudinale ou dans la zone comprise entre les bords longitudinaux, les éléments de rigidité (4, 5, 25) sont munis d'estampages (36, 38) qui sont conformés de telle sorte que, pour une coupe quelconque transversalement à l'axe longitudinal de l'élément de rigidité (4, 5, 25), l'élément de rigidité présente la même surface de section,
    - les éléments de rigidité (4, 5, 11, 12, 25) étant extrudés en même temps que la fabrication du profilé creux en matière synthétique, de telle manière que les zones des éléments de rigidité (4, 5, 25) munies des estampages (36, 38) établissent avec la masse de matière synthétique extrudée un engagement positif entre le profilé en matière synthétique et les éléments de rigidité.
  2. Profilé creux en matière synthétique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de rigidité sont réalisés en métal.

Profilé creux en matière synthétique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de rigidité sont formés de rubans ou bandes intégrés de matière synthétique renforcée par des fibres et plusieurs chambres intérieures de faible section limitées par des cloisons (7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale du profilé sont prévues.
  4. Profilé creux en matière synthétique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de rigidité (4, 5, 11, 12, 25) sont réalisés avec une section rectangulaire.
  5. Profilé creux en matière synthétique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de rigidité (4, 5, 11, 12, 25) fabriqués en métal présentent une surface à forte réflexion de rayons.
  6. Profilé creux en matière synthétique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la surface des éléments de rigidité (4, 5, 11, 12, 25) est munie d'un revêtement réfléchissant.
  7. Profilé creux en matière synthétique selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de rigidité (4, 5, 11, 12, 25) sont constitués d'aluminium et sont anodisés.
  8. Profilé creux en matière synthétique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les estampages (36) ouverts vers l'extérieur présents sur le premier bord longitudinal de l'élément de rigidité (4, 5, 25) sont décalés par rapport aux estampages de l'autre bord longitudinal et la section (37) restant entre deux estampages coïncide avec l'estampage en termes de surface.
  9. Profilé creux en matière synthétique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de rigidité (25) forment des cloisons entre deux chambres intérieures.
  10. Profilé creux en matière synthétique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de rigidité (4, 5, 25) en forme de baguettes présentent des plans latéraux de limitation A qui ne coupent aucune surface visible du profilé creux.
  11. Profilé creux en matière synthétique selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de rigidité (4, 5, 25) en forme de baguette présentent une distance suffisante par rapport aux surfaces visibles du profilé creux en matière synthétique, de sorte qu'un usinage de la zone frontale des éléments de rigidité avec un outil est réalisable sans endommager les surfaces visibles du profilé creux.
  12. Profilé creux en matière synthétique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'en plus des éléments de rigidité (4, 5) en forme de baguette disposés verticalement, il est prévu des éléments de rigidité (11, 12) d'extension horizontale qui s'étendent à distance des éléments de rigidité verticaux.
  13. Profilé creux en matière synthétique selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de rigidité horizontaux (11, 12) ne sont prévus qu'au niveau d'une section du profilé.
  14. Profilé creux en matière synthétique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une poche d'insertion (35) pour un profilé de fixation d'armature inséré librement.
